Tutto! Il proprietario gentilissimo oltre le aspettative, ho avuto un problema personale ed è stato super comprensivo e super disponibile,nelle sue possibilità, ad aiutarmi...

• Andre (10/5): - Estuvimos allí para la Gran Fondo Valencia. La ubicación es fantástica; podíamos llegar a todas partes a pie. El apartamento tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Hay muchos bares cerca para desayunar y cenar. Si participo de nuevo el año que viene, intentaremos alojarnos allí.
• Gregor 26031 (10/5): Great apartment. - Great apartment.  Do not hesitate to book it once it's available.  There is everything you need for your stay. Smooth and easy self check-in and check-out. Superb location, 5-7 minutes walk to Maritim metro station line 5 which is taking you to and from the airport, if you get of the metro at Xatvia you are in let's say city centre (old town). Do the beach....?, no problem 5-7 minutes walk.  I hope you find this review helpful and would not be disappointed after your stay.
• Christian (4/5): Netter Vermieter, aber leider nicht meine Vorstellung von wohnen - Sehr gute Lage, netter Vermieter. Sauberkeit, abgewohnte Wohnung, das Bett und schlaf Sofa sind eine absolute Katastrophe. Hellhörig, man hört wirklich alles von der Straße, Fenster nicht abgedichtet, splatmasse das man durch schauen kann, Blick in den Innenhof sehr unschön. Steckdosen fallen aus der Wand

• Garaud (9/5): Molt recomanable, Amfitrio ens ho ha posat tot molt facil. - Molt facil tot, acces , estacionament, recollida claus, intercanvi amb amfitrio. Tot molt net, espacios i acollido. Molt recomanable. El unic punt que es una planta baixa, i com varem anar amb les nostres mascottes, van tenir un temps d'adaptació per la gent que passava just devant de la porta. Però varem, passar la nit tranquils, despres.

• Susan Angélica María (10/5): Alojamiento acogedor cerca a la playa - El anfitrión y las señoras de limpieza son muy amables. El alojamiento contaba con todo lo indispensable. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y pudimos lavar ropa y cocinar. Está cerca de la playa y de La Pascuala, que fue genial para comer. Tenía una cama principal y una cama individual, pero la verdad es que en la cama grande cabían tres personas y en la pequeña, tranquilamente dos. Eran espaciosas. El anfitrión nos dejó guardar las maletas en un espacio a 10 minutos caminando, lo cual fue más que excelente. Eso nos permitió disfrutar del último día. En general, me parece un lindo lugar. Los colchones son delgados. Tal vez no sean lo más cómodo del mundo si tienes problemas en la espalda, pero para mí estuvo bien.
• Janka (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in an excellent location, very spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He even offered to drive us to the train station with his own car, which we truly appreciated. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

• Giuseppe (8/5): Ottima soluzione per soggiorni brevi - La struttura si presentava molto pulita e completa di tutto per un breve soggiorno. La posizione è vicina al lungomare e le spiagge molto ben collegata al.centro che dista circa 25 minuti con i bus di linea. Host sempre cordiale e disponibile ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste. Il letto matrimoniale molto scomodo e rumoroso nei movimenti. Stanza molto fredda per un soggiorno invernale e sprovvista di coperte per ripararsi dal freddo.

• Trajanovski (9/5): IN THE STREETS OF EL CABANYAL - A location by the sea was chosen, to be close to the beach. And this apartment was probably the best. Very nice neighbourhood, with narrow streets, and many beautiful small houses, with wonderful facades. Valencia is a well organized city. From the airport, for just 2 euros one can use the Metrovalencia line 5 and reach the last stop, the Maritim station, which is very close to the location of the apartment. On the way from the metro station we passed a small park and playground, the local fresh market Mercado Municipal del Cabañal, surrounded by a small square. Vibrant residential area, filled with many nice restaurants, supermarkets, craftsmen shops. Our host contacted me just as we made the reservation. Very helpful, gave me all the information needed, and also shared the main things about the accommodation, entrance, online registration for the ministry of interior etc. I only made a phone call with him, to ask something extra, but during our stay we didn't meet, which was the first time I haven't met a host. The key was left in a lock box. Nice, small apartment, just right for three people. Very clean. Small cooking plate, microwave, just enough to prepare a small meal or to heat something. Just across the street on the corner was the highest rated restaurant Mengem. At night, many parties, lively streets, young people and many foreigners. The weather was very nice, we were lucky to catch a week of sun. A vast beach, with many residents, tourists, it was very nice. At night very crowded near the marine, especially for the weekend, and also very beautiful and calm in the morning, around sunrise. At the beach, there is a tram station called Dr. Lluch from where you can take the line 4 and travel to the center of Valencia, until the Pont de Fusta station. The apartment is on the ground floor, with an entrance directly from the street, I assume it was once a store or some commercial space. TV with many channels and streaming services (Disney+, Prime). The couch was not set, so we did it ourselves, finding sheets and extra pillows inside it. For a weekly stay (seven days), I think we weren't left spare (extra) towels, toilet paper, soap. Although there was a small yard outside, it was off limits, so there was no option to sit in the open. The master bed was not comfortable.

• Sbrufido Padova (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Appartamento molto spazioso attrezzato e pulito. Posizione ottima vicino a tutto ciò che serve a Valencia. Ottimo la comunicazione con lo staff che ci ha supportato da prima del viaggio e durante il soggiorno. Consigliatissima. Ci torneremo. Tutto ok

• Winnie248 (10/5): Perfect location in Valence - The apartment is really well furnished. There is a washing and drying machine so I left with clean clothes. It's close to public transportation so easy to go to the airport or the center of the city. You can walk to the beach. Nice restaurants and groceries store around I don't see anything For me everything was very perfect and I was happy to book it. Thank you
