Es un lindo departamento, con una bonita decoración en la sala, closets espaciosos, vista preciosa desde todas las ventanas. Lo pasamos muy bien. Gracias, Andre. Lo relativo a la cocina ( utensilios, cafetera, vasos; podrían ser de mejor calidad) y los baños ( espejos, pintura, arreglar la ducha que gotea); Nada terrible, nada que haya interferido realmente con nuestra estadía en este espacio tan bonito, pero por el precio podría ser de mejor calidad lo descrito anteriormente así como las toallas y haber dejado ropa de cama extra. Todo lo anterior subiría mucho el conforto y la buena impresión.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement très confortable, et André est un hôte très sympa et très accueillant. Si nous avons la chance de revenir à Rio nous séjournerons de nouveau ici. Rien. Tout était parfait.

This apartment offers a stunning view of Rio – which you’ll need, because you’ll want to spend as little time inside as possible. The ambiance? Imagine a tropical escape… that’s been slowly rotting from the inside out. The water-damaged floors and peeling walls give the place that “abandoned building” charm, while the rusty mirrors and mold-scented closets add a nice touch of horror-movie authenticity. Worried you’ll miss nature? Don’t. The ants will keep you company. Lots of them. Everywhere. We made the bold decision to stay one night (mistake), then fled to a hotel that didn’t remind us of a post-apocalyptic film set. This apartment would never pass ANY kind of occupancy inspection anywhere in the world, there are severe electrical code violation (eg. exposed wire connections outside of a box in the shower) most of the switches and outlets are loose, the shower door holds by the prayer, i can go on and on. The best part was waking up in the morning with colony of ants in my bed. In summary: amazing view, everything else is a disaster. 10/10 do not recommend unless you’re scouting a location for the next season of “Stranger Things: Mold Edition.”

• Tudor (9/5): Great place with stunning views - The apartment is in the perfect location and has amazing views, and is also very close to both Ipanema and Copacabana beach. Loads of shops and places to have food close by. We really enjoyed our stay here and when will come back this is the place will stay at.

The responsiveness and welcoming was also excellent, thank you! :) There were a few minor fixes needed, like one of the toilets making a bit of noise and the plugs in the bedroom not being very stable.

The host was so flexible, helpful and immediately made us feel welcome. The building had a great pool and gym. Lovely soft towels and AC in all rooms. The apartment itself and decor could use an update - old stained mirrors, loud water pump, holes in the couch, etc.
• Markus (7/5): Without the construction work besides, top location - Top location in Rio, with an unbeatable view and really good terrasse There is heavy construction work going on at the moment, therefore it was very noisy during the day! There were just minor problems with lights and broken cupboard.
