• Margalida (9/5): - Molt bona experiència. La relació qualitat preu de l'apartament és molt bona. L'apartament està ubicat just a la vora d'una estació del metro i els tranvies es troben també just al devora la qual cosa facilita mot desplaçar-se per la ciutat. La persona que ens va contactar va ser molt amable i atenta i ens va permetre deixar les maletes a l'apartament fins més tard de l'hora de sortida. Recomanam l'apartament.

• Cinthia Laura (9/5): Muy bueno - Si bien la ubicación no es tan céntrica , es cómodo para moverse. Tenes estación de subte muy cerquita y lugares de compra. Cuenta con lavarropas y secarropas. Llegamos al alojamiento un día viernes y muy pero muy frío. No funcionaba la calefacción ni había agua caliente. Al querer comunicarme con el dueño, no respondía los mensajes. Luego de mucho insistir, recién a la noche se acercó el dueño y tuvimos solución. Tengo que valorar que se acercó a pesar de ser Shabat. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que no hay horno.

• Grzegorz (9/5): Wszyscy mega zadowoleni. - Apartament idealny do kilkudniowego pobytu w Wiedniu, dosłownie kilka kroków od przystanku komunikacji miejskiej. Na sąsiedniej ulicy przystanek tramwajowy, który dojeżdża do centrum przesiadkowego (plac szwedzki). Dodatkowo kilkaset metrów od apartamentu, duży parking podziemny, gdzie bez stresu można zostawić samochód (parking tańszy niż w Warszawie,czy wielu innych polskich miastach. Postój od Piątku do Niedzieli kosztował niecałe 50€). Sam apartament przestronny. Bez problemu może przenocować w nim 6 osób. Koniecznie poproście w @ o kod skrytki, żeby pobrać klucze do budynku i apartamentu. Prawie 40 minut trwały próby dodzwonienia się na numery telefonów, podane w rezerwacji, jako nr telefonów do zarządzającego obiektem. Sytuacja mega stresowa (z drugiego telefonu dzwoniliśmy już na infolinię Bookingu). Byliśmy po całodniowym zwiedzaniu - sytuacja była bardzo niekomfortowa i mega stresująca. Poza tą sytuacją, wszystko świetnie. Czystość, przestronność, a przede wszystkim lokalizacja ! Apartament posiada salon, sypialnię, kuchnię, bardzo dużą łazienkę (podzieloną na dwie części. W pierwszej części pralka i suszarka do ubrań, umywalka i toaleta, w drugiej bardzo przestronny prysznic). Łazienka posiadała również suszarkę do włosów oraz kosmetyki i ręczniki. Kuchnia również w pełni wyposażona (dwupalnikowa płyta indukcyjna, mikrofalówka, lodówka z zamrażarką kpl. naczyń, sztućców, talerzy, filiżanek etc. oraz wszelakich innych "przyborów kuchennych"

• Eva (9/5): Recomendable 100% - Alojamiento ideal tanto por el apartamento en si como por la ubicación que es ideal. Decorado muy bonito, comodo y limpio. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unos dias, muy calido en los días frios, ducha enorme en la que el agua caliente llega al momento y camas cómodas. A 7min del centro cogiendo el metro que esta justo al lado del apartamento (a 30metros). Todo ideal.

We were offered for a cleaner to come but this problem shouldn’t have occured in the first place. Nonetheless, the stay was pleasant and we have no complaints

• Manuela (9/5): Comodissimo per i mezzi pubblici - La casa è in una posizione ottima per girare la città, sotto casa fermata della metro e a pochissimi passi fermate del tram che portano nei punti salienti della città. Appartamento silenzioso e caldo ( abbiamo viaggiato a novembre), ubicato vicinissimo a tutti i servizi e a diversi supermercati. Stanza da letto un pò strettina ma gli spazi sono sfruttati al meglio. Ho viaggiato con la mia famiglia ( siamo in 4) e siamo stati benissimo e molto comodi in questo appartamento. Avi super accogliente e gentilissimo, abbiamo avuto un problema con un asciugacapelli e lui ha risolto subito, super educato e rispettoso degli ospiti. Se torneremo a Vienna allegeremo sicuramente qui. Un pò di polvere in qua e in la, ma nulla di grave. Forse la signora delle pulizie dovrebbe prestare più attenzione visto che è pagata per fare questo lavoro.
• Alicia (10/5): - Buen apartamento, tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. Es espacioso y bastante cómodo. Está al lado de la parada de metro con el que llegas enseguida al centro. Tuvimos un problema con el grifo del baño pero el dueño nos lo arregló enseguida.

• Robertino84 (10/5): Ottimo appartamento vicino al centro di Vienna - Ottimo appartamento completo di tutto. Vicino sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici al centro di Vienna e alle vie con supermercati, bar e negozi. Unica nota dolente i pavimenti erano parecchio sporchi.

• afroditi (7/5): Nice and convenient apartment_need more attention in the details. - The apartment was spacious and convenient for our family. Very close to the metro station and to shopping areas. Check-in and check-out were easy, with good communication from the host. We would have liked more attention to cleanliness, especially since we had a baby with us. The floor under the sofa bed had debris from previous guests, and some of the bathroom towels had marks on them. Given the price, we also expected more basic supplies in the kitchen, such as oil, coffee, and sugar. There were also very few toilet paper rolls and garbage bags for our five-day stay, so we had to buy more. However, the kitchen was very well equipped with cookware and appliances.

Des restaurants et supermarchés dans la rue. La salle de bain très fonctionnelle. Des parapluies à disposition si nécessaire. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Pas de place de parking disponible

• Teodora (7/5): Може и по-добре - Апартаментът е просторен. Има добре оборудвана кухня с котлони, микровълнова фурна, хладилник и посуда. Кафе машина и кетъл са налични. Много добра локация - метро U2 излиза буквално " в двора", трамвай 2 има спирка на 20 метра. Пеша до "Щефансплац" около 30 мин. с деца. До Пратерщерн - около 25 минути. Наоколо има SPAR, BILLA, пекарни, други магазини ,а на ъгъла на сградата има хубав китайски ресторант. Аугартен парк е на около 10 минути. Пристигайки намерихме буквално мокри завивки върху леглата и мокри хавлии и кърпи. Използвахме наличната сушилня в банята и ги изсушихме. ( Не знам защо персоналът не го е направил?) После чакахме и долните чаршафи да изсъхнат. В банята нямаше хигиенни материали , освен две полупразни тубички от някакъв мъжки душ гел. Има кафе машина, но нямаше дори 2 капсули кафе за "Welcome " или дори пакетче чай. Захар също нямаше, което също е доста неприятно. Леглото в спалнята е комфортно, но диванът в дневната не става за спане - шумен и скърцащ, некомфортен и неудобен.
• Julian (8/5): - Lage absolut top direkt in der Nähe vom augarten und fußläufig vom Prater. In ruhiger Seitenstraße gelegen. Groß genug mit allem was man braucht für den Aufenthalt. Sehr geeignet für Familien inklusive hochstuhl Vorhang im Schlafzimmer sehr lichtdurchlässig. Schlafcouch quietscht viel, wenn man sich bewegt. Matratze im Schlafzimmer ziemlich weich

Si affaccia su una strada tranquilla senza passaggio di auto.arredamento nuovo e di stile.A 20 mt stazione metro e fermata tram.Vicino si trovano ristoranti bar chioschi e supermercati. Comodo per raggiungere il centro a piedi (15 min) o con poche fermate con i mezzi (metro o tram).Cucina molto ben attrezzata.lavatrice e asciugatrice utili per viaggi a tappe. Letto matrimoniale molto comodo, mentre divano letto e poltrona letto non comodi.Proprietario ha riposto alle ns richieste.ci siamo trovati molto bene. Divano letto e poltrona letto non comodi.

• Vindel (6/5): Pleasant - Cleanliness is not its strong point. One of the sofa beds is very thin and we were not given bedding for it. The other sofa bed is directly the sofa. Old towels and unwashed blankets in the closets. Also, we had a problem when checking in as we were given the wrong keys. The cleaning lady was rude, and instead of helping and apologizing, she blamed us for taking the wrong keys when it was her fault. The bed in the bedroom is very spacious and comfortable and the apartment has practically everything.

• Alex (9/5): Silent apartments close to city center - Clean and comfortable. Everything you need is in place (washer, fan, kettle, microwave, tv etc). Very good location: 1. Despite it's a 1st floor, it's very silent inside due to there's no traffic on the street (because it's a dead end), the metro is close, but still you can not hear it somehow. 2. Less than 50m to Taborstrasse metro station - we used (unlimited) metro tickets for calendar week (Mon-Sun) for 17 euro; it's very good to commute using metro, it usually took us like 30-40 minutes to get to the next museum or back home. 3. Less than 80m to pizzeria on the corner - we bought big (like 50cm) pizza with chicken + mushrooms (common cheese and vegetables included) for 16 euro. 4. Less than 200 meters to Penny, Billa and Lidl markets (so, if you're lazy to go out for a breakfast, it's easy to buy everything to have it at home). 5. Prater park is close enough to just walk there, but far enough to not hear it's noise. I need silence for proper sleep, I don't like to go out for a breakfast and I like fast commute - so I and my family, we had it all here. 1. It's not a brand new shining just renovated apartments, but still good enough and pleasant to live in. 2. Due to it's a 1st floor, the floors can be a bit cold for children, so you may need to turn on heating or AC (but we didn't). 3. Check in instruction said we can find WiFi password on A4 sheet somewhere inside, but in real we only spotted it on the second day hanging on the wall in a very small lobby outside the apartments.

We would sta - It was very clean, big toilet with heating inside and comfortable full kitchen with everything we needed. It is also a block away from metro station and very close to supermarket. Nothing, everything was fine.
