• A (3/5): - The pool,hot tub, and all the amenities were closed when we arrived and when we asked the people in the building, they informed us that they had been shut down for four weeks which the owner had never told us. They also didn’t tell us that we had to pay $120 fee to park there. very unprofessional and bad customer service

• Sharon (5/5): Despite our problems we appreciated the location of the facility. - No breakfast was provided so can't rate that. Location to restaurants was good and to the downtown area. Access was VERY problematic. Very little help to try to rectify the problem. Might be good to pre warn clients that they would have to down load the app so that technology problems could be resolved prior to the night of residence

Le fond de la douche était douteux, pas de savons. Le jet de la douche est faible. A noter que c’est en dessous d’un bar donc nous n’avons pas dormis de la nuit étant. Nous entendons la musique et les gens fêter dehors jusqu’à la fermeture et après.
• Talha (1/5): Terrible - The pictures were amazing. The area was nice, the location at the heart of the city. The vibe looked good in the pictures, the idea was great. The fact that it was a scam, they overbooked, and didn't tell me they had to cancel until I already payed for parking and reached the bnb, and reached out to them. They then said they'd issue a refund and are now trying to charge me. They probably took the money, from other people they've tricked too, im sure the place is real but everyone needs a side hustle right? They took the money, prolly did a day trade with it, and now they'll "return" the money they took. I had my 6 year old nephew with me, and had to haul him around while ending up in a run down last minute motel. Disgusting people.

Bruit excessif de la climatisation Peu de luminosité Lit fait mais drap blanc avec des saletés Cuisine commune qui était sale, le frigo contenait des aliments périmés, ouverts, moisis et y sont restés pendant plusieurs jours, il a un jour était vidé par une personne de l’entretien, mais pas nettoyé. L’évier est resté plusieurs jours avec de la vaisselle sale. Le nettoyage quotidien des parties communes devrait être effectué par le propriétaire. La boîte de nuit du rez de chaussée engendre du bruit la nuit.

• Palak (1/5): Pathetic experience. worst ever stay for that much amount - I booked an appartment and due to double booking at booking.com was offered another appartment which was not near by. Then I moved there and seems concordia team is doing a scam they were not allowed to arrange the stay of the guests in that property lesser than 30 days. We booked the stay for one day then the concordia team manager told us to move to different appartment we did move shockingly it was only one bed appartment whereas I originally booked 2 bedroom appartment. The concordia team manager told me she will give 50 % refund which is still not given after 100 calls and messages, to whicb concordia team is bot replying. Booking.com is not of help either they are asking to contact property directly which is not responding. This is a bullshit experience and there is stay is not well arranged there were no plates and utensils in the property. Worst ever experience of stay. Dont book anything with concordia team if you dont want to reuin your experience. Nothing was good

I would not recommend this location for anyone looking to get a good night rest as there is a night club in the same building. Communication from property management was awful. They did not provide me with a unit number or a passcode to get a key. I arrived to check-in at 7pm unable to enter the facilities. It took 2 hours for someone to pick up their phone from the contact information provided. As a female traveling alone, this did not feel safe.
