• Zuzana (9/5): - Location was really great, within walking distance of many activities to see. In apartment was a little bit cold due to the fact that is located on the ground floor.
• YEVA (8/5): It's cold, damp and empty - Conveniently located near public transportation and the main shopping street, Mariahilfer Straße. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and utensils listed. Clean bed linens and towels are provided. A cold, damp apartment that never gets any sunlight. There are no radiators or heated towel rails. So if you do your laundry, it takes three days for your laundry to dry and smell damp. Clothes in the closet also feel damp, and the towels you use are always damp. It's cold, and there's a large gap under the front door. The landlord refused to turn up the temperature. The front door is very thin. The sound from the entrance hall is loud, and the bang of the door closing in the morning keeps you awake. The landlord has provided a full set of appliances, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine. But be prepared that he won't even leave you with a starter kit for these appliances and will suggest you buy everything at the supermarket. We moved in on a Sunday evening (all stores were closed), and the landlord was aware of this. As you can imagine, on Monday morning, instead of the planned sightseeing tour, I had to search the neighborhood for a supermarket to buy laundry detergent and coffee capsules compatible with the owner's coffee machine. The bathroom is separate, and soap is only available in the toilet. Cosmetics are unavailable in sufficient quantities. These small details suggest the owner's greed and inhospitality. The furnishings are extremely economical and budget-friendly. The photos make this apartment look more appealing than it actually is. I do not recommend this apartment.

• Charlene (6/5): - Le confort du matelas et la taille du lit, le calme, la localisation, l'espace du logement Le ménage n'était pas top (poubelle salle de bain pleine, traces de pas au sol, poussière), plusieurs choses sont a réparer par manque d'entretien (tête de lit cassée avec attaches en acier contre le mur dangereuses,lampes de chevet cassées, rideau décroché), et manque de produit de bienvenue comme capsule de café, thé, sel.

• Rene (10/5): We had a great stay in Vienna. The apartment was very luxerious and at a great location close to the city centre - The apartment really had everything one can wish for None

Очень удобная локация. Для меня немного прохладно: +20-22 градуса по Цельсию это конечно хорошо, но в осеннее время в ноябре хочется чтобы в помещении было +25. Повторяю - это для меня, наверное есть люди для которых такая температура комфортна. Да, и после стирки одежда долго сохнет.
• sandra (8/5): Departamento súper prolijo con una ubicación excelente para hacer compras en la calle principal - La ubicación y la prolijidad El baño podría ser mejor, había cafetera pero no habían cápsulas de café ni implementos básicos para cocinar como sal, aceite, etc.
• Cristy (2/5): Bed bugs - The location This was our first apartment from our one month trip. I had bug bites every morning and I would wake up in the middle of the night scratching. I'm 100% sure it's from this apartment because when we moved on our second apartment location I didn't get anymore bites. Another absurd thing is the apartment does not provide iron for clothes but it does have ironing board. They should know they cater to tourists whose clothes are wrinkled from packing and an iron or steamer should be a basic appliance provided especially in an apartment. Also, the closet is dusty I had to wipe it and the linens had stains. Lastly, the shower room had a strong sewage smell even if you leave the exhaust on. Some pictures provided for the bites on my legs that caused red itchy bumps there's also some at the back of my legs but forgot to get a pic. Also, the dirty linen and closet with the dirty paper towel I used to wipe the dust off.

• David (7/5): - Very comfortable bed and plenty of space. The outside appearance and situation of the apartment didn`t look very inviting.
• Anna (6/5): Location is great, facilities and customer care are not - Location in a nice neighborhood, not far from the metro station, spacious It was not clean at the desired level: mold in the bathroom, the hall leading to the room has not been cleaned for some time, the sheets had either hair or some grey stains. Facilities and amenities are scarce. I was staying for 3 days, and very little shower gel was left, clearly not enough. The liquid soap and dishwashing gel were left at the bottom of the bottle and dissolved with water - clearly could be refilled. There was washing machine but no laundry detergent. There was ironing board but no iron, coffee maker but no coffee capsules. The hangers on the wall of the bathroom were torn out, so clothes hangers had to be used to hang towels. Overall, this gives and impression of low quality and poor customer care. Providing these amenities would not cost much but it would surely elevate the service. However, the owner chooses not to do these basic things - out of laziness or lack of thoughtfulness? When I requested to purchase laundry detergent from them, I was refused saying they are not a hotel. However, cleaning personnel could easily leave the detergent in the room. Overall, the place owner needs to start caring about guests more and include laundry detergent and other amenities that a guest needs in their place to feel comfortable.

• Martin (9/5): - Hervorragende Lage. Schöne, belebte Gegend. Einige Cafés, Supermärkte, Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Zur Mariahilfer Straße (Einkaufsstraße) braucht man zu Fuß 5 Minuten. Innenstadt (Burgring) zu Fuß in ca. 20 Min. erreichbar, zur Bushaltestelle nur wenige Meter. Gute Betten. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schöne Einrichtung. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen!

• Bonnie (8/5): Beautiful apartment, great location, well-equipped, in a great neighborhood of Vienna - Great location and beautiful apartment. The interior is renovated and very comfortable for one person or a couple. I didn't use the kitchen but it was well equipped for what i needed (fridge, water boiler for tea, etc) The walls between the main building door and the bed is thin. Although I had all the windows closed, every time someone goes out of the building in the morning (Austrians do wake up very early, so it would be 6am/5:30am,) the noise of the door closing woke me up. (And i'm a pretty deep sleeper.) Not much the owner could do, but just something to be aware of in case you're a light sleeper.
• Valentin (10/5): Experience Vienna is style - great location outstandingly confortable - The location is excellent, 2 minutes away from Mariahilfer Straße, and to all the shops you'll need, restaurants etc. Naschmarkt or Museums are at 10-15 minutes walking distance. The bed is so confortable and the apartment is cosy, welcoming, with outstanding design choices. They provided iron, and ironing table, drying rack, automatic washer-dryer, dishwaher and a nescafe coffee machine. I totally recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was excellent. An outside ashtray would be ideal - but I guess it would got stolen.
• Tetiana (9/5): Superb - Great location, clean place with all the conveniences, easy check in. It is located on the first floor, the cars park and peopele go in the windows.
