• andrew (6/5): Interesting location , very small balcony ! No chairs. - No one overlooking the property , the contact with the managers via WhatsApp was good , interesting building , Tv was in French , no chairs for or on the balcony , very very small balcony , uncomfortable bench seat in the dining area , bedroom cupboard was too big for a small bedroom , tiny bathroom .next to a busy road , you need earplugs.

• Loredana (4/5): - The apartment was not street front, therefore not that noisy. It was spacious. The owner was reachable by Whatspp during our stay. As many accommodations in Vietnam, the rating on booking does not reflect the reality. 9,5 and 4 dots? Some points maybe it can help somebody else: - When we arrived the toilet was dirty. Although they cleaned it after we messaged the property about this, the apartament did not feel sanitize. Basically a kid came with a water wet cloth and cleaned the toilet for a few seconds :( - there is no natural light in the duplex - walls are with mould - although you book through booking, you cannot pay through booking if you want to pay by card. They have sent us a link for payment with a 4,5% tax. The only way to avoid the tax is to pay cash. I understand that the excuse is that banks require high commission from them, but it seemed that they asked for more than normal and it should have been mentioned beforehand on booking descriptions - we found already used bottles of water, giving us the impression that they didn’t clean and sanitize everything before hand. We only booked this accommodation because our previous accommodation got canceled, and we could not find something else. I did not have energy to look for other hotel, but looking back I would not return to this place.

• Stanislav (10/5): Exceptional - Great place, clean room with all the things you might need for a short or long-term stay. Location is very convenient, in the center of Ha Noi, close to most major landmarks, a lot of markets and shops, obviously. About 10-15 minute walk from the Train street and the main train station, The host is extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the city.
• Valeria (9/5): Superb - Somewhat equipped kitchen you can use (fridge, microwave, stove, electric kettle, a pot, a pan, 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 sets of chopsticks, 2 spoons, a knife, 4 glasses including the ones in the bathroom). Situated close to the Temple of Literature, a few shops, faramacies, bistros and a coffee stand. Old Quarter is about 20 minutes away on foot or a short Grab ride away. The rooms get cleaned automatically, so you have to explicitly ask not to clean the room- there's no sign you can put up on the door. The kitchen does not have all the stuff for cooking (cooking oil, salt, pepper, spatulas, etc, so you'll have to buy that). Also, there's no elevator, so you'll have to walk up a few flights of stairs to get to your room- beware of that if you have a bad leg. A bit tricky to get inside the building between 8 PM- 8 AM, but they send you a video on how to work the keypad lock.
