• Sandra (10/5): Muito agradável! - Boa localização- junto à estação central de comboios. Quarto moderno, muito limpo e confortável. A entrada do prédio não revela o interior que é excelente. O pequeno almoço deveria estar de acordo com o excelente quarto: pouco variado.

La zona es fea y el acceso para la habitación complicado (hay que subir 15 escalones sin acabado, desde la puerta de la calle), es importante mencionarlo, subir con maletas y si se usa bastón es difícil.

Molto apprezzato il kit igienico per il bagno. Non molto lontano dal centro è un buon compromesso tra centralità e rapporto qualità-prezzo.

• Patricia (10/5): Wonderful stay and kind staff - This property was very clean and comfortable. The Host was very responsive and super kind. Highly recommend this place. There is a bus stop only a few seconds down the street so it is very accessible.

• Cláudia (10/5): Ótimo custo benefício e anfitrião super atencioso - O Alex possui um atendimento excelente. Super prestativo e atencioso. Sabe cuidar de um hóspede. O quarto tinha um espaço bom. Transporte bem próximo do hotel. Eles dão um voucher para café da manhã e o croassaint é maravilhoso! Só achei ruim que o ar condicionado não era tão potente e demorava para esfriar o quarto, fui em agosto no Verão da Italia.

• Salinas (10/5): Great! - Our room and restroom was very spacious and clean. Alex, the host, was so easy to talk to always answered my messages and made sure to clarify a any questions we had. We liked the property.
• Monika (10/5): The room was lovely with a comfy king bed and AC that made us sleep soundly. It came with full amenities, including a pe - The room is really nice and with their bouncy king bed also AC, making us sleep like a baby. They gave us complete amenities and even has personal refrigerator, which is great. Their hospitality is exceptional, you can feel their sincerity and their enthusiasm to run this business. The location is also quite good since there’s public transportation to go everywhere. Keep up the good work, hopefully I can stay here again when I go to Florence.

• Marius (7/5): Reviews are overrated - The owner is extremely nice It’s very very small, it seems to be one apartment divided in 3 rooms. The bathroom is incredible small and basic, the wardrobe has only one shelf. The location is just outside the city center so ok but looks dangerous at night.

We arrived quite late but the person was avaible to check us in (but never met them in person)!! Close to train station (15 min walk). Close to major parts to visit (20 min walk). The room was a bit small. Noise carries into other rooms (got to be quite). Must carry luggage up a high staircase. Never met the person in charge in person (but was surprisingly efficient). Place in shadier part of town.

The room is well equipped and freshly renovated, it has all you need, the bed is just gorgeous - so comfortable! The tiny issue was the water drain in the bathroom - it was a little bit stuck and slow. I'm sure it will be easily fixed in the future!
