• GIUSEPPE (5/5): - Solo la posizione e il self check in Pulizia scarsa, lenziola piene di peli, aria stagnante per via degli scarichi in bagno, bagno minuscolo. Una persona in sovrappeso non riuscirebbe ad usufruire del bidet 5 piano senza ascensore

• Ana (8/5): Have low expectations and it will be a value for money - The location is the blessing ( closeness to the train) and curse of this place ( the street is dirty, full of street vendors working or partying until 2 am). The room is descent and overall clean, but everything stinks of chlore ( even the sheets). Bear in mind that you need to climb 5 flight of stairs. Thin walls (you could hear people in other rooms); no the bags\coffee/spoon or whatever - although an electric cattles is there along few plastic cups. City tax is apparently payable at the location - i left money on a night stand since I never meet a hostand there were no indications nor proofs of payment to follow. I tried sending this feedback to the host but they apparently did not appreciate it as I got “…” as an answer.

Soffione della doccia ammuffito, angoli della doccia incrostati. Scopino del bagno che si sganciava. Lavandino stretto, inevitabile schizzare a terra. Sarebbe bello investire sulla manutenzione. Materasso matrimoniale affossato. Cinque piani a piedi pesantissimi per chi ha bagagli da trasportare. Inoltre le stanze non sono insonorizzate e ci hanno svegliato a notte fonda i rumori della stanza accanto.
• Emmanouela (1/5): Terrible experience – would rate negative if possible - I stayed for 4 nights at Keira House Napoli, located at 373 Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi, 80142 Naples, Italy, and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. First of all, the area is extremely unsafe. It's basically a ghetto filled with street vendors and drug users from early morning until late at night. It’s very stressful not knowing where to safely leave your car. While the listing mentions parking, this is actually a privately rented lot that costs €20 per day and is run by a completely rude man who doesn’t speak a word of English and is unwilling to help. The building itself is old, dirty, and nothing like the photos shown online. The accommodation is located near a train station, and every time a train passes by, it feels like an earthquake — it’s impossible to get a proper night’s sleep or rest. The room has no view at all, just a depressing street scene where you can see people doing drugs right outside. Throughout our four-night stay, no one came to clean the room or change towels or sheets. In their automated welcome message, they mentioned providing Nutella — something that was never there, and we pointed it out. Their “kind gesture” in response was to leave us a sarcastic note along with a one-euro coin, supposedly as compensation for the missing Nutella. Completely unprofessional. Coming from a country where hospitality actually means something, this whole experience was a joke. If I could, I would give this place a negative rating. I will also be reporting the situation to Booking.com directly. Travelers deserve to know the truth — not rely on misleading reviews.

• Valentina (6/5): Pleasant - The room is spacious and clean. It's close to the train station and metro, many shops around. The stuff is great, very responsive and gave detailed and clear instructions on how to pick up the keys. There were free coffee and tea in the room, but one of the coffee capsules was used:( The whole building is shaking every 10-15 mins (probably when the tram passes on the street), but in the night it's calm. You could hear neighbors shouting whole evening and night. But this is out of control. Double bed was very uncomfortable, making noise on each movement and mattress was "sinking", pillows were bad as well. Single bed was short for some reason, my legs were falling. No socket next to table with tea/coffee maker, so had to move it all the time to make some tea/coffee. It would be good to have porcelain cups or at least paper cups instead of plastic once, it's impossible to put hot coffee or tea in them. We had to bring some from outside. Also would be good to have a small fridge in the room. We were informed that there are free Nutella and jams as well in the room, but there were none.

• Marija (10/5): Exceptional - Good communication with the owner, everything as described, clean, good location, great for the price! 4th floor with quite steep stairs without elevator (was fine for us but maybe it's not so good for some older quests), and really tin walls - you hear everything from the room next to yours.

• Erika (10/5): Exceptional - This apartement is perfect for tourists who also want to visit other cities like amalfi or capri since its really close to the station and the port, it's a walkable distance from basically any sight in naples. The rooms are super clean the hosts are really nice. There are lots of nice restaurants near by but Fedele 2.0 was our favourite, their staff are the nicest people possiple so helpful, they cheered our days up!
• Dara (7/5): Nice and comfortable apartment in a slightly rougher part of town. - Clean room, close to central station, easy check in & quick communication with host. Good AC & nice balcony. Area was a bit rough, although not unsafe. Noisy neighbours - it is multiple private access rooms within one flat/apartment. Apartment shakes when trains go by, but stops during the night.
• Azra (6/5): Overall good for three days. Would not stay there for longer than that. - Good value for money. It is a non smoking room, but the three days we stayed there it smelled sigarettes in our room… I dont know how. Maybe the guest before us smoked inside. The smell was really bad. The host also went in every day in our room when we were not there and turned of our aircondition. I prefer the host to tell me to turn off the aircondition and not go in when we have our private stuff in the apartment.
• Máté (9/5): Superb - Location is close to train station and good connection to the airport too, many things are in walking distance. The host is very kind and communicates well, shared clear instructions for check in procedure. Yes, you have to prepare to climb the stairs, but it’s manageable.

• Thomas (7/5): Great value for a convenient location. Limited facilities but you get what you pay for :) - Great value. Great location from a practical perspective. Checkin was very smooth. Very friendly hosts via WhatsApp. Location is quite noisy, and a palpable rumble from the trams. LOTS of stairs up to the rooms. Room was a bit sparse (only plastic cups for hot drinks, no shower gel), and not as immaculate as other rooms I've stayed in for this price, but I can't complain for the money.
• Claudia (1/5): Bad - 5th floor with no lift, air conditioning not working, the smell of sewage was disgusting. The room was tiny and the mosquito nets were ripped so mosquitoes had a feast! It was a nightmare! To avoid at all costs!

The room is on the 5th floor without the lift so you have to walk many steps and it can be challenging for people with health issues. The room is small, the bed mattress was very soft and the bathroom shower was so small that you can’t move to take a shower. The bathroom smell was horrible and you have to keep the door constantly close. The water is cold and you have to run it for at least few minutes to get it hot. Overall very average stay.

The stairs may be a problem for some, we didn't mind it, as it helped burn of the calories as the food is that good we couldn't stop eating. You really do feel part of a community and feel that spirit in the area

The bathroom was quite small and there was an excessive number of automatic air fresheners squirting throughout the night which disturbed our sleep.
