• Laura (8/5): Great location and excellent host - Location is excellent, host was super nice and helpful and very responsive. Apartment is very spacious. Check-in was very easy. It was a bit noisy at night with boats passing playing music at night. Could do with a few extra things, like spare towels, extra pillows etc.

Non mancava assolutamente niente, anzi! anche di una piccola fornitura caffè/the/zucchero e biscottini / Brioches / acqua per una prima colazione se necessario Oltre ai prodotti per igiene personale, lavatrice e asciugatrice Host fantastica e disponibilissima Molo privato ciliegina sulla torta Vicinissimo a piedi a tutto, alla stazione al centro e anche al vaporetto La zona è in ristrutturazione quasi generale e quindi un po' grigia e le barche passano tutte le ore e alcuni con musica alta anche la notte Ma una volta addormentati... Non si sente più niente
• Κωνσταντινος (10/5): The apartment has a very practical layout and is comfortable and spacious for a family. - Everything was perfect! The window was right next to the water, and we could watch the boats passing by it was a wonderful and unique experience. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, very quiet, and located in a high-quality area. There were shops and supermarkets very close by, which was very convenient. Lucia was extremely helpful with anything we needed and always responded quickly. We thank her very much!

The facilities were brilliant and it was in a quiet area but not too far from everything. The view out of the bedroom was also spectacular. Thank you for an amazing stay! Nothing

The shower is very dirty and towels could use an update as they smell very sour. A coffee pot would be great considering the local shops don’t open until 0800. Other than those two things this is an excellent property. I would stay again if those two items were addressed.

In the apartment there is a book with every needed informaton, the air condition is easy to regulate and that view is to die for ❤️ ps also great contact with the owner

• Sandra (9/5): A quiet sanctuary after the crowds and hustle and bustle of central Venice. - The apartment was very clean and beautifully presented and looked out onto a bustling waterway. It was great to just watch all the different boats go past. The rear door onto a little deck was locked for safety I expect. The apartment is located in a very quiet out of the way corner of Venice but it wasn't far to the Grand Canal and all the transport it provides. We enjoyed returning there after all the hustle and bustle in the main tourist areas. There was no lock box for the key as shown in the instructions. It had been removed. Instead there was an electronic keypad hidden in another corner of the window that we only found out about by ringing the owner. Thank goodness he answered our call but this was difficult to use. Once inside there was a key that we could use during the rest of our stay.
• Adrian (10/5): Tutto bene! :) - Wspaniała lokalizacja, daleko od zgiełku i głównych ścieżek turystycznych, a mimo to wciąż blisko najważniejszych atrakcji. Prywatne molo - wspaniałe, wprost na zachody słońca. W mieszkaniu było wszystko czego potrzeba, tzn. Żelazko, suszarka do włosów, ręczniki, kawiarka, zmywarka. Z przyjemnością tu wrócę. Tutto bene! :)
• Alyssa (8/5): Great location lovely big apartment. Terrific views - Great location. Out of the way of the crowds and close to the vaporettos. Lovely sunset view from the windows out over a canal. Fairly sparse kitchen utensils and no coffee machine. Just a moka. Once you Google how to use it it’s pretty easy and good but we had to buy our own coffee as they were out. Only a couple of snack left and bottles of water.
• Taboo11zxt (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, nice spacious home close to everything. One of the best places we stayed at in Italy, our host was extremely professional and answered all of our questions, great tv and good orange juice :) lol loved it!
• Meggy (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed 4 nights at Al Pontile Venezia and had a truly wonderful time! The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family. The kids were thrilled with the beautiful canal view – it felt like a fairytale! The location was super convenient, quiet but close to everything, and just a few steps from the Alilaguna stop. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. We highly recommend it, especially for families!

• Elke (5/5): It was okay, but I get more enjoyment out of my holiday if I can get a decent sleep - It was away from the tourist crowds. The apartment was spacious and clean. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with. I chose this property because I wanted a quiet location. Unfortunately the bedroom was next to a busy waterway with boats buzzing past my bed from 6 AM to midnight. I had to move into the lounge which had a sofabed.
• Michele (10/5): AMAZING LOCATION!!! Loved our stay here! - FANTASTIC LOCATION!!!!! We LOVED having the little dock to sit and watch the boats go by. My kids and I really loved this place! They had 3 actual beds made up for us so my kids didn’t need to sleep on the pull out couch. The left us a little bottle of Bellini, waters, cereal and some pastries. Felt very safe here even at night traveling alone with my children. This is a super lovely place. The location on the water really makes it special. Great that we were able to just check in via the lockbox. 10 stars Would have preferred to have an electric coffee maker.

• Pauline (9/5): The property was fabulous for a stay in Venice . First class and a very , very welcoming host who left water and cereal - The property was so convenient to all the main tourist attractions yet in a quiet location for a siesta or early night . I liked the property very much but as I am gluten intolerant a toaster might be a welcome addition for the likes of me in order to toast my own brand of bread for breakfast.
• Carrie (7/5): Good - Quiet location in Cannaregio. We walked to everywhere - city center, main squares and quieter neighborhoods and restaurants. Good air conditioning and space. Great to have a washing machine. A good cleaning recommended - towels and bathroom shower had a bit of a smell. Fridge and freezer need defrosting and cleaning. Take bug spray. The portable AC unit is great but requires the tube to connect via an open window, so we had a lot of mosquitos. Overall comfortable.
• Nina (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was cosy and clean, check in and overall communication with the owner was without any problems. The kitchen could be equipped better, but it was enough for some easy cooking. This obviously wasn't the owner's fault, but the damp smell was sometimes overwhelming.

• Zoe (9/5): Perfect location to explore Venice - The location was perfect and we loved seeing all of the boats and boat taxis heading in past us. The property was clean and spacious for our family of four.
• David (10/5): Excellent apartment with canal view, easy lockbox key check-in and able to leave bag before check-in - Lovely modern apartment with exceptional view over the canal from the bedroom. You can sit outside on the small pontoon watching the boats go past within a couple of metres! Lockbox outside so very easy check-in/check-out and apartment was easy to find, in a nice quiet area, about a 10 minute flat walk from the centre. As we had an early flight into Venice the host kindly let us leave our bags in the apartment late morning as soon as previous guest had left which was much appreciated. There was a large double bed and a single bed-settee which was comfortable. There was also a z-bed available but we didn't need to use. There were mini toiletries and a hairdryer and iron, plus a bottle of water and wine! We would definitely book again, highly recommend.

• Michelle (7/5): Sweet little hideaway in quiet residential area close to everything by water bus - Sweet little place right on the canal. Quiet residential neighborhood. Lucia was extremely prompt to respond to questions. She was always available and helpful. I owned a luxury rental for 15 years in Portland Oregon so I admit to having high expectations. There were numerous things missing in my opinion. 1) NO oven - I never even checked because I made an assumption - my mistake. No way to heat up pizza or cook anything other than microwave. Pots were scratched. 2) This was not a kitchen for cooking. Quirky induction stove, which I'm familiar with as I have one, no measuring cups or real cooking equipment. Fine for a few days if eating out always, but we stayed a week. 3) NO mirror other than bathroom over the sink. 4) I wish water taxi information had been given prior to arrival which would have made our arrival so much easier. The apartment is very close to Fundamente Nove - easy to deal with luggage - only 1 bridge to deal with. Do not walk from bus or train station unless you're without bags. It's a breeze with the water bus. FYI - Goggle maps does NOT work well in Venice which was a drag but obviously not their fault but be forewarned.

• Ferenc (10/5): Perfect accommodation made even better by a very kind, polite keen to help and always available host (Lucia). - Just enough far off from the main bit to be completely quiet (cul de sac with no through traffic) but a very short and easy walk into the very centre. It was clean, well equipped and perfectly managed. Ideal for our needs. -
• Barnet (8/5): Enjoyed our time there very much. - Having the funky little dock on the water was fun. I liked the quiet tucked away neighborhood only five minutes to restaurants and stores. The furnishings are perfectly fine but basic.

• Magdalena (9/5): Great place in Venezia! - From the very beginning we had great contact with the owner, she provided us with all the necessary information for our check in and the whole duration of our stay. We could also stay a bit longer on our last day, which was extremely helpful. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. I has amazing view on the canal (it can be busy but it didn’t bother us). The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped, we had everything we needed. The only drawback was the lack of mirrors (there was just one, in the bathroom, a little bit too dark). Some more hangers would be useful but we managed with what was provided.

• Prakkash (8/5): Overall we liked the experience. Our host Lucia was excellent with communication and very kind to interact with. Thankyo - Clean and spacious. Nice location and excellent views from the back doors giving a complete Venetian experience. Storage draws were broken - TV unit and wardrobe, while they looked rustic which went with the home decor it wasn’t useful. Wonder if they were the reason for the occasional musty smell in the bedroom. Not sure if all the burners on the induction stove are working. We tried and could get only one of them to work.

You can sit outside and enjoy a coffee or even have a water taxi leave you directly at the bedroom door! The host is exceptional; kind, responsive and attentive. The area is quiet and beautiful. We had a wonderful stay! This was not an issue for us but know that the bed mattress is quite soft.
