• Paula (5/5): Aceptable - Céntrico muy bien ubicado Es un apartamento para un día o dos, no es cómodo, es muy pequeño, tiene lo justo y necesario pero ya está.
• Alba (3/5): Céntrico - La ubicación muy céntrica Preguntamos si podíamos entrar antes de las 16h (hora de Check-in), nos dijeron a las 13 que ya estaba listo, cuando llegamos estaba el apartamento sin hacer, todas las camas deshechas, el baño sin limpiar, y restos de sustancias en la mesa del salón (de los anteriores huéspedes). Tuvimos que volver a irnos y esperar a que la hiciesen porque no tenían otro apartamento disponible.

• Felipe (1/5): Experiencia insatisfactoria en el apartamento - Durante mi estancia en el apartamento tuve varios inconvenientes que afectaron de forma considerable la experiencia: 1. Microondas: nunca funcionó, a pesar de seguir las indicaciones proporcionadas por el alojamiento. 2. Secador de pelo: al enchufarlo comenzó a oler a quemado, lo que supuso un riesgo de seguridad. 3. Producto de limpieza: el friegaplatos disponible en el apartamento estaba mezclado con lejía. Al usarlo para limpiar una prenda, esta se destiñó y quedó inservible. 4. Limpieza: la limpieza del apartamento era bastante regular y no alcanzaba el nivel esperado. 5. Ruido: la estancia fue muy ruidosa, tanto por vecinos como por obras en horarios inaceptables, lo cual dificultó bastante el descanso. Considero que estos problemas no corresponden al nivel de calidad anunciado en la reserva. Además, el servicio de atención y ayuda prestado no ofreció soluciones satisfactorias a estas incidencias.
• Blanca (5/5): - no habia .. y habiamos llevado cafe y no tenia cafetera estaba el piso como a medias de montar.. se nota que esta hecho con rapidez y sin alma.. muy de revista y poco vivido no habia cortinas ni persianas y pidieron ir a mitad de la estancia a montarlas

• Reti (3/5): falta de mantenimiento y descuidado - Buena ubicación y decoración moderna la cisterna del baño no iba y aun habiendo avisado no nos dieron ninguna solución. El apartamento no dispone de aire acondicionado. A 43 grados pedimos un ventilador y no nos lo facilitaron, teniendo en cuenta que la ventilación del apartamento era nula. No hay persianas y la cortina estaba pegada con celo, de forma que ni se podía abrir la ventana sin que se despegará y cayera al suelo. es barato, pero hay cosas que ni se molestan en arreglar. Por el mismo precio se pueden encontrar algunos con mejores condiciones.
• nekane (4/5): Sin comentarios - Hacia mogollón de calor no tenían aire acondicionado tenían un aparato y estaba estropeado y pasamos un montón de calor a 40 grados todos los días y cuando ya nos íbamos a ir no traen uno y yo les dije el primer día que vine no vuelvo mas

• Gloria (6/5): Although it is nicely located, during the summer and without any fans it is a nightmare. In addition, WiFi is a must whe - The apartment was nice and locations was great The owner was not responsive. We asked for fans, microwave and wifi during our whole stay and they never fixed it. It was extremely hot, and they told us multiple times that they would bring them and didn’t.
• Michał (5/5): Passable - Overall, the apartment is nice and located in a very good area, but unfortunately, it was dirty, especially the bathroom. The shower curtain was a disaster, and there were stains on the pillows, etc. Other than that, the apartment is okay. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the internet from the first day. The owner suggested that I restart the router several times, but I kept telling him that I couldn't find it. After several messages, he finally wrote that the router might not be in this apartment, which I found out only after intervention from Booking. Unfortunately, I came here for work and desperately needed the internet because I simply cannot work without it. The owner could have just informed me that there wouldn't be internet, and I would have bought a SIM card sooner. Instead, I was waiting like a fool. Unfortunately, due to such poor customer service, I cannot recommend this place. I have been coming to Logroño regularly for 4 years, and I have never encountered such issues with other hosts.
• Olga (5/5): Good location, good size appartment, minimum cleaning, no cooking facilities and no care from management - Good central location, big appartment with high ceiling, big comfy bed, big wardrobe, big living room with sofa bed Nothing to cook with, no kettle nor saucepan to boil water with. Asked management to bring me a saucepan to make myself cups of teas, they said I should buy one myself and they would reimburse me which I did but they never gave me the money back. Had I known that I would have given the saucepan to a friend.

• Milan (2/5): Absolutely repugnant - The apartment lacked everything. No curtains nor blinds for privacy and dark in the bedroom, no coat hangers nor places to hang any type of clothes, no hair dryer, no TV, no covers, only two sheets - one to cover the mattress and the other was for me. No garbage bin, no dish detergent nor sponge. The pillow did not have a suitable cover and was overused, thin and uncomfortable. The noises from the other touristic apartments was present at any part of the day, specially during the night. The apartment was dirty, walls haven’t been repainted in years. The sofa is full of animal hair, so to cover that they have put a simple white sheet over it.
