• Adam (10/5): Great Value/Location/Facilities - This is like a home from home. There is nothing I could have asked for that wasn't there. Fantastic location for buses and Yumbo. Also just a short walk to the beach if that's your thing. Aircon was also a huge plus for this apartment. Pool was a great temperature and nice and quiet, no issues getting a bed. The bed frames are very bulky so when pushed together there is still a sizable gap down the middle. Additional pillow choices would have been great... But I'm very much nit-picking.

• alice (10/5): Un vero gioiello - L’appartamento è perfetto! Pulito, spazioso e conun magnifico terrazzo che affaccia sulla piscina. Attaccato al yumbo center, ma molto silenzioso; dotato di tutti i confort e anche di più, (ombrellone, telo mare ecc.). Cucina impeccabile con tutto il necessario; super host reattivo e sempre disponibile. Consiglio assolutamente!

• Serdiras (5/5): Quel dommage, cet appartement a un potentiel ! - L'appartement est clair, et bien situé. L'équipement minimaliste en cuisine. À notre arrivée, le réfrigérateur n'est pas dégivré. Le plan de travail et la table à manger sont plein de salissures desséchées. Dans sa globalité, l'appartement n'est pas bien entretenu (fixation douteuse de certains accessoires, huisserie porte de chambre délabrée, fermeture douteuse de la baie vitrée du balcon...).
• patrick (10/5): The best apartment in this price range by a long way. - Excellent location right behind the Yumbo Centre. Although the apartment is in the center of everything it was still relatively quiet at night. The apartment was extremely well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, and also plenty of glasses crockery and cutlery. The best apartment we've stayed in when visiting Playa del Ingles. The communication with the host was also great, although with everything catered for so well there was no reason to contact him, he contacted us to see how everything was. We had absolutely no complaints.

• Inge Jan (9/5): Flott og moderne leilighet. - Velutstyrt og moderne leilighet,med alle nødvendige fasiliteter. Fikk umiddelbart kontakt med verten via mobil ved behov. Ble ikke møtt av verten ved ankomst , slik det stod på websiden. Var vanskelig og lese tall i kodelås for og få tilgang til nøkkel.

• Waldemar (9/5): Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft - Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht – von Küchenutensilien und Geschirr bis hin zu Strandtüchern und -matten. Auch Reinigungs- und Waschmittel sind vorhanden, sodass man sich wie zu Hause fühlen kann. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte sowie viele Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Der Balkon bietet einen schönen Blick auf den Innenhof mit Pool. Im Poolbereich stehen zusätzlich eine Dusche und eine Toilette zur Verfügung. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen. Der Strand ist etwa 20 Gehminuten entfernt, zu den Dünen von Maspalomas sind es ca. 30–35 Minuten. Für Spaziergänger aber kein Problem. Nachts kann es etwas laut sein, da sich die Unterkunft an einer belebten Straße befindet.

Las instalaciones del apartamento están muy bien, reformadas hace poco y con todo lo que puedas necesitar igual que si estuvieras en tu casa desde el detalle más pequeño. De 10 también que puedas llevar a tu mascota. La zona de la piscina también es increíble muy tranquila y cuidadas. Recomendado 💯 Me gustó todo
• Gabriel (10/5): Good location for a vacation in the area - A lot of towels including beach ones. Location even if it was louder in the night from the street. Many good restaurants downstairs and near by. San miguel waiting in the fridge. Owner let us to stay 30’ more at check out. We had to ask restaurant waiters downstairs to help open the main entrance in the building. The keys was inside a hiden keybox upstairs near apartment entrance. I sugest one pdf with pictures and instructions on how to enter quickly in the apartment, sometimes after 12 hours trip is difficult to… One of the beds in the bedroom was hard to sleep in. We used sofa in the living room.
• Ta (9/5): Great comfortable apartment in the heart of Playa del ingles - The location of the apartment is really perfect at Playa del Ingles. I really appreciate that I was staying in a "real" apartment meaning that the apartment was fully furnished with all amenities that one would need to stay comfortably (towels, even beach towels, cookingwares and ustencils, salts and spices, etc.). The living room with open kitchen is very modern and convenient. There is also a rather big balcony where I enjoyed my breakfasts while basking in the sun. The host was also very reactive and answer all requests in a very timely manner. The check in and check out process was really easy and quick. I will definitely stay in this wonderful apartment again should I return to playa del Ingles. My score of this wonderful place is of 9 out of 10 because the apartment is already really great. With a more modern bedroom, this apartment would have been perfect.

Kitchen with good oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. Yumbo shopping center and other shops are closed to the apartment. Will return with a great pleasure Everything was good

• Andrew (10/5): Exceeded all our expectations, luxury living at the heart of Playa del Ingles. - Spotlessly clean and recently renovated, this apartment stands out from the rest because of thr little extras that you don't expect, like a washing machine, dishwasher and handy extra toiletries and condiments left for the use of guests. The balcony is huge and the pario doors slide effortlessly back to fully open the lounge up to the outside. There's a fantastic air conditioning unit which heats too if needed and the shower is fabulous! There is nothing to improve upon with this apartment, the kitchen is better equipped than mine at home. The location is ideal too for the Yumbo.

• Dionysios (7/5): X-mas vacations December '22 - The location was great, 5min on foot from Yumbo. The wifi connection was very bad . Also the beds were not comfortable. There is too much noise from the street and nearby restaurants at night.Difficult to sleep.
• Ian (9/5): Great well equipped apartment in excellent location. - Well equipped apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob and a turbo fan oven plus many other small devices. Comfortable beds and sofa - loads of towels and bedding too. Right next to Yumbo centre with all the facilities you get there, about 20 minute pleasant walk to the beach. South facing balcony with morning to early afternoon sun, pool equipped with sun beds and parasols - never very busy. Nothing.
