- Tatiana (4/5): Disappointing - The view from the room is good. The apartment is located near Istiklal street, which is convenient, you can get to the center in a short time. The service leaves much to be desired. We warned in advance about the time of our arrival and received the answer: 'ok', which gave us an understanding, that they were waiting for us. However, when we arrived at the address, we found a closed door. And there were no instructions on how to get inside. After asking people on the street near the apartment, we found out, that the owner wasn't there. We had to wait about 25 minutes outside the door (we were tired after a whole day of walking). Then the owner came in a good mood, looked at our id and explained how to get to our room. When we finally got to the room, we realized that this wasn't the room we had booked. In addition, there were no towels, soap, toilet paper. And the room was dirty. In response to our complaints, the owner said that the room, we booked, wasn't clean, so he changed it (without notifying us). So, we were accommodated in a dirty room, because our booked room was dirty🤔It was a completely different room: we booked a two-level apartment with a large terrace and got a small room with a French balcony. To sum it up, it took us about 1.5 hours to check-in. And a few words about the room: it looks better in the photos than in reality.
