• Giuseppe (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto, ospitalità super!!!! - Struttura super accogliente e rilassante, una vera e propria baita di montagna. Estremamente comoda negli spazi e pulita negli ambienti comuni. La proprietaria è una persona squisita, eccezionalmente disponibile, capace di far sentire gli ospiti subito a casa loro. • Louisette (8/5): Mooie accomodatie. Kamers wel gehorig. - Goed gelegen in Puerto Natales. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Heerlijk en groot bed. Smaakvol ingericht. Gehorig als je in de kamer aan straatkant verblijft. Ook hoor je de andere kamer duidelijk als ze praten. Prijs is aan hoge kant (maar in Puerto Natales zijn bijna alle accommodaties prijzig door nabijheid van Torres del Paine)

• Verena Köv (10/5): Marcela makes you feel at home in her beautiful house. - Marcela is just the sweetest person ever. She´s obviously put in a lot of effort to make the house comfy and was very successful. Always helpful and interested she made our stay even better. In all of Patagonia I miss curtains to make the bedroom dark.
• Lida (10/5): - Super schoon, goede locatie en vriendelijk personeel. We mochten van de garage gebruik maken voor de auto. Gemeenschappelijke keuken is schoon en zeer compleet.

• valerie (10/5): We would love to return to Patagonia Mai Casa Boutique, it felt like a home away from home. - We loved staying at Patagonia Mai Casa Boutique. Our room was large and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive and always ready to help. The house is well located for walks to shops, restaurants and the water.

• Leiva (3/5): Very expensive for the service that the hostal offers. I don’t recommend if you are looking for a place to stay or relax - Cleanness. Manager wasn’t there in case of an emergency. Very complicated key system. Noise room. No clean towels offered to be changed. No security boxes inside each room. House keeper can over any time, sometimes late night without any previous notice.

• Wendy (8/5): Geweldig. Zou er zo weer naartoe gaan - Locatie om de hoek van restaurants en centrum. 12 minuten van bus station. Erg nieuw. Houten lodge stijl. Totaal hebben ze 3 kamers. Dus mooi rustig. Goede keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk. Baggage even laten staan was ook helemaal geen probleem. Als ik iets moet noemen is het enkel een beetje gehorig. Maar omdat er maar 3 kamers zijn, valt het ontzettend mee.

Everything was clean, thoughtfully set up, and ideal for relaxing after long days exploring Patagonia. The host was exceptional - incredibly welcoming, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us during our stay, which made a big difference. Nada, everything was perfect.
• Kari (5/5): Clean but exercise patience - Clean, modern. I had a private bathroom but it was outside my room/unattached. No one was there to introduce me to the property, so there was a series of issues. I couldn’t get the exterior lock to work. Got locked out of my bedroom when going to the unattached bathroom, another visitor ate my food in the fridge. Overall clean and nice but not the easiest stay.

A cute sofa area up the stairs where I enjoyed chilling out and reading, lovely kitchen with all facilities, fabulous shower and toiletries. Huge tv with Netflix and Amazon. Prime which we made use of on a particularly cold and rainy day. Love this place! There were some dogs living somewhere nearby that barked a lot

Kitchen was very clean and well equipped. Location is great - within 5 minutes walk of both the seafront and the centre and a couple of restaurants literally just round the corner. Ignacia was very helpful and flexible when we had to change our plans.
