- Medema (1/5): Zeer slecht! We willen ons geld terug en worden gecompenseerd voor extra gemaakte kosten - We hebben een uur gewacht op de beheerder. Deze kwam niet opdagen ondanks dat we hen hadden gebeld en hij zij ik kom er aan. Later nam hij niet meer op of stond in gesprek. Dat we er niet hebben kunnen slapen en naar een hotel moesten die veel duurder was.
- David (1/5): I demand the money back, for this apartment that could not be used - Pure Fraud! Even if everything was paid for, The flat was no more avaiable and we did not get any information of that, even if booking.com sent a mail three days earlier that all was ok. No messages were answered before and when i called the number several times someone answered at last and told that they had not had it for a long time. Did not believe booking.com was involved in such a fraud.
