• Matthias (8/5): - Mitten in Kreuzberg - was will man sagen - hat Flair. Das Appartement ist aber trotzdem ruhig und angenehm gestaltet...quasi ein kleiner Rückzugsort. Die Parkplatzinfos waren zu knapp...wir empfehlen konkret beim Vermieter nachzufragen. Es wurde uns im nachhinein versichert, dass ein Stellplatz vorhanden war - es fehlte leider die konkrete Info vorher.

• Berkay (8/5): Pleasant stay, especially if you have a car, good location, spacious apartment - - Location is good, it is close to the subway options, It has good connections to the public transport options so you can reach the city centre easily. - The apartment is clean, big enough, and it looks exactly like the photos, so there are no negative surprises. The beds and cushions are comfy. - The kitchen includes basic utensils needed for simple cooking. They had tea and coffee as well. - It has a free, private parking opportunity, which is rare in Berlin. If you are coming with a car, that is a huge advantage. There are some minor things: -The entrance for car parking is a 4-5 minute walk (time by Google Maps) at the street behind the main street of the entrance, but this is not mentioned anywhere, so we couldn't find the parking entrance for 20-25 minutes (and it is not easy to stop at the main street) and we couldn't reach out to the any person via phone numbers in time as well. -There was no shampoo, shower gel or soap in the bathroom; we had to buy them for ourselves. The water in the shower and bathroom sink drains poorly, so you have to be careful each time. The shower in the kitchen is not ideal but this is clearly shown in the photos, so we knew it from the beginning. -We didn't have any champagne/wine for us as stated in the booking page profile. No problem, but it is a false statement on the page. - The apartment is located on a very busy street, where you can literally see people passing by your door and talking very loud. It wasn't a big deal for us, but be aware.

• sascha (8/5): es war okay, mehr aber nicht. - Im Appartement ist es zu kalt im Wohnzimmer direkt nach haus eingang/ trotz Heizung ( zumal in der Raumgrösse der heizköper viel zu klein ist , aufgrund das es früher ein Einzelhandel laden war Tate Ema Laden ) Im sommer wäre das super ... Im Raum hat es nach schlechten Abwasser gerochen / weil das bad Waschbecken kein sifon hat Das Wasser in der dusche und bad Waschbecken , läuft sehr schlecht ab, mussten aufpassen das wir keine überschwemmung machen. Mängel wurden von uns schriftlich übermittelt, was daraus wird steht in den Sternen. Mehrfache anfrage Rechnung zu erstellen, wurde bis her nicht gemacht , Daten wurden auch mehrfach mitgeteilt.
