J Ron (6/5): it was fine if you don’t need wifi or plan to lay in bed to watch tv. - Clean, quiet and comfortable beds No WiFi in the room you had to go outside for it. TV was in an odd place in the room we were in (on the same wall as the headboard)

Richard (6/5): Good sized suites in this budget motel but needs renovations. - A nice sized suite with two beds, TV, Fridge, Stove, cupboards and some dishes. Owner was friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. I really appreciate amenities that most other motels do not offer such as a kettle and extra toilet paper. In desparate need of updating/reno. It's an old tired motel which seems to be run on a low budget. You had no control over the heat and I couldnt find any controller for the AC. Fortunately it was a cool night. The beds are too firm, but still clean and reasonably comfortable. Walls need better soundproofing. Noisy neighbors fighting , then making love, then fighting again until 3:30am.

Lisa Kavanagh (10/5): - The owner is super friendly, very nice woman! The rooms are spacious and the beds are so comfy. There is also a restaurant Roxie's, on the site, delicious food and friendly staff. We are going back again at end of month. If I had to complain about anything, and I'm not, but a lot of people may have a problem with the smell of the water. There is a distinct rotten egg smell but when you're enjoying a weekend away of fishing, a little smelly water is certainly not a problem.

Derek (8/5): Perfect stopover for 1-2 nights - Great location, super friendly, clean and comfortable. All that I needed and expected for the area. Comfortable beds, and all the amenities one needs. I would have liked a guide to use the TV and figure out the stations, but this is trivial.
