• Julia (9/5): Großzügiges Apartment mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten in Strandnähe - In diesem großzügigen Apartment fühlt man sich direkt wie Zuhause! Perfekt gelegen zwischen den Stränden Ipanema und der Copacabana (jeweils keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß) bietet es alles, was man für einen kürzeren oder längeren Aufenthalt braucht: einen gemütlichen Wohnbereich, einen großen Esstisch, eine große Dusche sowie ein gemütliches Bett und ausreichend Stauraum für Kleidung. Der große Kühlschrank ist perfekt, um Getränke und Lebensmittel zu kühlen, denn eine kleine Küche bietet sogar die Möglichkeit, kleine Gerichte zu kochen. (Super Gadget: Sandwich-Toaster) Ein Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Tür, Bars und Restaurants liegen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Dank des 24 Stunden anwesenden Portiers fühlt man sich absolut sicher. Großer Pluspunkt: Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und steht einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der Segen der Lage ist auch gleichzeitig ihr Manko: Durch die zentrale Lage ist es trotz des 10. Stocks bis in die Nacht recht laut, was für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf ein Problem sein könnte. In Wohn- und Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die allerdings bei Betrieb sehr laut ist. Ohne sie ist es im Sommer allerdings zu warm, um einen erholsamen Schlaf zu bekommen. Das ist insgesamt aber Kritik auf hohem Niveau.
• Osman (9/5): Localização ótima - Tudo muito organizado e limpo, as informações foram passada de modo muito claro e objetivo. Tinha secador, o que nos ajudou muito. Cama confortável e roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas. Ponto de oportunidade, trocar o ar condicionado, muito barulhento(mesmo quando está no mínimo), o que atrapalha no descansar. E mesmo com os ventiladores o calor é muito forte, visto que estamos no Rio de Janeiro.

• Kramar (10/5): Superó mis expectativas - El departamento es mas grande de lo que se ve en las fotos. Nos alojamos 5 días, nos pareció MUY cómodo! tiene todo lo necesario, la cocina es pequeña pero está bien equipada. Esta ubicado a 4 cuadras de la estación del metro que te conecta con otras partes de la ciudad. A 3 cuadras de la playa de Ipanema y a 4 de Copacabana. A la vuelta tiene un supermercado. El barrio es céntrico y movido. La seguridad del edificio excelente y respetuosa Helmar, el dueño, muy atento y la información que brinda para llegar al alojamiento super clara. No tengo nada para decir.
• German (10/5): Excelente - Ubicación: cerca de todo, playas, subte, supermercados, tamaño grande para lo que hay en la zona y muy buen estado, ventanas al frente todo luminoso. Atienden muy bien e impecable todo. Mucha seguridad en el edificio y la zona.
