• Javier (5/5): - Lo espacioso Esta un poco viejo y descuidado. La puerta de acceso es muy insegura. Con un golpe se puede abrir fácilmente y no da confianza dejar las cosas importantes dentro del apartamento cuando uno sale a pasear.

• Gregor (7/5): Goede prijskwaliteit op redelijke locatie - locatie was prima 200m van de bussen en 500m van de metro. Prijskwaliteit verhouding was ook goed. vrijdag en zaterdagavond was geluid tot laat vanwege de bar 30m verder. Het leek dat wijk niet zo veilig was, maar dat viel mee.
• Sarah (7/5): Overall the property served me well for visiting family who live a few doors down. Easy access to public transport and a - The property was roomy and well appointed with towels, coffee makings, kettle, tea, etc. I’d didn’t cook there but saw things that I could have used. The stairs were steep and narrow going to the kitchen. So, hold that hand rail. And the bed was a little short. I’m 5’8” and I found my feet touching the foot board a few times unless I was close to the headboard. If you are tall and sleep on your back, beware.

• Julian Isaacson (7/5): Good, value and location but a little tired - Location was great. The place was clean and tidy. Very cold initially, particularly the bathroom. Once the heating was on it took a few hours to warm up but was fine. The place was a little tired; holes kicked in doors, water leaks in the ceiling etc, which is minor but spoiled what could have been a lovely place.

• Jane (7/5): Great value for money family apartment in excellent location . - Excellent location for overground / bus and tube . Great facilities- loved the table football as added fun. Large and well equipped and clean . Plenty of towels , bedding, coffee, tea, sugar etc provided. Very welcomed Front door felt little insecure but never had any issues. Stairs to kitchen were on the steep side but manageable. Little wear and tear in places but it’s a rental so to be expected

• Romane (1/5): Never again. - What can I say except the fact that the property was not clean, dirty, blood on the floor, tabacco and weed on the couch and a very strong smell of weed all over the place. We also had leak, when it was raining in the outside it was also raining in the inside. With drunk people yelling at night cause it’s located in a street where there’s many bars.
• Steve (8/5): Lively and duverse location with so much to do. - Local facilities, convenience to travel into Central London and East End. Plenty of space in flat and warm. If you don’t like noise this isnt for you. I had no problems because knew this is a lively, diverse location. No problem for me.

• Marta Velez (6/5): For the price it was ok. There was a lot of space and a great location. Communication was not great and the cleaning of - A lot of space. Also amazing location It was dirty and when a few days when it was raining it was literally leaking in the house. Noise and light but you would expect that at the Main Street
• Abbie (2/5): bad communication with owner - Bright and spacious. Lots of potential to be a great apartment. We were at a family wedding on Saturday night and arrived back to the flat at 12:30am to find that the lock was jammed and we could not get in. We all tried multiple times and even had staff from neighbouring bars try the lock as they were concerned about us (I was upset and crying). I phoned an emergency locksmith who said they would be 30 mins however due to the time of night they were taking longer so the bouncer from a club next door found us a ladder and my friend had to climb onto the roof of the shop below and climb through a tiny window (he ripped his waistcoat and cut and bruised his back). If we did not have a window open, we would have either been on the streets all night or would have had to pay a locksmith emergency call out fee. I phoned the owner (not expecting them to answer at this time but just incase they were up by chance) and left messages to let them know what was going on and I received no response. I then messaged again today to ask for a response and I was told “the lock was checked on Sunday and we had guests staying last night and the lock was working fine”. I was not disputing that the lock was still jammed but it was jammed on Saturday night so could happen again to more vulnerable guests. No apology or concern about our welfare in the slightest. Noise from outside (badly insulated) so we had little sleep. I understand the owner does not control what happens outside but the amount of reviews complaining about noise should be an indication that noise proofing would be beneficial. Apartment in need of maintenance and a deep clean - holes in bathroom door, stains on sofa, limescale in kettle and lampshades thick with dust.

Cerca de transporte público, lo que permite acceso rápido a zonas de interés. Dispone de todo lo necesario para completar las bebidas de un desayuno. (Café, té , azúcar, etc.). En nuestra opinión: Recomendable. Instalaciones necesitan una puesta a punto. (Puerta cuarto de baño, ropero habitación, fundas de sofás-cama, ropa de cama de los sofás-cama)

• Giulia (10/5): A nice family trip - The apartment is very spacious and had everything we needed: a lot of towels, sheets and toiletries. Even the kitchen is well equipped. There was even a table football and it was fun! The location was perfect, very close to two Overground stations and bus stops. We couldn't lock the entrance door.

• Masini (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very close to the underground and there’s a bus stop too. Even though it’s not in the center of London, it takes no longer than 20 min to get there. Communications with the host have been smooth and nice. The place is well furnished and we enjoyed playing the table football every day.

Located above a Vape shops & lots of pubs and restaurants. Street noise continues throughout the whole night. People yelling, loud music and lots of noise.

Large sofa bed in living area opens up to a king-size bed and comfy double bed in bedroom. Towels provided by host. Very Clean condition. Steep staircase, wall needs decorating where the leak occurred, no parking facilities or directions on how to find one. Otherwise handy apartment for short trips.

• Eleni (1/5): Mice infestation in the flat - - I stayed at this property for two nights, and my experience was ruined by a distressing incident. On the second night, at 2am, we saw a mouse in the bedroom. It ran upstairs to the kitchen, and as two women alone, we were petrified. We immediately packed our things and moved to the kitchen, where we discovered a hole in the wall, which could be the mouse’s entry point. As a local, I know that mice are a common issue in London flats, and they can squeeze through holes as small as the tip of a pencil. We quickly left the flat half an hour later. I contacted the host to explain the situation, and he asked for a picture of the mouse. Honestly, who can take a picture of a mouse when they’re that terrified? I was hoping for compensation, especially considering I had left food in the kitchen the previous night that could now be contaminated. However, the owner refused compensation and denied that there were any mice in the flat, despite my photo evidence and the fact that I had to book a cab in the middle of the night to leave. I then reached out to Booking.com, who originally promised me a refund, but only offered me £36. To my surprise, I learned that they don’t have the same safety policy for guests that platforms like Airbnb have in place for health and safety concerns. I would strongly advise potential guests to be cautious when booking this property, as my experience was unsettling and poorly handled.

• Calum (1/5): Terrible communication, damp on the walls, never again. - Good location for where we were I was informed I would be called by the property owner as and when I could check in however I never received this call. As well as this, the PIN code given for the key lockbox was incorrect meaning we were stuck in the rain for 40 minutes. I tried to call the property owner multiple times and messaged however they did not answer or reply to my messages. The only way we were eventually able to get into the property was because we went into the shop next door and the owner was able to tell us what the PIN code was previously. This also did not work but eventually we were able to guess the code based on what the shop owner told us. If it wasn't for this we would have been stranded in London. The property itself was covered in damp and one of the people staying with myself suffers from severe asthma and this may have triggered an attack. Overall a very poor experience which is not what you expect when you pay a premium price.

• Flodesvignes (8/5): Very nice apartment but with possible noise during the week-end at night - Very nice apartment, not far away from The City and London center with the buses, very nice Café 5 minutes wallkfor the breakfast and very good Italian restaurant 10 mn walk. All you need is there. Unfortunatelyy we had to face noise on the street (drunk people finding the sidewalk under our windows very nice between 1 and 2 am) but only one of our 3 nights. It seems to be something usual during the week-end.

• Hayley (7/5): Good - Its a great apartment, everything you need and was so close to the festival we were going to. Easy to find. We had to chase for the code way after 3pm, sent messages and no one answered, eventually had to call. There is some discolour/mold on the walls in the lounge. Its also not very soundproof, be prepared to be woken up by the shop downstairs at 8am.

• Joanne (1/5): Avoid and Avoid Booking.com - level 3 user and I could not believe how unhelpful they were. - Nothing Door to the property was unsecure - loose latch and crumbled plaster wall that looked like it had been previously forced open. I felt too unsafe to stay and left property. Owner was unhelpful and refused to accept responsibility.

• Success (9/5): Fantastic space and location - Had pretty much everything, nice space. Things ready for clean up and spare bedding etc Only moan is that the soap dispenser wasn’t working efficiently! Otherwise would have been a straight 10/10
• Luling (6/5): Do NOT recommend for families - plenty of space but we don’t need The apartment is located right above a vape bar, you can hear the music even after midnight. The building is very bad quality, basically you can hear everything, people talking downstairs, on the street, and the neighborhood is like many people drinking/ smoking/partying outside. The night I was staying there I hear people partying until 4am. There is only one bedroom which facing the busy road. The other place to sleep is the living room (the sofa bed) which has a big window on the roof and you could not sleep as soon as the sunrise at 5am, when the ambient party/ music noise just start to wind down. The hot water is only good for one to take half a bath and you need to take the rest cold. There is no baggage storage place in the apartment (you can not leave your luggage before checking in at 3pm) And the place for luggage storage the host recommended (luggage hero)closed when we drag all our luggage there.

• Richard (7/5): Pleasant stay - The table football The bed was comfy Tea and coffee facilities It was nice and clean Good WiFi connection 6 minute walk to the nearest tube station (albeit not a very nice walk after dark). Fair value for money. The TV didn't work. The property was on a busy stretch for drinkers so didn't get a wink of sleep as people were loitering outside in the early hours and the noise escalated through the apartment. Stairs were very steep and my children struggled to get up/down to the kitchen. I slept next to my son on the sofas and as soon as it got light around 5am, the living area was really bright and had no way of blocking the light out I.e blinds/curtains. The front door doesn't look very welcoming covered in graffiti. The walls need a touch up in places.

Apartment itself was very good and very spacious. The light in the living room from the ceiling can be disturbing for those sleeping in the sofa bed. The walls could do with a touch of fresh paint and some minor maintance work around to freshen up the place but didn't really bother us much.

• Jib (5/5): Potential, but lacking everything - The property is great, such a unique space with bags of potential. Located not too far from dalston kingsland, nearby to a decent amount of shops the place is also HUGE for a 1 bed. Despite being an amazing prospect. The property almost lacks any emotion. It’s organised poorly. The kitchen being up some STEEP stairs that you’ll struggle to bring tea up and down. The bed room is fine. But there’s so much space in the middle ground. There’s two sofas that during my stay were NOT CLEANED neither was the floor. Bare in mind there is so much floor space it being dirty was horrible. I really wish they also had carpet as it almost feels like an old office space turned into a home. The front door is also straight on the main road and has 1 lock. No chain or anything. The place was dirty in a sense but also so bare that it looked clean. They had a football table which was fun to use but in the same space there could’ve been a dining table. The kitchen is also annoyingly up the STEEP stairs and is a hassle when preparing food that you want to eat on the main floor.

• Arun (6/5): Spacious place but bad heating . - Good area, lot more spacious. Heating in the property was really bad , when we reach the place was freezing and someone leave all the windows open, there is no heating inside the toilet so all night freezing .

• Rukhsar (9/5): Superb - It was exactly like the pictures, spacious enough space for 6 people had an amazing games table to enjoy your time. Not too bad location either. Issues with heating it was quite cold due to the size of the place but other than that all worth it and would definitely book again. For sure!!

There was a plastic waterproof cover on the mattress under the sheet which makes for a very sweaty night’s sleep (it’s not breathable). I understand the principle for a rented apartment but it’s not comfortable. The shower could have been hotter but was ok.
• Bhatt (10/5): Exceptional - Bedroom had no lock, so it's made me uncomfortable because, me and my gf can't spend quality time. So, I request you to please install lock for Bedroom door. Also, Electric kitchen hobs are not working.
