• Andrzej (9/5): - Lokalizacja, bliskość stacji metra, dworca autobusowego oraz dworca kolejowego Roma Termini, restauracje, sklepy spożywcze w zasięgu ręki. Jasne instrukcje dotyczące zameldowania i stały kontakt z właścicielem.

• Just (8/5): Ótimo custo benefício! Principalmente quem vem para turistar e passar o dia na rua! Muito prático e bem localizado. - Apartamento pequeno, super funcional. Completo e com uma localização super perto da Estação Termini bem na porta da estação. O prédio tinha muito mofo. Cheirava a mofo da entrada até a porta do apt. O apartamento era cheiroso. Este estava bem aromatizado. Porém com certeza o mofo do prédio, entra pelas portas do apartamento, pois deu alergia respiratoria no meu marido e filho.

• M Dolores (8/5): Casero amable y pendiente de nosotros - El Spar es pequeño pero bonito ,limpio, y con una ubicación excelente a un minuto de la estación de termini Tiene toallas para todos y alguna más, nos dejaron cápsulas de café, todo para el aseo , camas cómodas incluso el sofá cama aire acondicionado q fue súper necesario No No conocimos al dueño personalmente esto la comunicación con el por wasshat Fue continua y con mucha rapidez cualquier duda Pedimos salir más tarde el ultimo día y nos lo facilito todo mucho El edificio es viejo y al llegar nos pareció un poco rara la zona pero era segura , había siempre gente en la calle y en el edificio otros huéspedes q no daban problemas
• Cristina (10/5): Estupendo y anfitriones maravillosos. - Que está justo al lado de Termini, por lo que es súper fácil moverse a cualquier sitio en metro o tren.
• KÖSELER (8/5): - Küçük bir alan olmasına rağmen tüm imkanlar sunulmuştu. Ev sahibi, Daniele çok yardımsever ve her sorumuza anında dönüş sağladı. Termini tren istasyonuna yakın olması ulaşım anlamında kolaylık sağladı. Apartman girişi biraz ürkütücüydü. Evsiz ve mültecilerin yoğun olduğu bir bölge. Geç saatlerde eve gelmek sıkıntı yaratabilir.
• Shui (9/5): Superb - Location near Termini Cozy interior decoration in old building clean and well equipped kitchenware good wifi good quality of toilet issue paper. shampoo and body soap, hand soap is available responsive from staff no lift..need to carry heavy luggage 1/f upstairs if the sofa open as bed, it blocks the kitchen and toilet and inconvenient to other roommate. More suitable for 2 ppl

• Hindol (10/5): Cozy little apartment with plenty of space for up to 4 people with easy access to Termini station. - We loved everything about this property. It’s a cozy little apartment right next to Roma Termini station with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Very clean and Excellent communication throughout by the host Daniele. Highly recommended property for a great holiday. Nothing

• Endi (7/5): normal - Term is close and easy to move anywhere. The owner of the house is attentive and positive. It is very close from Termini, but the area itself is a bit dangerous, very dirty streets and a lot of homeless people. It's good that the train and metro are nearby, but I didn't like the area. The house is comfortable but very small.

• Lina (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and modern room situated very close to Termini train station. Host kindly allowed us to leave our bags in room before check-in time. Very comfortable.
• Donna (9/5): Would stay again - Location, location, location! Situated a few minutes by foot to Roma Termini, and bus stops including Tourist buses. Restaurants, convenience stores, and a laundromat near the entry. Easily contactable host, especially given we booked same day on a Sunday. Very accommodating when we decided to stay an extra night. Nicely renovated. Perfect for a couple for a short stay. More personal preference than didn't like..... pillows quite firm, I tend to like a softer one. I am also a lover of light, so being an older apartment style building it was a bit on the dark side if I were to do a longer term stay. Due to being an older style building the noise of others coming and going was occasionally disruptive, but that didn't happen a lot, and you're in central Roma so not it's not unexpected. The shower is compact, but that wasn't a big issue for us.
