• Dee (9/5): - A lovely property in a great location. Situated right next to Costa Calma beach and within walking distance of Esmarelda Norte, Esmarelda and Sotovento beaches. Also, walking distance to the bus stop for access to Jandia and Morro Jable in the south and other areas of the island. And close to three supermarkets.
• André (4/5): - Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Terasse, mit einen wunderbaren Meeresblick. Die Unterkunft war leider nicht ganz so leicht zu finden, da die angegebene Adresse nicht korrekt bzw. nicht eindeutig war. Erst nach einer Nachfrage wurde uns die genaue Adresse zugesendet, was die Anreise unnötig erschwert hat. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Reinigung der Wohnung zudem noch nicht abgeschlossen. Insgesamt wirkt die Wohnung sehr verwohnt und an vielen Stellen sind deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und Mängel sichtbar. Auch das Inventar ist sehr alt und teilweise in keinem ansprechenden Zustand mehr. Besonders die Küche ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Die vorhandenen Küchengeräte sowie das Geschirr sind ebenfalls sehr alt und teilweise unansehnlich. Darüber hinaus fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie Müllbeutel, Schwämme oder Spülmittel. Für einen Aufenthalt von drei Tagen lediglich eine Rolle Toilettenpapier bereitzustellen, empfanden wir ebenfalls als sehr knapp bemessen. Insgesamt stimmt aus unserer Sicht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier leider überhaupt nicht.
• Agnieszka (7/5): Fajne mieszkanie, ale pomyłka z datami po stronie apartamentu była stresująca. - Blisko plaży, dwie niezależne sypialnie. Sporo miejsc na ulicy do parkowania. Świetny taras. Kuchnia wyposażona w zmywarkę. Kiepski kontakt z właścicielem. Po przyjeździe na miejsce - nie było żadnych instrukcji jak wejść. Po telefonie okazało się że właściciel myślał, że przyjedziemy kolejnego dnia… twierdził, że takie informacje uzyskał z agencji. Dopiero po upływie kolejnych 2h lokal był czysty i możliwy do zamieszkania. Nie zaproponowano żadnej rekompensaty poza słowem przepraszam. Przy podróży z małym dzieckiem takie sytuacje są mocno stresujące.

• Randall (9/5): A lovely relaxing visit to one of our happy places! - This was our 7th visit to Costa Calma and the location is excellent - a few minutes walk to the beach and shops. The view from the balcony is superb. The owner met us at the apartment, so no issues with getting the key on arrival. We stayed 10 nights and had everything we needed for our stay, including extra towels and bedding, if required. Kitchen is well equipped for eating in and there are restaurants and cafes a short walk away. Would not hesitate in booking this accommodation again. One of the two recliners on the balcony was broken, which didn't spoil our trip, but it would have been nice to relax on the balcony during windier days as it is sheltered. The apartment is 3rd floor with no handrails, so you need to be very careful if your mobility is poor - especially after rain showers.

• Sineadmk (10/5): Exceptional - My mother and I loved this apartment and location. Absolutely perfect. The view from the balcony was a daily joy. The view of the sunrise is unreal - set your alarm for 7.20am! The beach is just a 3 minute walk, plus the fabulous Costa Beach restaurant. Spar and other shops are 5 minutes walk. The beaches are golden and multiple one after another as you go south. The waters turquoise, crystal clear, not too deep to immerse in, even for a non-swimmer. Water sports available on the beach, plus cute little beach side cafes. The apartment itself was clean and quiet - you can get a good night's sleep. The host met us on arrival and communication was prompt and helpful throughout. I will likely be back! Consumables like dishwasher tablets would have been good. Sometimes you will hear guests in neighbouring apartments if they are loud. Generally the guests staying near us were fine.
• Andy (10/5): One of the nicest accomodation I have ever stayed in during my visits to Fuerteventura & that has been many. - Location and friendliness of Staff on arrival and throughout our stay. They were there 24 /7 should you need them. She made us feel so welcome Bed were a little uncomfortable, May pay to invest in softer mattresses, other than this we absolutely loved the apartment and will most certainly return. We’d even consider buying if for sale 😁
• Marju (9/5): Beautiful sea view. - The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located on the third floor. The apartment has a large balcony with a beautiful sea view, where you can sunbathe and have breakfast. You can see the sunrise from the balcony. Everything necessary for cooking was available in the apartment. As a greeting, wine and fruits were left in the apartment. The apartment has a Krups/Nespresso coffee machine. Some tea bags and coffee capsules were left as a greeting. Both bedrooms have two single beds that can be pushed together. The beds were very comfortable. The pans are worn out and need to be replaced. Some pans were left unwashed by the previous users and needed to be washed before using. In the apartment, there was dishwashing liquid provided for initial use (enough for a couple of times) and 1 roll of toilet paper. All essential supplies such as dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, toilet paper and shower gel/soap need to be purchased separately. There were no spices, sugar, salt, etc., left from previous guests for use.
• Maciej (10/5): Very well spend time. Value to money is amazing! - - very good location - comfortable beds - spacious terrace with the sea view - doors to bathroom are broken - you have to lift them to fully close the door - flat should be equipped with more toilet paper and trash bags
