- Yu-chen (5/5): 房價包含早餐很超值、整潔讓人堪憂跟照片落差太大 - 員工服務還不錯、包含早餐很超值 房間內有煙味很不舒服，房間不論怎麼清潔都髒髒、沙沙的跟照片有明顯差距，浴室的整潔也很堪憂，都會有奇怪的毛髮，好像抹布或拖把本身就太髒了因此擦不乾淨的感覺，我們入住的那間上方牆角塞著一團詭異的衛生紙，因為太高我無法拿下來，住了三天房務人員經過整理衛生紙團依然還在。

Personal ist spitze! - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Frühstücksbuffet klein aber vielfältig mit sehr leckerem Eis-Kaffee, tolle Dachterrase vor allem abends. Lage zentral Leider könnte vor allem das Bad etwas sauberer sein. Zentrale Lage bedeutet auch viel Straßenlärm, welcher mit den Fenstern aber gut isoliert bleibt.

- John (8/5): Modern, good value hotel - Very nice and helpful front desk staff. The staff members, a women and a man, helped us with a transportation issue that was caused by the online booking agency, tracked down local provider and spoke to them for us to resolve. Then, they provided us accurate instructions on what to do, and sent me a message from their private cell to my WhatsApp just in case I encountered issues after. Very helpful, efficient and professional! I would stay here just knowing that the front desk staff are true hospitality providers. I think the housekeeper forgot to clean the bathroom as trash was not emptied and facilities looked used but after notifying them quick took charge and cleaned and (unnecessarily) profusely apologized. This was not a big deal and would not prevent me from booking again.

Also location is really great maximum attraction can be done by walking. Cleanliness was absolutely great. Rooms were comfortable to sleep. The room layout, toilet was really extremely compact and clumsy. Also there was no partition between bedroom and toilet. The partition was separated by curtain which was awkward if there are two people. No much veg option in breakfast except fruits.

(8/5): Fin de año en Hanoi - En general, la habitación, el baño compartimetado, la terraza del octavo piso… Habíamos leído opiniones que el desayuno era maravilloso (por eso elegimos el hotel) y después de estar viajando dos meses y medio por el Sudeste Asiático, no lo incluiríamos entre los mejores. Està bien pero otros hoteles/hostales que hemos visitado se puede decir que están a años luz en lo que respecta al desayuno.

Having a fridge in our room was great. Everything was clean and it was nice and quiet. Location was great too. Breakfast had lots of food choices - just could have been kept hotter

- Anne (5/5): - Die Betten waren bequem Wir hatten einen Superior Raum gebucht - Superior war an dem Raum allerdings nichts. Wir haben uns ernsthaft gefragt, wie die anderen Räume aussehen, wenn wir bei unserem bereits nach einer Nacht froh waren, weiterzuziehen. Das Bad ist nur durch einen Vorhang vom restlichen Raum getrennt. Die Schiebetür zur Toilette quietschte derart laut, dass es nachts unmöglich war, die Toilette aufzusuchen, ohne den Bettnachbar zu wecken. In der Toilette selbst konnte man sich durch die Enge kaum bewegen. Die Fenster zur Straße sind leider nicht schallisoliert, so dass selbst mit Oropax an keinen ruhigen Schlaf zu denken war. Das angebotene Frühstück hat uns derart enttäuscht, dass wir auswärts frühstücken gegangen sind: Wahnsinnig laute Musik aus einem Fernseher, Töpfe leer, benutzte Tische nicht abgeräumt, kein Personal weit und breit gesehen. Die positiven Bewertungen sind somit für uns nicht nachvollziehbar.

The breakfast provided by the hotel was great too. And there are buses stop and a supermarket near by, so I think it’s worth to stay in this hotel. The washroom is a little bit small.

- MrsKate (8/5): Комфортно, но есть моментики - Отель расположен недалеко от многих достопримечательностей, рядом есть рынок и большой супермаркет (вроде Fuji market). Планировка как на фото. Сытные и вкусные завтраки по системе шведский стол в зоне лобби, которые меняются изо дня в день. В целом, небольшой выбор, но он есть. Приветливый персонал. В номере по 3 полотенца на человека и одно для ног. Всего одна вешалка в номере для 2х полотенец и та в душевой, где ничего не высохнет. Сушили полотенца на столе), всязи с этим случайно была опрокинута и разбита чашка, за которою пришлось заплатить 200 тысяч донгов. Интересное, но не очень удобное решение с туалетом - колени в дверь упираются. Мне не хватило ещё одной подушки.

Отель я бы сказал для путешественников эконом плана. Я жил в комнате без окон, нужно привыкнуть сначала. Отдельный респект за массажное кресло в фое, для всех гостей бесплатно и безлимитно, был приятный бонус.

- Aishath (9/5): Overall, we had a good stay thanks to the incredibly helpful staff and for the wonderful hospitality - The staff were exceptionally helpful, and the hospitality was truly outstanding. The reception team went above and beyond assisting us with transport, helping track down a lost phone, even communicating with a local person to get it back. They handled everything with such warmth and constant smiles, which made our stay even more memorable. We weren’t very satisfied with the breakfast, and the chef should take a cleaner, more hygienic approach to food preparation. The positive side is that they’ve already begun repairing and upgrading the kitchen and food area, which is reassuring and shows they’re working on improvements.
