• Cosimo (2/5): - Niente, sono stato deluso della casa, Pensavo di aver prenotato una "Suite" Familiare come stava scritto. Ma era un sottoscala. La casa era umida, la pittura vicino ai muri era gonfiata, la doccia aveva le mattonelle con la muffa nelle fughe, il termoarredo era arruginito. Comunque ha bisogno di una ristrutturazione urgente, dimenticavo la finestra della stanza dava in un androne del palazzo e non si riusciva a vedere neanche la luce perché si trova in un piano terra seminterrato, nella cucina c'era ina botola sopra che si apriva sempre nell'androne del palazzo ed era sporca. Abbiamo chiesto all'host il cambio della stanza perché mio figlio soffriva ma non è stato possibile. Comunque non scrivete Suite Familiare che di suite non ha niente

• Francesco (2/5): - Camera minuscola arredata in maniera sciatta e con oggetti malandati. L'aria condizionata non funzionava e il portone d'ingresso era rotto cosa che ha portato Expedia a definire un rimborso che doveva esser fatto direttamente dal proprietario. Lasciata la struttura ricordo al proprietario del rimborso e lui dice di rivolgermi ad Expedia, e solo dopo un giro di telefonate dice di aver frainteso ma che siccome non aveva ancora prelevato i soldi avrebbe preso direttamente una cifra inferiore. Controllo la carta di credito e invece i soldi erano stati gia' prelevati il giorno prima (come ha fatto a non accorgersene?). Segnalo la cosa ad Expedia che mi assicura che il proprietario mi avrebbe contattato direttamente. Dopo 4 giorni di silenzio richiamo Expedia e ricevo l’ennesima assicurazione che il rimborso verra’ fatto prontamente, e invece scopro che il proprietario aveva addirittura prelevato di nuovo l’intera cifra. Richiamo adirato sia Expedia che il proprietario, facendo anche presente che avrei informato la polizia postale dell’accaduto, e solo arrivati a questo punto ottengo il rimborso (e se non mi fossi accorto del secondo addebito?). Esperienza pessima da tutti i punti di vista assolutamente da non ripetere. Sono sinceramente meravigliato che Expedia offra ai suoi clienti strutture come queste.

• Meneses Leal (6/5): Una estancia muy basica. - Me gustó la ubicación del lugar, el acceso fue fácil y muy sencillo. La habitación tenía muchas de las cosas necesarias. La verdad no me faltó nada más. No me gustó que el pago de los impuestos de turista tiene que pagarlo ahí con el personal del hotel y no tienen teléfono... básicamente tienes que pagarlo en efectivo... si no tienes estas en problemas. Me aceptaron dólares, entonces todo bien. No tiene Microondas Baños pequeños.
• Mary Louise (5/5): Could have been better - Good communication with the owner. He got us extra pillows as soon as we asked for them. Comfy beds and great location. The building entrance and the reception area are very dark without any natural light. The building can be improved with sensor lighting. The room is very small for 3 persons and the shower is quite tiny. There was a humidity smell as soon as one opens the front door of the building. Also we couldn't open the window due to the bad odour coming from the dirty shaft.

No room to sit other than bed. No chairs. Mattress extremely soft and uncomfortable. Mold in the shower. No place to hang towels. Room dated. Luggage storage was in open area,did not feel safe.

La cortina de ducha corta se podia salir el agua. Una de las camas individuales era muy incomoda. La ventana de la habitacion principal no tenia cortina y tenia vista desde ventanas de edificio del frente

• Porcu (5/5): Posizione ok tutto il resto da migliorare - La posizione del B&B ci ha permesso di muoverci in libertà e sempre a piedi. La stanza piccola per due persone ma adattabile anche perché durante il giorno eravamo in giro. Scarsa attenzione nella pulizia del bagno, sopratutto la doccia e mancanza di appendi asciugamani.

• Federica (8/5): Buona soluzione vicino alla stazione e al centro - Camera in palazzo storico di Firenze, a pochissimi passi dalla stazione e dal centro, zona tranquilla ma si trovano attorno sia bar che ristoranti. Buona pulizia. Apprezzato il bollitore in stanza. Costo nella media per il centro di Firenze. Le lenzuola si notava bene che erano state lavate ma in un punto al centro avevano delle righe scure, come se avessero appoggiato/strisciato su una superficie che le ha macchiate successivamente. Consiglio a chi si occupa di rifare le camere di controllare bene, prima di stenderci sopra il copriletto.

Y el detalle de recibirnos temprano y acceder a la habitación más temprano fue un gran gesto y comodidad para nosotros. Saludos Nada

• FUMIKA (2/5): 閉じ込められてしまう怖い宿泊施設だった。 - 駅に近い。スタッフに会うことはなかったがWhatsAppで連絡すると返信は早かった。 鍵の取り出し方がわかりにくい。鍵を取り出した後、扉が開けにくい。私達家族は暗く暑い中、部屋になかなか入ることができず閉じ込められてしました。貴重な観光の時間を奪われた。

Staff were really flexible about checking in / out. Room came with coffee and tee. Communication was really easy to get all the details via Booking/ WhatsApp. Perfect place to spend time in Firenze. We do recommend. -

• Mehring (9/5): Perfecto - El auto check-in sin inconvenientes. El trato del anfitrión Dorian, excelente. La ubicación es privilegiada, a pocos minutos de la terminal de trenes SMN y del centro. Fuimos caminando a todas partes. El espacio de la habitación permitiría colocar una pequeña mesa y un par de sillas, como para desayunar o comer algo en la misma.

• casey (5/5): Needs work. - Nice location for price. Shower was so dirty, the screen has been broken and replaced with a curtain to short so water spills everywhere. The drains are very slow so I had to shop mid shower and let the water sink. Showroom handle come off. .. mattress to small for bed. Aircpn in main room barely worked.

Geam cu vedere la alt geam, de unde a început galagia la 6 dimineața, aruncau farfurii, trânteau, țipau (ps. era ceva restaurant cred). Și proprietarul îmi dă sute de mesaje că trebuie să ii mai plătesc eu lui 12 euro extra, că așa vrea el.

Dario çok ilgili ve yardımcı. Her yere ulaşımı çok rahattı.Şehrin dokusunu yansıtan binada kalmak keyifliydi. Tavsiye ediyorum. Odada sivrisinek sorunu vardı, Dario hemen halletti, prize takılan sinek kovucu bıraktı sorun kalmadı.

• Nelson C. (7/5): Linda estadía en Florencia. - Muy cerca de todo a pie, zona muy segura, muy cerca de la estación de trenes y del centro, pude dejar las maletas para un último paseo hasta que saliera mi tren. Recomendable. La cama es un poco blanda.
• CINTIA (9/5): Excelente ubicación y atención :) - La ubicación muy buena... a pasos de la estación de tren. El edificio tiene su encanto con historia, a si mismo, cada espacio de Casa Boss Oblivium. Nuestra habitación era tal cual las fotos, con un espacio para prepararte un te o café, y por otro lado, los amenities de higiene personal. La cama y almohadones super cómodos para un descanso reparador, y la ducha tiene la presión perfecta. El equipo anfitrión fue muy amable y atento desde el comienzo al final. Por solo dar un ejemplo, al final de la estadía y finalizado el check out, nos guardaron las valijas sin cargo hasta el horario de salida de nuestro tren.

• Toshiko (5/5): フィレンツェ旧市街の中心部としてはお得な値段、ただしスタッフとのコミュニケーションに改善の余地あり - 立地は旧市街中心部で、フィレンツェSMN駅から徒歩9分、主要観光スポットの多くが徒歩圏内。周囲には飲食店も多く、スーパーもあり。(我々の主目的だった劇場からはやや遠かったが。) 価格がフィレンツェ市内中心地としては非常に安い。 我々は「スタンダード・ダブル」を予約したが、「ファミリースイート」と思われるリビングとキッチン付きの広い部屋に変更されていた。(特に追加料金などはなし。) WiFiの接続が安定していた。 ハウスキーピング担当の女性はきびきびして感じの良い人だった。 旧市街の古い建物なのでやむを得ないが、バスルームの下水の臭いがとても気になった。 「24時間対応のフロントデスク」があるとのことだったが、実際にはそのようなものはなく、セルフチェックイン方式だった。 以下に書くように、施設運営スタッフとのコミュニケーションには問題が大きいと感じた。 (1) 10日前に到着時間 (通常のチェックイン時間内) を知らせて了解を得ていたにもかかわらず、チェックイン当日の朝になって、「セルフチェックインの方法を教えるので連絡先を教えてほしい」というメッセージが来た。こちらは移動のための準備で忙しい時間帯だったので、せめて前日までに連絡してほしかった。 (2) 建物の中にある鉄製の門扉が、入る際には暗証番号による建物入り口ドアの解錠と連動して開くが、中から開ける方法が、施設から私のG mailとBookingドットコムのメッセージ欄に送られて来たセルフチェックイン方法のどこにも記載されていなかった。我々は閉じ込められて出られず、自力であちこち探した末、諦めて問い合わせのメールを送る直前に、たまたま、居室から遥かに離れた上の階に上がる階段の途中の壁に解錠ボタンがあるのを見つけた (写真参照)。こんな場所にあるとは普通は想像もできないので、ちゃんとセルフチェックイン方法に書いておくべきである。 (3) 通常チェックインの際に行われるパスポート情報の確認や市税の徴収に関して、何も連絡がないので気になっていたところ、出発前夜に、「パスポートの写真をWhatsAppで送ってくれ」というメッセージが来た。しかたなく、使い慣れないWhatsAppで写真を撮って送ったが、食事や荷物のパッキングで忙しい中、ストレスが大きかった。こちらが忙しい出発前夜でなく、もっと早く連絡をくれるか、あるいは到着当日か翌日に我々が在室している時間帯を確認して直接来てくれればよかったのではないかと思う。
