Guest Reviews
- Martina (9/5): - La posizione e l’accoglienza
- Giuseppe (10/5): - Un appartamentino non molto grande ma con gli spazi ben organizzati , i proprietari sempre disponibili e accoglienti.
- michal (10/5): Superb - Very comfy apartment. Very nice hosts. Claudio is an artist and you can see it inside the house. Location is great, one tram to center(Forum, Colloseum etc). One train stop to Vatican, 2 train stops to Termini. We are very happy.
- Lauren (10/5): - Had the best stay in Rome with the kindest most accommodating hosts. Took the time to explain about the area, how everything worked in the apartment and amazing local restaurant recommendations. We had our own space but they were on hand to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again, especially if I was travelling by car as safe gated parking was a huge bonus. Everything was great. There is no issue with the corner shower. There is a coffee machine, washing machine and air con. Everything we could have needed for our stay.
Tekrar kesinlikle kalmam

- Rolf (6/5): Pleasant - Parking the car was great and without additional cost.
Washing machine was good.
We did not cook Bed upstairs only to reach with steep stairs. Getting into the bed need some exercise and air conditioning is blowing in your face even moving to the lowest angle.
Making just a regualr coffee is not possible as there is no equipment in the kitchen. At least a capsule machine would be fine. Soluble coffee was available
Taking a shower is almost impossible. Very small space.
Internet has only 2.3 MB which makes impossible using
- Liubou (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nascimento (10/5): Italy 🇮🇹 - Everything was good.
- 妡伃 (9/5): Superb - Friendly and lovely landlords .love the beautiful kitchen
- Nikolas (8/5): Nice central stay - Nice little apartment, close to the city center and parking was a plus Check in instructions were missing and unclear, check out was a little strange as well.
- Mark (4/5): Over-designed and a very poor shower. - The best thing to say is that it’s convenient for the Trastevere train station which makes it easy to get to and from the airport. I was happy there was a washer-dryer to use to launder my clothes. It’s an over-designed space with a dangerous stairway up to the mezzanine sleeping area with no hand rail, keeping in mind you need to bend double to squeeze into and out of the space. Coming down in the middle of the night risks a fall so I left the downstairs lights on all night.
The place is filled with unnecessary tat which I suppose is to make it feel homely but I found it tedious. Model soldiers? Check! Obsolete phone? Check! Model boat? Check!
I contacted the owner beforehand to confirm my arrival time. I was exactly on time, he wasn’t picking up his phone and I was confronted with an array of door bells and it was just a happy accident that I pressed the right one. When I complained, he pretended not to understand and I speak better Italian than he does English. His name, make a note of it because you will need it to press the right bell, is Claudio Bissattini. It would have been helpful if he had volunteered that information beforehand instead of keeping me guessing. Hopeless!
The crowning glory of this place is the shower which is an absolute disgrace. The shower gel was empty. I found this place very disappointing.
The location is not great, a long way from the metro Pirimide station though the busses are convenient into the city centre. Trastevere is rather over-rated. Bohemian vibe? Shabby and run-down more like.
- Pia (10/5): Cosy apartment with private parking near the Trastevere station to easily reach the city center. - Hospitality of the owners, arrangement of the flat, cleanliness, private parking spot, near public transport Could be more kitchen utensils if you are cooking much.
- Pavel (9/5): Superb - Secure private parking free of charge (hard to find in Rome!). Location is good, only 17 min by direct bus to Piazza Venezia. Supermarket is nearby. Location seem to be rather safe and quiet. The railways nearby didn't bother us, we didn't hear it overnight at all. Very friendly owner. Lots of ants on the floor (the apartment needs to be sanitized properly). Very small shower (smallest i've ever seen), but still manageable. I would recommend to remove bidet and extend the shower space.
- Christiana (10/5): Exceptional - Great people, great service. The place was very cute.
