• Toni (8/5): Perfect hotel to stay for a fab trip to Istanbul. - Fabulous location! Mins from the Sultanahmet Camii (Blue Mosque). Very close to IST Airport bus stop & close to Sultanahmet tram stop for easy access the rest of the city and to SAW Airport. The bathroom door handle was loose (just a screw missing). I simply kept forgetting to ask reception to fix it. I’m sure they would have sorted it had I asked.

Bonus: I have asked if I can charge my EV, they offerd a 220V socket free of charge. Thanks to the hotel manager Safi. First night they offered an alternative location nearby, due to some technical incident in the booked room - water flood. The alternative room (Elisa Apartments) was small and noisy - couldnt sleep at all.

• Sara (5/5): - La stanza è vicina alle attrazioni principali, lato Moschea Blu ecc ecc, per chi sa accontentarsi la stanza va benissimo, i letti per fortuna sono comodi, ha dei copriletti leggerissimi idonei alla temperatura davvero molto calda della stanza. Devi comunicare la pulizia della stanza, altrimenti non te la puliscono e soprattutto c'è un rumore bello fastidio e continuo. Il primo giorno non ci hanno pulito la stanza, siamo dovuti scendere a comunicarlo e soprattutto siamo rimasti senza cartigienica. La stanza è davvero molto calda, c'è sempre un rumore fastidioso ed arriva puzza di tutti i cibi. La scala è a chiocciola abbastanza stretta, da tenere conto per la prenotazione di persone più anziane. L'hotel non ha ascensore. Per chi non ha grosse pretese può andare, ma se si ha il sonno leggero è da evitare. Il bagno non aveva una vetrata della doccia, a noi non è pesato, poi l'ultimo giorno l'abbiamo trovata riparata.

Атмосфера тёплая и эстетичная — с лёгким французским вайбом, в таком месте действительно приятно находиться. Персонал очень добрый и внимательный, отношение к гостям искренне заботливое. Отдельно хочется отметить Наргиз и Маржан — замечательные, отзывчивые и очень приятные девушки. Уборка проводится отлично, в отеле всегда чисто и аккуратно. Завтраки вкусные, всё свежее и с душой. Также хочется сказать спасибо управляющему и патрону отеля — очень хорошие, достойные люди, которые действительно создают комфорт для гостей. Нам с парнем уделяли внимание, угощали, общались очень тепло — чувствовалось искреннее гостеприимство. По удобствам всё продумано: 📍 рядом море, кафе, магазины, 📍 все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности, 📍 рядом автобусные и троллейбусные остановки, 📍 красивый вид из отеля. Отдельный уют создаёт милая чёрная кошка, которая живёт в отеле — это маленькая, но очень тёплая деталь 🐈‍⬛ В целом отель очень эстетичный, комфортный и душевный, нам он действительно очень понравился. Был один небольшой момент, связанный с личным восприятием одного сотрудника (девушки по имени Сара), но это не повлияло на общее впечатление. В целом — отличный отель, в который хочется вернуться. Рекомендуем 💫

• Pan Wojtek (10/5): Super - Zwykłe standardowe - w sam raz na początek dnia. Fajna dzielnica. blisko do zabytków, a jednocześnie na uboczu i w pobliżu tradycyjnej dzielnicy (z barberem włącznie). Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Pokój mieliśmy na samek górze (3 piętro). Trochę krętych schodów (bez windy), ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Na 3 piętrze jest taras.

• Desislava (5/5): Деси - Беше близо до историчестият център. Когато пристигнахме се оказа, че нямаме запазена стая в хотела, защото са продали всички стаи. Парите ни обаче вече бяха изтеглени. Настаниха ни в някаква сграда, която миришеше на мухъл и беше мръсно. След като поисках да ни преместят ни настаниха в друг хотел, който също миришеше на влага и мухъл.

• Ivetka (6/5): Ubytovanie so psom a cesta autom - Blízkosť centra sme vyžadovali a aj dostali:)ale obrovský hluk je takže sa pripravte:)okna Netesnia...a o5 ráno začne halekani z mešity..5x za deň...plus celú noc sú mačky akčné...tie sú vlastne absolútne všade...inak novšie ubytko samozrejme chyby sa dajú nájsť všade keď človek chce...terasa s výhľadom na more obrovské plus dostupná kedykoľvek s vlastným jedlom a pitím.My cestujeme autom ..parking divoký ale mali sme:)psíka ubytovali bez problémov asi vlastne bol náš Tobim civavka atrakciou:) Raňajky sú žiaľ velmi zle ...:(ale za tu cenu čo sme boli na 5 noci nebudem haniť nikoho:)

• Tina (7/5): Lovely little 2 day stay - cheap and cheerful. Despite some faults, I’d be happy to stay there again for the price - Great location, off the main road, but close to everything you would want to see. The restaurant serves great food and cocktails, although breakfast is plated up en mass so the salad was very sad looking and wilted. We had a lovely rooftop room with nice views. Great value for money. The winding stairs going up 4 floors were terrifying, especially coming down with cases when we left. We were told there would be someone there early in the morning to bring our cases down and do us a packed breakfast but there was no one about. The shower door is missing. The room also seems to be sat on or right next to a very loud generator which is very startling when it starts up in the night. Also the radiator was broken and wouldn’t turn off so we had to have AC blasting to make the room temperature bearable.

Нам предложили 20% скидку в ресторане отеля, при заселение. Мы пришли туда ужинать компанией и нас обманули в счете. На 50€ больше сумму вписали. Это испортило впечатление в первый же вечер. Менеджер активно и в базарной форме зазывает гостей и общается с ними. Это не про сервис, а про базар больше. На четвертей день компания гостей сидела на терассе до 2 часов ночи и музыка играла очень громко. Очень! Спать было не возможно! В номере не убирались вообще. На третий день мы попросили уборку, но ее не сделали. На четвертей день (в завтра нам улетать) мы настояли на уборке и ее сделали. Мусорка была уже с горой в комнате. Все это сильно сильно испортило впечатление об отеле

• Angela (9/5): Great - The hotel is located in the old town, very close to attractions. The rooms are small but clean. The staff is very friendly and ready to help whenever needed. Parking is on the street but secure and free of charge. Breakfast could be slightly improved, especially if you are staying at the hotel for several days. The stairs to the upper floors may cause some problems for certain people. The promised 20% discount for dinner at their restaurant was not honored.
• Raffi (7/5): Great location & very fair price however the hotel has no elevators and the stairs are very narrow with tight steps! - Great location and price was very fair No elevators! You or the staff would have to carry all your luggages up 3 floors or whatever floor your room would be. The stairs are very narrow with small steps so it’s also very dangerous if you have to take your luggages. Normally hotel staff would do it for you so you shouldn’t have too however during my checkout no hotel staff was present so I had to do it myself. We got locked inside the building before Fajr prayer around 5:45am! No hotel staff present anywhere! The building doors were closed and locked! We were trapped! Had to get someone’s attention who was walking by who called the hotel staff next door to come open the door. Apparently the night shift staff didn’t show up! Hotel had a power outage around 6pm and may have lasted an hour or two! We had to leave and go out due to the outage, luckily we didn’t need any power during that time! Hotel staff seemed like it was a normal thing and didn’t know when it would come back on! So many times the front desk was no where to be found so customer service needs improvement in that regard otherwise generally nice staff members. Breakfast is premade and served to you by staff, it is not a buffet style. Overall I would avoid this hotel if you have a lot of luggages or small children with you just because of the stairs.

The hotel's location allows you to be in the center of events. - The excellent location, the convenience for the personal car we were traveling with and for which the hotel hosts helped us park in a convenient place, the welcome we received upon check-in. The breakfast is continental, but offers enough choice and is nutritious. Everything was normal and I have no comment.

Настаниха ни в съседен хотел, не този който резервирахме, със същото име. Тясни и вити стълби. Стаите миришеха на цигари. Мръсна баня, неудобна мивка. Мръсна хавлия и чаршафи. За завиване имаше само покривката на леглото. Закуската е каквото ти сервират, приготвят го на момента.

• Liliana Georgiana (10/5): - Ne-a plăcut foarte mult această cazare. Este foarte aproape de Hagia Sophia, de Moscheea Albastră și de Bazar. Are o terasă foarte frumoasă, de unde poți admira marea. Camera arată foarte bine, patul a fost supercomod. Parcare gratuită lângă hotel. Restaurant deschis până noaptea târziu. Tot personalul este foarte amabil și prietenos. Te ajută cu orice ai nevoie. Recomandăm cu drag! Ne-a plăcut totul.

• Denis (9/5): - Imali smo obezbeđeno parking mesto u ulici naspram hotela. Doručak je mogao biti malo raznovrsniji ali sasvim je bilo u redu. Ljubazno osoblje,raspoloženo za komunikaciju. Lokacija u starom delu grada,blizu svih znamenitosti. Terasa na trećem spratu,koju smo koristili uveče za sedenje i relaksaciju. Restoran je na prvom spratu,nešto veća buka rano ujutru i kasnije uveče,ali svakako to je prometno mesto i stalno se nešto dešava tako da nije pokvarilo opšti utisak boravka.

Mai greu cu scarile , pt ca sunt in spirala. Per total tinand cont de pret, locatie, cum arata camera si facilitati , merita sa te cazezi in aceasta locatie

• Dinica (1/5): - Nimic Am rezervat și achitat integral două camere : 1 dublă și 1 triplă cu mic dejun in Garden Elisa Hotel pentru două nopți și când am ajuns aici am avut o mare surpriză. Ne-au spus că nu au nimic liber in acest hotel, cu totul că contravaloarea camerelor mai sus menționate a fost achitata cu 2 săptămâni înainte. Ne-au transmis sa ne cazam într-o locație veche Hotel Elisa suite/ apartament, situată vis-a-vis de hotelul unde noi rezervasem, aici fiind o locație foarte veche, totul devastat( lipsa întrerupătoare, iar ca priză exista un prelungitor ,....), mizerie de nedescris( gumă de mestecat lipită pe pereți, lenjerie neschimbată, prosoape folosite,...), camerele cu un miros accentul de urină, ......... I-am arătat patronului fotografiile camerelor rezervate din aplicația Booking și mi-a răspuns foarte iritat, că nu înțeleg , că nu este nimic liber in locația unde am rezervat, dacă vrem sa plecam in alta parte , nu ne reține dansul că el nu a primit banii inca de la Booking. Fiind o ora târzie și foarte obosiți de pe drum, nu am avut de ales, am fost nevoiți să folosim din lucrurile murdare ce le aveam in mașină din vacanță din Antalya. Pentru micul dejun am fost invitați să îl servim la locația unde noi am făcut rezervarea, alta surpriză. Micul dejun consta într-o farfurie pe care ți-o servea la una din măsuțele de pe strada pline de păr de pisică. Farfuria conținea: 3 frunze pătrunjel, 1 roșie sherry, 2 feliuțe de castravete pline de firmituri de la alte aperitive, 2 măsline, 2 biluțe motarella, 1 ou fiert, 1 lingură de miere și 1 lingură de gem . Vin in Turcia de multi ani este singurul loc unde am întâlnit așa ceva. Patronul acestor hoteluri nu respectă rezervările făcute din aplicația Booking, el veșnic se află pe stradă să ademenească noi clienți pe care ii cazează in camerele postate pe Booking, iar noi cei care am făcut rezervare prin Booking am fost cazați într-o altă locație devastată.

• Simona (8/5): Will definitely return - The staff and especially Ozzy and Safi (I hope I remembered correctly) did everything in their power to make us feel welcome. Really good food at the restaurant. The location is ideal, 5 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and public transport. A couple of weeks before arriving we confirmed that we'll be coming with our kid as well and they said they will upgrade us to a bigger room. We travelled with a 3year old, a small dog and a cat. Upon arriving they told us there was a mix up and they couldn't upgrade our room. The room would have been perfect for 2 persons, but 3 persons and two pets felt a bit crowded. But we didn't spend that much time inside so no issues in the end.

• Keith (3/5): Not a nice experience - We arrived late at night and ordered food from the restaurant which is part of the complex we were charged €150 euros for a meat platter between 3 and 6 beers massively overcharged for 3 portions of rice 4 chicken legs and 3 lamb chops, the poor guy on reception during the night beds down on the floor below the reception desk avoid like the plague

No se dejen engañar, este lugar es un fraude. FRAUDE….
