• Maria Fonte (5/5): Struttura molto bella e comoda ma si dorme poco e male - La struttura si presenta come in foto, molto ben servita dai mezzi, bar e supermercati nelle vicinanze. Host molto cortese e disponibile. Situata sopra un locale con musica live e non ad alto volume; la prima notte hanno finito alle 3, la seconda alle 2. Per chi vuole fare vita notturna non é un problema ma chi va per turismo magari dopo la mezzanotte ha voglia di dormire.

• Fernanda Iliana (10/5): - The host was amazing. The flat is in a great neighbourhood! The beds were confortable and the kitchen had all the facilities. Everything was great. Also kids friendly if you kids are not very wild! The stairs can be dangerous but I stay downstairs with my kid and it work. I highly recommend it. Good value for money
• Efstratios (9/5): A conveniently located apartment in the heart of Trastevere - Nice location and quite spacious. Host is super nice and helpful. Lots of thoughtful touches in the apartment A bit hot upstairs in the bedroom as the air conditioner can’t cool such a large space.
• Guest (2/5): Very Disappointed - The air conditioner worked well, liked having a proper size dinning table. Where do I start I booked this through Booking.com it came up with the message “Your in luck this property is never available fantastic location “with a rating of 9.2. I was sucked in!!! It was not a good location I wouldn’t call it a nice area & too far away from attractions. We had a hard time trying to open the two doors with the keys. The garden was a disgrace more like a jungle. The beds & pillows so uncomfortable, the kitchen cooking area was so small you couldn’t use it, typical European small shower & bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend.

• Laura (10/5): da rivenire!! - host super gentile e accogliente, sempre raggiungibile telefonicamente. l'appartamento è bello ed anche equipaggiato bene. C'è la tram e il bus direttamente sotto casa. Ci sono diverse possibilità di mangiare sia colazione, pranzo o cena. Di domenica c'è il mercatino di porta portese da pochi passi da casa. Siamo state benissimo! A la prossima:)

• Jullyano (7/5): Near Travestere - Good location, near the tram and just a short walk from the Travasterie suburb. The garden is beautiful. The host was nice and responsive and helped us with a late check in. The sofa bed wasn’t really comfortable, it’s thin and hard to sleep on, so probably not ideal for big groups.
• Diane (7/5): Very spacious apartment and nice courtyard. Very noisy. - Very spacious apartment and good location. Host was very friendly and accommodating. There sounded to be a night club right below the apartment and played very loud music until 12 every night making it difficult to fall asleep. The windows were very soundproof though for other street noise. We had to wash the dishes before we could use them as there was food on them.

• Kieran (9/5): Great - Nice and cosy and clean. 15 minute walk to trastevere center. 5 minutes on the tram. Nice sandwiche bars opposite and a supermarket. Good bar called birriofugio 2 minutes walk away. Nice garden Mattress slightly hard upstairs.

• Dolores (10/5): Perfect Loft in Trastevere title - Maurizio was so helpful even before our arrival with excellent communication and instructions. The location is amazing, just10 minutes walk from the train station which is 27 minutes from airport. The area Trastevere is excellent,fun,lively and huge selection of restaurants. The loft is 20 minutes walk from centre of Trastevere or 5 minutes on number 8 bus which is free of charge.The loft is perfect with a comfortable bed and facilities to cook and a great supermarket across the road.Maurizio communicated regularly to check everything was to our satisfaction and he is a really warm lovely host and also left us a bottle of bubbly. We will certainly be back,thank you Maurizio. It was perfect

• Anna (9/5): Lovely and fresh get away from Rome hustle and bustle sightseeing & going out - Great layout, sweet little touches, spacious, aircon, nice bathroom, comfortable beds. Some shops and cafés and a laundrette closeby Fridge a little small, just 5-10 minutes too far from Trastevere (still ok walkable but hard at the end of the day). Nice outside breakfast table but in our case in July it was too hot to use it!

• Harding (10/5): Comfortable and stylish property that all three of us enjoyed and would love to return to for any length of stay! - Perfect location, stylish, large and well equipped, easy check in and communication. We really loved everything about our stay in the Loft in Trastevere. Convenient to sites and transportation as well as a nice neighborhood in its own right with groceries across the street for cooking and eating in to take advantage of this beautiful property. It was all good.
• Corina (10/5): Lovely place for short either longer stays in Roma - Cosy and well situated near a tram station ( tram number 8 - coming very frequent ) getting you directly to Piazza Venezia. A short walk and you get to the most effervescent area of Trastevere. Supermaket Elite where you can buy a wonderful selection of Italian specialties is just across the street, Porta Portese flea market nearby every Sunday and upstairs on the hill a romantic Trastevere could be discovered. You may drink your coffee in the garden and enjoy plenty of birds singing. Also, and the most important, Maurizio is very very responsive and really kind and patient host. Grazie mille!!! Everything well!
• Joyce (9/5): Great location, spacious apartment - Fabulous location within 10 minutes walk to the centre of Trastevere and all the bars and restaurants. Plenty of space in the apartment and it was light and airy. Bottled water, wine, tea and coffee all supplied which was appreciated. The only complaint I have is the lack of a full size mirror.
