Хороший аниматор в детской комнате, играл с детьми, хотя все говорили на разных языках - всем было интересно. Хорошая еда, все вкусно, большой выбор. Бар тоже порадовал. Территория не очень большая, но везде чисто, красиво, очень приятный внутренний дворки. Была живая музыка одним вечером (саксофонист) - очень понравилось. Пляж рядом, как и прогулочная улица со всей туристической инфраструктурой. В общем, рекомендую! Пожалуй, такого не было. Платный паркинг - с учетом локации не вызвал никакого негатива

• BULENT (9/5): Çalışkan ve güleryüzlü ekip - Mutfak personelinden garsonlara, oda hizmetlerinden resepsiyona otelin her yerinde vızır vızır koşturan, ve tüm bu çalışkanlık içinde gülmeyi hiç ihmal etmeyen harika personelleri var. Bunu nasıl yaptıklarını sorduğumda "4 yıldızlı olsak da butik otel gibi hizmet vermeye çalışıyoruz" dediler. Bölgeye ilk kez gittim, diğer otelleri bilmiyorum ama bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kendi özel plajı yok. Ama Sunny Beach plajı zaten uçsuz bucaksız bir plaj ve otel bu plaja 200 metre mesafede. Yani otelin kendi plajı olmasa da plaja ulaşmanız ve kendinize güzel bir yer bulmanız çok da zor değil.

• MordechaiN (8/5): - אוכל היה מגוון מטורף, המיקום היה מעולה. צוות קשוב מאוד! הכל נקי ברמות! לא חוויתי הנאה כזו בחיים! ממליץ בחום! לא אהבתי שאין חניה של המלון וצריך לשלם 20 לב בולגרי על כל 24 שעות של חנייה למלון. ובפועל החנייה בכלל לא שמורה אין עליה מצלמות רק יש גדר. בנוסף צריך לקרוא לשומר כל פעם שיפתח כי הגדר לא חשמלית בכלל. אם אתם באים עם רכב קחו בחשבון - תשלום.
• Corina (10/5): Un concediu magnific! - Personal amabil, mâncare excelentă, foarte diversificată, curățenie și intimitate. Este un loc potrivit pentru orice vârstă, mai ales pentru copii. Mi-a plăcut f.mult ca am văzut bucătarii, inclusiv pe bucătarul chef în sala de mese asigurându-se ca totul este în regulă. Cu siguranță voi reveni! Totul a fost perfect.

Їжа смачна, різноманітна, є вибір для дітей і дорослих. Номери чисті, з усім необхідним, прибирання та заміна рушників щодня. Багато розваг для дітей та дорослих. В загальному, у нас залишились найприємніші враження, сподобалось усе.

• Marzena (10/5): Highly Recommend – Great Location, Food, Drinks, and Activities - We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing – really friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, especially the themed dinners, and the drinks as part of the all-inclusive were really nice. Everything was very clean, and the pool and garden were lovely places to relax. There were also fun activities like karaoke and shows in the evenings. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and the main promenade. Overall, we had an amazing time here. Big thanks to the staff for making the stay so enjoyable. I can’t think of anything negative.

Ruoka alkoi tökkiä jo muutaman päivän päästä, eli siinä voisi olla vaihtelua enemmän vaikka erilaisia iltoja ruuan suhteen järjestävätkin. Kerran viikkoon luvattu ala carte ruoka oli käytännössä samaa kuin mitä syön buffetin puolella, nyt vain pöytään tarjoiltuna.

• Denisa Elena (10/5): - Mâncarea este extraordinară, curățenia zilnică este un lucru care ne convinge să ne întoarcem în fiecare an Camerista a uitat să ne pună sticla cu gel de duș în cameră și desigur a uitat 2zile la rând, nu știu dacă era obligată să ne realimenteze pliculețele de ceai și cafea dar nu a făcut nici acest lucru pe toată perioada sejurului ,plus de asta nu lasă suficientă hârtie igienică în cameră

The staff were always friendly, helpful, and very responsive whenever we needed something, which made the experience even better. The food was varied, fresh, and tasty, with options to suit different preferences. The hotel also has a nice atmosphere and is located in a convenient area, close to the beach and local attractions. The only issue we had was the weak internet signal, at least in our room, which sometimes made it difficult to stay connected.

• Florentin (9/5): With big pluses and only minor downsides, this was a very enjoyable stay, and I totally recommend it - The hotel is very good overall. The food is tasty, though somewhat repetitive — mostly the same dishes every day and no themed evenings — but there are enough options to keep things interesting for a full week without getting bored. The staff are great: friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. A big plus goes to the drinks — for the first time in our 5–6 trips to the seaside in Bulgaria, we could enjoy both alcoholic beverages and soft drinks without any issues. The cocktails are made with local (and some non-local) spirits — for example, Ram whiskey, which is perfectly acceptable — and the sodas are Coca-Cola brand from dispensers. The rooms are fairly spacious, decent, and cleaned daily. There's a large lounge area with couches and corners where you can set up a laptop and work if needed (which was the case for me). There's also an entertainment area with games for kids and two billiard tables in good condition. You’ll find a bar in the lounge and another one by the pool. Next to the pool, there's also a food corner serving snacks all day long — pizza, shawarma, tortillas, skewers, fries, and more. A few downsides from my point of view: 1. The pool water was noticeably cold. I'm not sure why — the weather outside was very warm and the sea water was pleasant — but the pool remained cold on every occasion we tried it. Two people in our group even caught a cold after spending a day at the pool. 2. Although our room (a family room with a double bed and a bunk bed for the kids) was cleaned daily, there were cobwebs between the beds and the wall that looked quite old — like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I pointed this out to the cleaning lady, and she took care of it right away. 3. Our hotel wing faced the street, and the funfair across the road could get quite noisy, especially in the evening. The music and noise usually went on until around midnight or even 1 AM. 4. The bathroom fan wasn’t working — I reported it on the first day, but no one came to fix it until the 8th day. It seemed like they were aware of the issue, but simply didn’t treat it as a priority. Our friends staying in a different room had the same problem — their fan wasn’t working either. 5. I didn’t quite understand the idea of having to pay €10 per day for parking, especially when the hotel has its own private parking area.

• Agnieszka (10/5): - Dogodna lokalizacja, blisko deptaka, morza, centrum, przystanku autobusowego, aquaparku. Duży wybór potraw i napojów, część się powtarza, ale codziennie pojawia się coś nowego, są organizowane kolacje tematyczne, wszystko smaczne, nie ma się o co czepiać. Przekąski i napoje dostępne w ciągu dnia bez limitów. Baseny fajne, o zróżnicowanej głębokości. Obsługa - rewelacja, naprawdę ciężko pracują od rana do nocy i to zarówno panie sprzatajace, jak i kelnerzy, barmani czy animatorzy. Animacje też super, dla chętnych, bez nachalnego namawiania. Skorzystaliśmy z luggage room, przyjechaliśmy i wyjeżdżaliśmy poza godzinami meldowania/ wymeldowania. W obu przypadkach obsługa sama oferowała skorzystanie z usług dostępnych na miejscu oraz lunchu. Spędziliśmy tu bardzo przyjemny czas. Dziękujemy! Jedyne, do czego można się przyczepić jest niezależne od hotelu, więc trudno mieć do nich pretensje. To bliskość wesołego miasteczka, czynnego 17:00-24:00, w którym muzyka wręcz ryczy z głośników, zupełnie niepotrzebnie. Jeżeli ma się pokój od strony basenu to niestety muzyka z hotelu i miasteczka nanoszą się i nie ma zmiłuj.

Meget stort udvalg af mad og venligt personale Den varme mad smagte ikke af så meget. Poolen lukkede allererede kl 18. Motionsrummet var meget varmt uden AC og med meget begrænset udstyr

Personalul este extrem de amabil, mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze și gata să ajute în orice moment. Mâncarea este diversificată, proaspătă și foarte gustoasă, satisfăcând toate preferințele culinare. O experiență deosebită, pe care o recomand cu căldură! Totul a fost perfect!

• Evgeny (9/5): בורגס - הכל כלול! - הגענו מוקדם ועם ההגעה למלון התבקשנו לחכות מעט בזמן שהחדר שלנו הוכן. בינתיים אכלנו והלכנו לבריכה ובמהרה עשינו צ'ק-אין מראש. האוכל מצוין. הרבה ממנו וטעים. יש פינה עם אוכל לילדים, ויש מבחר מטעמים ליד הבריכה. המלון קומפקטי ונעים. כל יום יש פעילויות לילדים, אבל זה יותר לילדים גדולים יותר. הניקיון מצוין, ניקו, שאבו והחליפו מגבות כל יום. הקפה היה נורא, אנחנו חובבי קפה, זה היה חשוב לנו. גם הקוקטיילים לא טעימים, יש רשימה של כמה קוקטיילים הכלולים ב"הכל כלול", אבל אם אתם רוצים, למשל, מוחיטו, זה כבר בתשלום. הספא שכלול בחבילה הוא רק סאונה וחדר כושר. החמאם עולה 51 יורו. הבידוד לרעש גרוע, בבוקר שמענו את הצוות דוחף עגלות ניקיון ומסיבות ערב בחצר המלון.

• Yulia (7/5): Отдых - Удобное расположение, чистый уютный номер, очень коммуникабельный и отзывчивый персонал. Мы приехали раньше времени заселения и нас заселили раньше, правда номер был на третьем этаже и спускаться и подниматься в номер с бассейна приходилось пешком, в отеле есть только два лифта в лобби. Хорошая анимация для детей,но вечерняя программа для взрослых скучная. До моря идти далеко и на пляже платные лежаки так как своих у отеля нет, мы платили 26 за два замученных шезлонга . В столовой меню хоть и разнообразное но увы многое не вкусно. И самое большое разочарование это бассейн с очень холодной водой и из-за нехватки места вокруг бассейна лежаки установлены впритык друг к другу.

• VERED (10/5): מלון מעולה מעוצב מדהים וצוות נפלא - אהבנו הכל. צוות ושירות יוצא דופן. שטחים רחבים ומטופחים. פינות קפה וישיבה. מיקום מעולה ממש דקה מהטיילת. אוכל טעים ומגוון. חוויה מדהימה שמשנה את כל הטיול. המלון והחדרים מעוצבים בסגנון מודרני ואלגנטי. ממולץ מאוד. אהבנו הכל..פשוט מושלם. מומלץ בחום.
