- Yuan (10/5): 超级酷的酒店！ - 早餐超级超级美味！从来都没吃过这么丰富的酒店早餐！让人难忘，绝对的物有所值！酒店房间很大也很酷，超大落地窗在房间的两面，夜景超级漂亮！在房间里都不想外出的感觉，非常舒适和漂亮。而且，酒店还有免费的大型洗衣机和烘干机，非常新，非常非常方便！干净和清洁程度都无与伦比，远超预期！地铁站楼下就是，出行也非常方便。 唯一的就是酒店的位置在深圳的“老区”，周围环境有点老旧。

Es waere aber hilfreich fuer internationale Gaeste, dass wenigstens eine Person gutes Englisch spricht. Aufgrund der mangelnden Englischkenntnisse war eine Verstaendigung schwierig. Vorschlag fuers Fruehstuecksbuffett:mehr Auswahl bei den Marmeladen

- Hajihasanov (4/5): - Staff was refusing to give me my room and was telling me that i have to cancel my booking and book through reception i spend over an hour waiting and arguing with them even try to call booking.com even they told me they can’t do anything with it. After 1 hour of waiting they see that im not going to cancel my booking they gave me my room. Be careful with them don’t cancel your booking.

Wir würden wieder buchen :) Das Frühstück könnte für ein Hampton etwas mehr europäische Auswahl haben, Getränke gab’s im Plastikbecher. Sonst war alles super, man wird auf jeden Fall satt.

- Jose (10/5): Excelente hotel, bien comunicado y en una zona segura y bonita - Las instalaciones están excelente. La ubicación es muy buena porque está cerca de la plaza de la tecnología y alrededor hay muchos lugares de comida y tiendas y el resto de las áreas que visité estaban a 15 min en Didi; es una zona súper bien comunicada y bonita. El personal es muy amable y me ayudó en todo momento. El desayuno está súper bien y tiene variedad para los que no están acostumbrados a los sabores de China. La habitación en la que estuve fue muy cómoda y con una vista a la ciudad inmejorable. Sin duda me hospedaré ahí cuando regrese.

- Chew Fern (5/5): Great stay overall, but it was marred by the lingering smell of cigarette smoke on the 2 occasions - Location, laundry mart , friendly and helpful staff We had to alert staff about smoking by other guests on our floor twice during our stay. It would be great if staff can be more attentive and proactive in enforcing the no-smoking policy to keep rooms fresh and comfortable for all guests.

Вокруг отеля многочисленные кафешки, вкуснейший ужин обеспечен, если успеете занять очередь. Сотрудники отеля дружелюбные. Мы были в канун нового года, ребенок каждый день получал подарки на ресепшн. Также у ресепшн стоит попкорн, чай и сок. Сын сказал, что это лучший отель, даже без бассейна. Номера начинаются с 28 этажа, поэтому вид будет обеспечен. Автоматические шторы понравились. Горячая вода в душе сразу горячая и не нужно сливать. Унитаз с подогревом) Полы в номере убирали по просьбе. А так в основном чисто. Завтрак хороший, особенно понравились десерты, мини тортики. Иногда были морепродукты на завтрак. Всё очень вкусно. Нет такого

- Erkin Dzhuraev (10/5): Hilton знак качества. - Один из лучших отелей, в которых проживали по сервису и технологическому оснащению. Работа персонала на высоком уровне. Хорошие завтраки. Десерты и кофе великолепны. Месторасположение рядом с метро станция Yannan 50 метров. Вокруг множество кафе и ресторанов. Рекомендую! Вид с номера 35 этажа прекрасен на ночной Шенчжень. Да и сам город великолепен.

Очень дружелюбный персонал, уборка была каждый день. Воду, полотенца, тапочки, чай, кофе дополняли и меняли каждый день! Расположение отеля удобное, рядом много кафешек с едой, метро прямо у отеля, популярная улица Huaqiangbei 450 метров. Рекомендую!

Line 2 station right at the front door is very convenient.. The room cleaning was a little inconsistent and food choices at breakfast are limited for western tastes but overall still good.
