• katarzyna (8/5): Fantastyczny czas! Długo będziemy go wspominać. - Lokalizacja super! Personel pomocny i uprzejmy. Pokoje czyste sprzątane codziennie. Kilka fajnych restauracji w których można stosunkowo taniej zjeść niż w centrum. Blisko dworca, metra. Ogólnie spokojna okolica. Brak łazienki w dwóch pokojach. Mieliśmy dostęp do łazienek na korytarzu - trochę uciążliwe. Brak czajnika w jednym pokoju, brak szklanek. Dość głośno bo w sąsiedztwie głośnego lokalu, ale po całym dniu latania po Rzymie nie było problemu z zaśnięciem.

• Kubar (6/5): - Останавливались вместе с мужем в данном отеле на 3 ночи. Выбирала отель исключительно по месторасположению и, конечно, хотелось не очень дорого. Находится в 5 минутах от вокзала Термини, что огромный плюс: рядом вокзал, метро, в шаговой доступности многие достопримечательности. Номер большой, но ремонт делался лет 20 назад и этим все сказано. Не очень хорошо работает сантехника, днем и ночью слышен шум воды в стенах. Но при выборе цена-качество-удобство расположения - выбрала бы данный отель снова. Тем более вид из окна хорош!
• Joachim (5/5): Disappointing! - Goo location, close to Termini Station and Metro No atmosphere beyond providing a room to sleep. The pillow was uncomfortably big/thick, causing neckpain. There was a coffeemaker at the reception, but in the mornings and most of the time there was no access, When finishing my stay, I forgot my cap in the room. When i realised this a few hours later, I returned to get it, but I was told that no cap had been found.

• Ciuranu (10/5): Great - I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Italy! The room was clean and comfortable, after a long day of exploring. Everything was well organized and thoughtfully prepared for guests. A special mention goes to the host, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. From the very beginning, they made us feel at home and provided all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone

Pokój spełniał swoje zadanie jako baza wypadowa i miejsce noclegu. Czysto i przyjemnie. Za miękki jak dla nas materac na łóżku, mógłby być twardszy.

Se inundó la habitación de al lado y produjo el atascamiento de nuestro baño y pasamos la noche sin arreglo pues la persona que estaba en recepciòn no tenía idea de solventar el problema. • valeria (6/5): struttura semplice ma economica - la stanza era grande, comoda e con riscaldamento regolabile. il bagno era in pessime condizioni, piccolo, senza bidet nonostante avessi espressamente chiesto conferma della sua presenza ed avessi ottenuto risposta affermativa. l'impiegato ci ha offerto un buono colazione alla visione del bagno non rispondente alle caratteristiche indicate. abbiamo in ogni caso dormito bene e la posizione era ottima per le nostre esigenze e in ogni caso vicino a diversi servizi. la struttura va bene e si puo' considerare se si desidera spendere poco e ci si adatta un po'. non mi è piaciuto il bagno e l'operatore non parlava bene nè italiano nè inglese, bisogna avere una discreta pazienza.

• P (6/5): In general it was a good experience - There were facilities like wifi, tv, air conditioner, refridgerator. The location was pretty good easy to find and near the center, the staff was very kind and helpful. They were careful to clean the room when we hung out during the day and provided water during our stay. There weren't flip flops available, when we arrived the bathroom wasn't very clean.

• Jovana (9/5): Friendly staff, felt safe. - We really enjoyed our stay here! Staff was friendly, and helped us with everything. If we needed something, they have tried to provide it. It is good location, we felt safe (two women), 10 minutes from Termini. Bed was really comfortable. We didn’t mind it that much, but there was a constant sound of the running water. Also, there is some noise from the street as there is a bar in the next building. However, the windows are good and they block most of the noise. That was enough for us, but maybe someone would have bigger problem with that.

Cobijas viejas,almohadas MUY FEAS,secadora de cabello que duraba 5 segundos y se apagaba,MUCHO ruido (hasta la madrugada) de la gente que iba a un bar cercano,no había plancha para la ropa hasta que la solicité,el inodoro se tapó en el primer y NORMAL uso,los focos fallando al apagarse y encender SOLOS, la pantalla muy pequeña (32 pulgadas) no se pudo apagar TODA LA NOCHE y no tenía canales de t.v. cable (solo unos 5 canales locales)

• yassmine (6/5): Personale cordiale, pulizia della stanza pulita. Peccato per queste cose… - Mi è piaciuta la posizione perché è a 5 minuti dalla stazione e 5 minuti dalla metro. Ci siamo imbattuti in una stanza dove la porta era rotta, da fuori sembrava fosse aperta perché non si chiudeva bene( ma non si apriva) mentre da dentro non potevi chiuderti a chiave perché non andava la serratura interna. Poi il letto matrimoniale era rotto infatti faceva una conca verso l’interno, abbiamo dormito molto male, meno male avevamo un po’ di stanchezza nel corpo.. e il phon andava in modalità minima ma appena mettevi la massima non andava più..

There was a fridge and a kettle in the room, and cleaning products were also available on site, as well as the possibility to use a microwave. Bed linen and towels were changed daily, with daily cleaning at the highest level. The biggest advantage is the room — warm, cozy, and spacious. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the location is very good. I definitely recommend it. I liked everything.

Não atrapalhou, mais poderia ser um ponto revisto pela equipe, o ar condicionado não era o split era aqueles antigos e fazia um pouco de barulho, porém gelava o bastante pro calor de Roma. Como andamos bastante chegávamos bem cansados então capotávamos kkkk

Ho apprezzato anche la privacy garantita durante il soggiorno e la presenza costante dell’aria condizionata, molto utile nelle giornate calde. Non mi è piaciuta l’assenza dei prodotti per l’igiene personale, come shampoo e sapone. Gli asciugamani non erano molto puliti e, in generale, la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. La struttura non era curata nei minimi dettagli, cosa che avrebbe migliorato l’esperienza. All’inizio mi era stata assegnata una camera con il bagno esterno, soluzione che non trovo accettabile e che non era indicata chiaramente in fase di prenotazione. Ho dovuto chiedere il cambio alla reception e mi è stata data un’altra camera solo perché si era liberata; altrimenti avrei dovuto restare così, senza possibilità di rimborso. Questo aspetto ha influito negativamente sul mio soggiorno.

• Nicola Alberto (1/5): Sporco. Doccia mai lavata. - Posizione La stanza era sporchissima, la doccia in particolare non è mai stata lavata. Le intercapedini e gli angoli erano pieni di muffa, il box doccia era così incrostato di calcare che era totalmente opaco. Anche gli angoli del bagno e della stanza erano luridi. Veramente disgustoso. E pensare che lo avevo scelto per le buone recensioni e il punteggio alto. Immagino siano comprate. Allego foto.

• Camila (7/5): - Era muy cercano a varios puntos turísticos imperdibles, metro y estación de trenes. Estaba limpio y todo funcionaba bien.

El trato y comunicación con el personal, buena. Zona tranquila y silenciosa para descansar y dormir. Relación calidad precio excelente. La habitación con baño privado, y con nevera para enfriar bebidas y comidas. Nada todo bien; lo único talvez q me hubiera gustado, es tener más canales disponibles para la TV. Pero es solo una sugerencia y nada más.

• Martina (6/5): Discreto - La possibilità di aver lasciato le valigie dopo il check out, il letto e cuscino molto comodi La struttura appariva in diversi punti sporchi. Anche le lenzuola. L’igiene è l’aspetto che conta più di tutto in una struttura per quanto mi riguarda, potrebbero migliorare molto. Un suggerimento invece è quello di mettere dei attacca panni da muro, essendo piccole le stanze aiuterebbe nella gestione degli spazi.
