• Sugu (4/5): Good location, but the stay was disappointing due to poor maintenance - The only positive aspect of this property is its strategic and convenient location. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly below expectations. The amenities were poor, and several kitchen appliances were not functioning, which made the stay inconvenient and disappointing. Cleanliness was only fair and did not meet acceptable standards. Overall maintenance appears to be lacking, and the property does not reflect the level of quality expected from a listed accommodation. Significant improvements are required in both upkeep and functionality before this property can be considered satisfactory.
• Serinne (10/5): Supper stay - Perfect stay in Bukit Bintang, clean and well-equipped apartment. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The view of the city with the Merdeka Tower is magnificent, the swimming pool is huge. Checking in independently is very easy and the gentleman who manages the apartment is very efficient and charming. Great report quality price for this apartment close to everything. Small point to note: the wait for the elevators is very fast unlike other buildings in Kuala Lumpur. Nothing

We felt as if we were in our own home. The house furniture is elegant and beautifully arranged. The colors are relaxing. very close to many shops, restaurants malls. TV was not working

Overall very good value for money (with the price we have paid for it) Cockroaches and other bugs 😭 The bedsheets and towels didn't seem very clean either AC was a bit noisy Other than that, everything was perfect

• Danny (8/5): Great value for the money, a nice comfortable place to stay with good facilities and shops - Good value for money for the size of the room and building facilities, in an Ok location if you do not like walking a lot, maybe not the best location The location wasn't as advertised. I chose the place based on location, but was very disappointed to find out it was in the area I wanted. The bed was too hard for my liking, and there was only one Key for three people staying there. The property manager did give us one more key after we asked for it.

• Georg (1/5): The worst experience - Zero Where to start : Honestly..the worse ever The apartment is super dusty and dirty and in the shower room there are black mildew .I was couphing every time I was staying or sleeping there because I had asthma. My health was becoming worse . The washmashine was super dirty, we couldn't use it and the bed was dirty ..I think no one changed the shelt or cover .The couch had brown spots. My wife never set there ..was feel disgusting the air fan was black from dirt and dust .. Plus, the neighbours use washmashine at 2 or 3 o'clock at night.. People move in the middle at night in the corridor with a loud voice . Plus, how can a worker/ manager just send me an sms how and where to get the key .He only met me for 20 seconds. Just to show us which locker number to get the key without fallowing up with me and my wife to the apartment..After I toke the key ...I couldn't find the apartment because i travel 18 hours and I was tired and confused and it is my first time in Malaysia and it is big building ..I went down he wasn't there just lgive the key and left . So I beg the guards to help me which they were more nice than the one who meet me and I got no help at all . All guests are coming tired from travel and need help.. not just to give them the key and say bye. I travel 40 countries..is the first time I have seen a non-professional treatment with guests and a dirty place like that ...

• Mun (7/5): Overall, it is ok. The host responds promptly with easy-to-follow instructions. - It is spacious and has most of the things we need. The bonus is there is a washer/dryer. It is not properly cleaned or sanitized. I have to wipe down surfaces that I will be using.

• Sumali (10/5): Exceptional - The view from this unit is very outstanding. From the window you can easily see Merdeka 118 Tower at your left. Easily can access Mamak, 7Eleven, Chinese Muslim Food & Grocery Shop outside this building walking distance about 50 meters. You can take a picture with the Merdeka 118 Tower background on the 6th floor which can access the swimming pool and mini golf course. At the 46th floor, you can see KL Tower, KLCC Twin Tower and TRX.
