• Caleb (9/5): - A nice place that fit 7 guests quite comfortably. Located about 20 minutes walk to the main Shinjuku area The shower cubicle on the 2nd floor opened right into the living room. There is no space to hang dry clothes/towel or change within the cubicle, so choosing to shower on the 2nd floor would mean having to dress up outside the shower. We therefore didn't use this shower as it would mean coming out undressed to our friends sitting in the living space. This could be solved by providing a curtain to isolate the area right outside the shower cubicle. Saw a curtain rail has already installed but no curtain was available for us to use.
• OMAYMA (6/5): - The location, cleanliness, and the property itself was good. To check in, we were supposed to enter information for all guests, but we had a change in the number of guests, so we left out one person's information. We explained the situation to the accommodation, but they kept saying that they had not received any request for a change from Booking.com. In the end, the accommodation did not change the number of guests, so we were unable to check in. Instead, we had to enter the information of another friend who was not even traveling with us and check in. Overall the accommodation's response was very poor.

• Esther (9/5): - Muy bien ubicado. Estaba limpio y las camas son muy cómodas. Tiene unas escaleras estrechas y el baño de arriba no tiene ducha pero es normal en el centro de Tokio.
• Catherine (10/5): Everything was good. We will definitely book it again if we have a chance to revisit tokyo. Thank you nestay house tokyo - It is walking distance to the Korean town. It is very clean. The stairs were narrow especially for big luggages but not a problem since we only took them up and down on our arrival and when we left the property. The rooms were comfortable. It has 2 bathrooms and toilet if you rent the whole villa. Perfect for a big group like ours.actually we loved everything about the place. Just the stairs. But it is pretty normal for Japanese houses.
• Shun (7/5): - The location of the property. Close to bus line and able to walk to Shinjuku. Also there are toilets at each floor. There is a bathroom in one floor and a shower in another. However, the shower has no place to change. The AC was not working and the repair people were unavailable. A portable heater were finally sent after numerous communication with the property representative

• Kelly D (8/5): Property that can handle larger families comfortably - The property has three levels, with beds on each, so there is plenty of room for our family of five to stretch out and have some privacy. It was easy to check in and check out. The host is very responsive. This property is in Shin-Ōkubo, which is the train stop after Shinjuku Station. It is a quiet area. There is a Family Mart if you go past the property and turn left. That was something we wished we'd known the first day :) There are plenty of double/queen beds, which is nice, plus a washer/dryer combo. It is also known as Tokyo Koreatown, so if you are into K-pop, this is a place you would like to visit! It is at least a 10-minute walk from the station, through crowded streets, until you turn onto the road the property is located on. There is no stove or oven, only a microwave. It would be helpful if they added at least a toaster oven. There are two showers, but one is in the "kitchen." There is no shower curtain, so you can not step out of the shower and get dressed in privacy.

• Becky (10/5): Perfect for a big group. - We ended our Japan trip here and it was nice to have our whole family together instead of in random hotel rooms. The location was convenient to a few train stations, and very walkable. Loved the Family Mart a few steps away and the Korean food offerings nearby. Loved the toilets (and appreciated one on every floor)! Absolutely loved this place. It had a lot of steep stairs, so our one gimp member mostly stayed on the first floor, which for our purposes was not a problem at all. The washer-dryer was an experience that we had not properly researched before coming to Japan so it was not the perk we had hoped it would be. But that was (our) user error and not a defect of the property.

• Fakhri (10/5): Management helped us to find the right villa, despite there was a little confusion in the beginning. - There are couple of properties located next to each other. Guests need to pay attention which villa ( A B C D) they are staying in. The property is in great condition. 10 out of 10!
