• christian (10/5): - Wunderschöne Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage. Wir erhielten sogar ein tolles Zimmer Upgrade. Die Unterkunft war bestens ausgestattet, sehr gemütlich und räumlich. Wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. James war ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation einfach und unkompliziert. Wir können die Unterkunft in Javea sehr empfehlen. Auch der Ort und die Strände der Umgebung wunderschön. Absolut top alles. Vielen Dank! 😊

• Linda (10/5): Perfect apartment in an excellent position - Everything! Great apartment in an excellent position close to shops, bars and restaurants and a 5-minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach with its lovely promenade. Free parking on site with easy access to the apartment from the car park. Very well appointed with all you need for your stay and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in! Loved the little balcony - and the all-important WiFi was perfect The host, James is exceptionally helpful and friendly and always available to answer any queries very promptly. He couldn't do enough to help us in our particular situation and I'm extremely grateful to him for 'going the extra mile ' for us. Thank you James. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to my friends Nothing! Everything was fab 😁

• Neline (9/5): Genieten in Javea, vanuit ons heerlijke appartement - Een mooi schoon ingericht appartement. Op loopafstand van de Arenal De afvoer in de badkamer stonk. Daar hebben we het badmatje overheen gelegd en toen geen last meer.

• Michelle (7/5): - Fijn appartement, ruim genoeg voor 2 personen. Dichtbij strand en boulevard. Dat je in een flatgebouw zit waar de lokale gezinnen ook wonen. Soms overlast van geluiden en geuren.
• Trinidad (10/5): Todo perfecto, volveríamos sin dudarlo - Nuestra experiencia fue excelente gracias a James e Ikram. Desde el principio hubo una comunicación muy fluida y cercana. Ikram incluso nos fue a buscar a la estación de buses, nos acompañó hasta el apartamento y nos mostró todo con mucha dedicación. El piso estaba impecable, muy limpio y bien cuidado. Es cómodo, acogedor y está equipado con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Se nota la atención a los detalles y que está pensado para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. La ubicación también es muy buena y práctica. Además, nos permitieron hacer late check-out, un gesto que agradecimos muchísimo y que marcó la diferencia. Sin duda, anfitriones muy atentos y un alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Las toallas
• Colin (10/5): Great little apartment - Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed. Lots of nice touches (a few coffee pods to start you off, washing detergent, bottle of water...). A bit of a walk to the main town but lots also going on nearby. Great parking. Don't be fooled by exterior - this us a gem. Great communication from owner. Slightly less smart area than main town but locals friendly.

Hubo un par de cosas que faltaban cuando llegamos pero rápidamente se encargó de que las tuviéramos. Ha sido todo muy sencillo y recomiendo su alojamiento. Buena limpieza. • MARIA TERESA (8/5): Apartamento cómodo con todo tipo de servicios - El apartamiento es muy bonito y confortable. La Ubicacion es excelente. La amabilidad y atencion del anfitrion que se preocupa porque no falte de nada y la estancia sea perfecta. Nada.
• Iñigo (7/5): Buena, pero problemas con la cocina - Alojamiento moderno y bien decorado con parking (pero sin plaza asignada individualmente) Parte del material de cocina estaba sucio el día de la llegada. Por otro lado, la vitrocerámica es eléctrica y tiene mucha fuerza, al no haber extractor al cocinar llenas de humo y olor toda la casa.
• Paloma (10/5): Apartamento impecable y cerca de la playa - Muy bonito decorado y limpio. Cuenta con aire acondicionado en el salón y con ventilador de techo en el dormitorio. Además súper cerca de la playa a menos de 5 minutos andando. Y James súper encantador y atento.
• Natalia (8/5): Todo bien en general - Un apartamento que se nota que está reformado entero, súper limpio y cómodo. Todo genial. Lo mejor era lo cerca que estaba de la zona de bares de la playa. Solo dejo un rollo de papel y al estar varios días nos tocó pedir otro por la noche, pero lo trajeron enseguida así que genial. Y es verdad que el apartamento por dentro estaba perfecto, pero por fuera la zona daba un poco de incertidumbre. Igualmente merece la pena.
• Alba (5/5): Great location but don't get tempted by the pictures - Liked the location and the parking spot. The host was very responsive. The apartment was newly renovated but it has a dump smell that they try to camouflage with air fresheners spread all over the house! It's overwhelming! We had to unplug them all because it was unbearable. Kitchen supplies are very limited because the kitchen it's small. The TV it's a bit outdated, no smart tv. The building it's noisy too.
• Luke (10/5): Enjoyable and spacious apartment 🥰 - The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay! ☺️ The bed was really comfy and that fan above the bed was absolutely amazing. It really helped us sleep through the night. 🛌🥱 The kitchen had everything you needed to have a longer stay, good cooking equipment and utensils 🥄 The hosts were really friendly, his wife showed us up to the apartment and explained everything to us really well, and answered any questions we had. 🥰 There would be an unusual smell when you entered the apartment but nothing that I think is down to the apartment itself, I think it’s just to do with the old apartment complex.

• Becky (10/5): Loved it - we would certainly visit again ! 10/10 - Host very helpful. Loved the location- second line to the beach. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need . The balcony was an added bonus with the sun until 6pm heaven. The bed was extremely comfortable and shower was just perfect- we will be returning! Electric tripping (under investigation) but wouldn’t stop us coming again. Needs a chest of drawers or something under the TV in the bedroom for extra storage but more importantly to use for putting makeup on or using as a shelf for items bought with us such as straighteners etc. An information pack would be helpful!

The apartment is beautifully decorated, with a zen relaxing atmosphere. Bed was so comfy and a bonus of some complimentary beach towels to us whilst there. Spitting distance from Arenal beach and lots of bars and restaurants. A real treasure! Thank you Nothing
• Colleen (10/5): Lovely apartment and shuttle transfer a real bonus - The apartment was perfect for us in an excellent location. Having the shuttle transfer from the airport was very reasonably priced and took away all of the stress of finding car hire at the airport. We hired a car locally in Javea, so we saved a day of car hire cost, which helped to offset the cost. Excellent service and well worth it. Nothing. All was good
• Fiona (9/5): Great airport transfer and value for money - The location of this apartment is superb, really close to the beach and restaurants. I also really appreciated that James was able to take us to and from the airport at a much more competitive price compared to other taxi services. The WiFi was not working when we got there and James really took it upon himself to help out and get the WiFi back on. The property was clean and nicely decorated and great value for money. Unfortunately the electricity kept tripping when we were trying to use the iron. We mentioned this to James and he did say he would get a new one as I think it was the iron that was the problem.

• Valentina (7/5): Great location - We appreciated the location and cleanness of the apartment, as well as James’ availability in helping us and the kind flexibility he showed in letting us stay longer than the checkout timing. Personally I find the price excessive for the apartment but I am aware that all the prices have gone so high in the last few years and this was the less expansive + good conditions place we found.

• Vlad (10/5): Amazing place to stay in Javea, an awesome experience overall - This was a real gem for our stay in Javea. The location is just perfect, 5 min away from the beach, lots of restaurants close to the apartment. You have parking available at the apartment, in a closed courtyard, which is really great if you're travelling by car. Our host, James, was very friendly, we agreed on when to meet to check-in, and everything went smoothly. He explained everything about the apartment and how the parking works. The apartment was really spacious, with a lovely balcony to chill in after a day of fun. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was clean.

Lovely modern design and clean. Smelt lovely and fresh and was an ideal location near to restaurant’s, beach, shops etc had a wonderful stay. The balcony gets sun all day too - bonus! We would 100% return James and his partner are so friendly and really welcoming - went above and beyond for us The local transport is a tad hit and miss, Spanish timetables run like their attitude it appears… Laid back and relaxed, maybe tomorrow… however James was amazing with his help and advice. His offer for a transfer to and from the airport too was much appreciated and far less than taxis / shuttle quotes received

The apartment so beautiful and newly renovated and just so comfortable with a beautiful view from the terrace. Everything was super clean and we had all we needed to eat inside if we wanted. LOVED the bathroom! Felt like a spa. Literally 2-3 minutes walking distance from the beach or from any wonderful restaurant or small store. The area is beautiful!!! We explored Playa Granadella, Xavia center, Playa Portitxol etc. Would highly recommend. N/A
