Toda vez que precisamos sair/chegar, precisamos descer do carro. E quando chove, acaba alagando bem na frente do portão, formando barro. 2. Nos deram uma chave gasta, que no segundo dia quebrou ao abrir o cadeado. Tivemos que fazer cópia nova da chave. 3. A privada do apartamento entope sempre, não tem força para descarga.
