• Janire (6/5): Justa - Precio y disponibilidad; toda la casa para ti en una distribución cómoda (dos habitaciones, salón/cocina y terracita) dentro de una urbanización algo alejada de todo (playa, pueblo de playa blanca, bares restaurantes, supermercados...). Instalaciones bastante justas, limpieza deficiente, toallas con olor a humedad/podredumbre, menaje de cocina muy deficiente (viejo, roto, sin estropajo, bayeta ni papel de cocina). Sin gel. La ropa de cuna para renovar, escasa, ajada y desteñía los pijamas de la criatura. Colchón de matrimonio cómodo pero almohadas de la era cuaternaria. En fin, para el precio que se paga por estas fechas en Lanzarote, supongo que es lo que te puedes encontrar, pero creo que no cuesta tanto tenerlo un poco adecuado y la renovación de esas pequeñas cosas.
• Macaela (9/5): We had a great time and would love to come back again, maybe we stay for a month! - Location good, very spacious, plenty of kitchen wear, communal areas well maintained and apartment was all nice and clean. Could easily stay longer if we needed to & good communication with owner makes a difference. The property complex seems to be mixed with rentals & residents. There was noise at times from residents doing DIY jobs but this is to be expected. Would benefit from upgrading with sheets & towels, but they were all fine and having the benefit of a washer was great.

• Carolina (7/5): Bien - El apartamento estaba limpio, sé podía aparcar fácilmente, la ubicación, la cama muy cómoda. Estuvimos muy bien. El apartamento es un poco anticuado, a la ducha y el lavabo le cuesta que el agua se vaya, muchos mosquitos (tuvimos que comprar aparatos con insecticida) la segunda noche no pudimos dormir. Pero la verdad que estuvimos muy bien.

Los niños no dejaron de chillar y llorar todas las noches hasta casi la 1h de la madrugada y el Domingo por la mañana queríamos dormir un poco más y nos despertaron con sus gritos a las 7h

• Ania (10/5): Amazing place - This is a beautiful, huge apartment not far from the town centre. We came here for Carnival, so for us the location was perfect. Despite the close distance to town, the apartment was very quiet, the whole complex was quiet and peaceful. The place was spotlessly clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, amazing bathroom with a powerful shower and two very comfortable, modern bedrooms. We will try to book it for the next year’s carnival. We loved our stay there.
• Krystian (8/5): Nice apartment for a few days - Big apartment, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, free parking on site. Terrace was very nice. Big and clean bathroom. Aldi supermarket within walking distance. Some good restaurants nearby. We would stay there again. The boiler or the pipes were very loud, especially in the evening. You can hear the neighbors through the walls. Lot of small ants in the apartment.
• Catherine (7/5): Comfortable spacious apartment - This is a lovely old-style spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, more like a home than a rental. Good washing machine with a quick cycle. The Marcastell complex (in which the property is located, Fase 1) is very pretty and well maintained with, it would seem, a lot of permanent tenants. Location is great, 10 mins walk to Playa Dorada. Supermarket is 5 mins walk. Town is about 10 mins walk. Nightclub/bars/restaurants centre (papagayo cc) is about 10 mins walk. Communication with the property manager is slow. We had a water issue that took 3 days to resolve. The address on booking.com is incorrect (it is the address of THB Royal Hotel, across the road); Casa Oasi is apt 5C in Marcastell. No name plate on front. We found it by photos. We were given 1 towel each for a 2 week stay. We had to request more & eventually got another one each (none for bathroom hand washing). The towels must be at least 30 years old, very worn & smelling of old dampness. The bed linen & pillows are also very old & need to be updated. Beds are comfy though. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The children next door race around their house screaming & shouting at 2.00 in the morning! And their water pipes are very noisy. If you like TV etc., TV is old, not a smart TV.
