- Larisa (8/5): Very good - It is close to Sagrada Familia, restaurants. The place is nice for its price and clean.
- Ahmed (2/5): Very poor - Only the location, very near to Sagrada Familia and Metro lines. Very hard to get in contact with the staff, english was very poor. Then the building is poorly maintained, very loud nlises from neighbours caused by super thin walls. The toilets are disgustingly dirty and almost not maintained at all. The bedrooms feels super dirty with very uncomfortable bed and too small pillows.

- Tom (4/5): great location, reasonable facilities, do not recommend as illegal accommodation - good location and facilities were moderately clean but nice, bed was comfortable but not the best. the accommodation is an illegal apartment in barcelona, the host doesnt have a license to operate from that address. whilst we didnt have any problems from people living in the building, there are many posters stressing this is an illegal accommodation in the lobby and before you enter the room. aside from that, the air conditioning unit leaked water almost every day and on our last day didnt seem to work much at all. we had a silverfish appear from the wall one day, we believe from the damp caused by the ac unit.

Still almost 400eur for 4 nights, which of course is cheap for the loca - - Good location - Responsive & friendly staff - Address not correct - Posters all around hallway by neighbours stating that the property is at the wrong address deliberately as the other building is registered but this one is not - Bedsheets weren't changed before our arrival, we only realised by the evening as we dropped bags off initially (they offered to change it when we said it, but due to everything else we still decided to leave) - Room smelled bad and humid - Fan didn't do enough to cool the room down - Bathrooms had no toilet paper most of the time - Mold in one bathroom, other had dirty shower and sink with broken cupboards - Checked out after 1 night, refused to give partial refund (could’ve even given us city tax back seeing as we were there only 1 night)

- Kamilė (8/5): Had a nice time staying there. Location is very good, many restaurants around and Segrada Familia is only a few minutes - Very good location, comfortable bed, clean Doors and walls are kind of thin, so you can hear everyone walking, taking a shower

- Tatiana (10/5): Great value for money - Great value for money. Spacious room. Good location, 6min walk to metro/Sagrada. Has everything that you need for a stay. 2 bathrooms are shared between 4 rooms, which was enough, as there was never a case of both of the bathrooms unavailable. There's a kitchen with 2 fridges and even a washing machine, so you can wash what you need when you need. Very happy overall. Guy looking after the place is nice and friendly. Just one little thing, would have been great if there was shampoo so that you don't have to go shopping for it on vacation, but that's a minor inconvenience.

- Tsankova (7/5): Quality = Price - Overall the property was nice, the bed was pretty comfy. The location was perfect close to all kinds of transport and different places to eat. No AC, so it got kinda cold at times and it was humid so the towels could dry properly.

- Jamie (6/5): Indifferent - I liked the location and in general it was a nice place to stay I didn't like the fact that on top of the 140 pound I was charged to stay there. I was also charged a 30 pound checking in fee which wasn't conveyed until after my flight was delayed because of snow, not sure I should have been punished for that after a 9 hour delay in an airport. Furthermore after arriving at the property with the extra check in fee I then had to wait in the rain for 30 mins for someone to arrive with a key to enter the property. When I asked how long he would be I was prompted to call him, despite him not speaking English and me not speaking Spanish. Overall it wasn't a bad stay but the checking in process leaves a lot to be desired. Also, for security reasons I feel it's necessary to point out that the address on this site is not the correct one, it's actually 309-311. The 'rules' seem a bit much given people are there to enjoy themselves and could with basics like a bin in the room.

The staff arrived almost one hour late, leaving us on the street with our luggages and the person I talked with thanks to the number on booking kept on hanging up, except for the first time when he said we had to wait for another guy.

Also, kitchen was very good too Saw some people complain about traffic noise but if you’re staying in the middle of the city, that shouldn’t be a surprise!
- Göktan (2/5): Very poor - Only the location The room was very uncomfortable. It smelled of terrible sweat. I suggest the hotelier stay there themselves to see how guests are feeling and take this as constructive feedback rather than being offended. The address and location of the accommodation are different, which makes you feel uncomfortable you are just following somebody you don't know on the streets of Barcelona and don't know where you are going. Last but not least, there were no soaps or toilet paper as advertised.

- Andreea (2/5): Not great - The location and Price are the only good things about this place. The walls are paper-thin. You can hear people talking in the room next door and people going to the bathroom. You can hear everything as if there were no walls and door. Beside that the members of the crew do not have any English skills so you have to use google translate to communicate with them in Spanish. In general not a great experience here. The only good thing about this place is the location.
- Anastasiia (8/5): Great place to stay near the Sagrada Família - Great placing. 5 min on your foot and you're near the metro or Sagrada Família. It was safe to stay. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants - everything near the place. Noise insulation. Everyone can be heard. One day, someone banged on the door and the microwave very loudly at night (4 am). It was challenging to sleep (even though I sleep with earplugs)
- Tetiana (9/5): Superb - The property located on amazing location, close to my favourite Sagrada. The apartment was clean and neat, everything what you need is there while you traveling! The host is very polite and helps with all my questions and needs.
