• Frije (5/5): No era lo que yo esperaba, error por no mirar bien las características del alojamiento. - El anfitrión fue correcto. La habitación agradable, adecuada para estancias cortas. Lo contraté sin mirar con detalle, por eso es importante tener en cuenta: - No hay aparcamiento cerca, tardé más de hora en conseguir aparcamiento y a 8 minutos del alojamiento. SÍ tenéis APARCAMIENTO de PAGO. - Es un segundo SIN ASCENSOR y el espacio de las escaleras muy reducido. A tener en cuenta para subir maletas. - Es una habitación SIN BAÑO. - Todas las zonas son compartidas. - No se permite usar la cocina, sólo usar el microondas, la mesa de la cocina y un espacio de la nevera . - Recomendaría LLEVAR SUS TOALLAS. * Como ya he dicho, para una estancia corta estaría aceptable, si es para más tiempo, valorar opciones que incluyan mayor confort a un precio que compense la calidad de vuestras vacaciones.

• Rastsislau (9/5): I liked the place, and if I have another trip to Alicante, I’ll definitely keep this place in mind. - - Communication with the host. Claudio explained all the conditions of the stay and also recommended a café for breakfast (Deio Coffee). He also gave advice on how to pay for public transport (it’s cheaper if you buy a card and top it up with trips). - Good internet (5G). - Cleanliness. - The paintings ;) (in room #3). - The mattress was quite comfortable for me -- not too firm. - You can't use a washing machine at the accommodation (But this is not a big problem on trips, usually). - There’s also no option to cook full meals. A microwave is sufficient for heating up most food. Additionally, an electric stove is available, but one of the frying pans has a damaged non-stick coating, so it’s not suitable for frying, for example. However, all of this is clearly stated in the listing, so it shouldn’t be a surprise if you read everything carefully. - The pillow felt unusually hard the first night, and I had trouble falling asleep. Though maybe it was just the excitement of being in a new place. Later, I discovered that it was most comfortable for me to lie on the edge of the pillow when turning onto my side. After that, I slept well on it every night. :)

• Jack (8/5): Comfortable stay in Alicante - The place is located in a relatively quiet area of Alicante, and the bed was very comfortable. The room had everything I needed - places to store and hang clothes, a bedside lamp and sockets near the bed. The place is also located a 2 min walk from two bus stops from which you can easily catch buses into the centre of Alicante. I also had no problems at all getting to sleep at night. Apartment and all the rooms (including the showers) are clean and well-maintained The tap water is technically drinkable but it can give you a sore stomach unless your stomach can handle a lot. Fortunately, however, there is a supermarket (Consum) located 3 minutes walk away where you can buy bottled water. Also, the apartment is located on the second floor of a building that has no elevator, and the staircase is quite narrow, so you will have problems if you are carrying heavy luggage.
• Petra (10/5): PERFECT - Claudio is the BEST HOST EVER. He is nice, kind and helpful. Can not be more thankful to him, he helped me a lot! If I had any question, or I was need in help, he was there. The apartment was clean always. Nice and quiet area. The bus stop is like 30 sec. far. Perfection. I liked everything.

• Malgorzata (10/5): Very clean and quiet place - Renting only room but kitchen and bathroom is shared with guests from other room and host. The whole apartment is top clean. Kitchen fully equipped with selection of tea and coffee and basic ingredients like salt and pepper. The bathroom is very clean. Towels provided, hair dryer, toiletries in the bathroom. Host very friendly and helpful and won't see much during your stay. 15 min walking distance to base of castle or old town and about 20-25 mins walk to sea front. You can choose many ways to get to town so by the way you will see not only the touristic side of Alicante. Highly recommended

• Deborah (3/5): Poor - The host was kind and the flat clean. The night was absolutely terrible. The little room converts into a sauna at night, because of the strong heat during the day. The room is really small (especially for two person) and has a little window to the building shaft with zero view or wind or fresh air, because in front is a high wall. There is a portable air conditioner in the room, where you have to put the tube outside of the window and put 1€ for one hour. It’s really loud and impossible to sleep with it. Still is was the better option and we used the last coins until 4am in the morning. We didn’t sleep the full night. We unluckily can’t recommend this room to anyone in summer.
• Izabela (9/5): Lovely apartment! - The owner was really friendly and helpful, answered all the questions. The whole apartment was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The small balcony was lovely to sit during the evenings. Comfortable bed. Good WiFi connection. It is located near many stores and bus stops so there's no problem with getting to the other areas of the city. It was a little bit noisy outside but I know that it was a main road so it's not much of an inconvenience. The air conditioning in the room could have been better.

Easy to save money on the trip. - Claudio was very nice, everything was clean and comfortable for such a reasonable price, bus was nearby and also a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around. You could also easily walk to city centre. There was no sound in the room so every time was easy to fall asleep. Kitchen was fully equipped and we had access to the fridge etc . Totally recommend. I also felt very safe as a solo female traveler we have a key to lock the room every time etc .
• Anttih. (8/5): Very good - Great host, good location, very clean and cozy, it included all you need. There's nothing that the host can do about this, but the neighbours upstairs started to drill and renovate the flat everyday at 8am (Saturday too). It's really not the way you want to start your day like.

The owner was also very responsive, respectful and nice. It’s also close to bus stops, convenience store l, restaurants and the city centre We went in december and the floor and room was kinda cold. But the owner just installed a heater when we were about to leave so it should be good now. We were also greeted by a friend of the owner, who didnt speak english but he was still very welcoming and didn’t affect our stay at all.

• Helen (9/5): Clean and large room for one, ample storage space and a quiet room. - The themes Toilet Paper (Ghost for Halloween). Clean and spacious Room. No one overlooked the room. Comp Shampoo and Shower Gel. Towel provided. Lots of storage space. Welcome and Information Pack for visitors. Shelf in the Fridge for you. Lounge and Living Space. Bus Stop near by. The Bathroom and Shower were in one room, so if you needed one and it was occupied you had to wait. The other thing I would have liked is either a small, portable lap tray or table in the room but that is a personal preference.

• Anca (8/5): Sunny shared bathroom apartment - Had the room with the balcony + the shared bathroom where everything was clean and tidy. Comfortable double bed. When sitting on the balcony we could hear and see whoever was in the bathroom, because the only window from the bathroom was through the balcony. No AC, therefore it was very warm inside, the ventilator provided wasn't enough to cool the air. No clothing racks in the room.

The owner is overstressing about his guests. Ask for a 50€ deposit and took money if something is not clean or right (never happened before).
