• José (7/5): Buena ubicación, bien comunicado - El barrio, cerca de todo, bien comunicado, se aparca bien en la calle (porque el aparcamiento incluido, si llevas un coche grande, es muy complicado aunque se puede), Además tienes supermercados a un minuto, churrería a 30m, el barrio tiene vida pero es tranquilo El agua tiene muuuuy poca presión, parece que han reformado el edificio para hacer pisos turísticos pero sin aumentar la acometida; así que en cuanto coincides con alguien más abriendo un grifo (cualquier eh, ¡no sólo en tu piso!) baja mucho el caudal. Tampoco nos gustó la limpieza, no entro en detalles porque ya le envié fotos al teléfono del que nos atendían (todo vía whatsapp)
• García del real Granero (7/5): Espacio pequeño - El apartamento está cerca de la parada del metro que te deja en el centro Éramos 4 personas y es un estudio muy pequeño, tamaño justo y son dos sofás( no camas) el montacargas para subir al tercer piso se atascaba y teníamos que bajar en el segundo y de ahí subir andando al tercero.

• Rodríguez Naranjo (8/5): - Del alojamiento me gusto mucho su ubicación tiene una parada de metro justo Alfinal de la calle tardas como mucho 3 minutos y la linea te lleva a todo el centro de Madrid en unas 5 paradas, está bastante bien. Al principio nos encontramos la ducha rota pero he de admitir que cuando lo comente la tarde del viernes el sabado ya vinieron a arreglarlo. No me gusto del alojamiento que pusieran cosas las cuales no habia, como por ejemplo ponia que habia horno el cual no estaba en ningún sitio. Las tuberías olían mucho pero pusimos un plato encima de lo que es el desagüe y no olía.

• Oleg (8/5): - El estudio muy bien ubicado, y tiene mucha luz el metro a 1 minuto andando, es un poco pequeño, pero nosotros lo usamos sólo para dormir, la cama muy comoda, hemos dormido bien, pero en general está bastante bien. El agua tenía muy poca presión, era muy incómodo ducharse y la alfombra que tienen deberían de lavarla, estaba algo sucia.

• carmen Maria (5/5): Bien la zona y la cercanía a todo - Si La ducha estaba que no se podía regular , estaba ardiendo al agua , al 2 día vinieron y lo arreglaron , La plaza de parking mi coche no entraba por los accesos del parking , no pudimos utilizarla Y todas las noches me llamaban por quejas de ruidos sin saber qué apartamento era , porque el nuestro no era y tooodas las noches nos llamaban sin asegurarse cual es el apartamento que estaba haciendo los ruidos Pero la atención a estado por parte de el anfitrión en todo momento solo esos inconvenientes

• Daniel (8/5): 5 días de turismo cultura. Museos y paseos. - Para mi tipo de viaje, turismo cultural en una gran capital europea (Madrid) que estuviera cerca de una estación de metro fue lo mejor. Eso me facilitó mucho las visitas. Las camas que eran sofás camas no eran cómodas. Y un día al llegar a la habitación había un olor tremendo a chistorra que creo que salía del extractor de la cocina.
• Chelo (7/5): En general contentos - La ubicación, aunque la vivienda no está en el centro de Madrid, el metro está cerquísimo para visitar Madrid a la hora que desees. El barrio es tranquilo Que me llamaron todas las noches pasadas las 12 de la noche para preguntar si escuchábamos ruidos. La primera noche creímos que éramos nosotros lo que molestábamos, porque llegamos tarde y mis hijas hablaban; pero la segunda noche ya nos pilló durmiendo y me molestó, porque entendí que no somos nosotros, se ve que lo hacen por protocolo. La limpieza tampoco es muy exhaustiva, pero está pasable.

• JUAN IGNACIO (3/5): - La posibilidad de utilizar la plaza de aparcamiento. A pesar de que los elementos comunes para circular dentro del aparcamiento, eran muy estrechos. La información del apartamento establecía que tenía 40m2 y probablemente tenía la mitad. No había ni jabón para lavar la vajilla, ni estropajo, ni escoba, ni recogedor, ni cubo de fregasuelos, ni fregasuelos. La grifería de la ducha, no iba bien. Solamente salía agua caliente, siendo muy difícil de graduar.

Sofá-cama por fazer (conforto aceitável) sem arrumação nenhuma, armário, prateleiras, cómoda; só na cozinha e wc. Uma única divisão, sem decoração.

Dicen que tiene parking, pero lo q que no te dicen es que tiene que ser para un coche muy pequeño, q sino no entras. Les llame para comentarles que mi coche no entraba, a ver que hacía. Me dicen, q lo deje donde pueda y que ya al día siguiente me llamarían para darme una solución. Imposible aparcar por esa zona, con los 2 hijos pequeños y la abuela. A fecha de hoy, todavía estoy esperando a que me llamen. Ninguna solución por parte de ellos. Al final no me quedo otra, que dar vueltas, hasta encontrar un sitio e ir desde allí, andando hasta el apartamento con todos los bártulos. ¡Unos impresentables!
• Guest (4/5): Bonito pero incómodo - El aire acondicionado Lo reservamos con una cama de matrimonio y un sillón cama y resulta que cuando llegamos eran dos sofás camas, que por cierto más incómodos imposible cada día que nos despertábamos eran con dolor de espaldas por la incomodidad.

Infelizmente a pressão da água é muito pouca, E parece que quando alguém liga mais alguma coisa em relação à água ainda menos água temos. Infelizmente o comando do ar condicionado não funciona mas tem um botão que deixa ligar e desligar

• Zoltan (8/5): Very good - Nice and clean place. Metro station, fruit-vegetable Store, supermarket, kebab restaurants nearby. Air conditioner was A1. Every Time I asked something, they respond fast. Thin walls, loud with the neighbours in. The flat was very small with the beds open. The toilet was in the bathroom. Very low water pressure in shower.

• Marcin (9/5): Superb - The location is close to metro and bus stop from where you can reach the main attractions in the city centre and Atocha station very easily. There are several markets close to the accommodation. The apartment was good equiped, everything you need for a stay of several days is there. The elevator is available To enter the apartment, you have to download an app. This information was provided just one day before arrival, it should be done earlier. On Saturday and Sunday earning there was a loud music in the neighbourhood in the late evening, I think till midnight. While we were leaving the apartment, we got a call that the other guest complained that we are too noisy. Strange, I don't agree...
• Pawel (4/5): Not reccommened. Poor contact, somebody was in our appartment. - + close to metro, + clean, + many shops around, - Disaster. We arrived at 11pm (with kids), the apartment we booked was already taken! After few phones with a kind of call-center, we finally got keys to the different apartment. It was one big, very unpleasant experience. It was late at night, we were with kids, and we were not sure if we will got the keys for the apartment we paid. We have travelled whole Europe, from Portugal to Ukraine, from Sweden to Cyprus and we have never experienced anything like that. After few calls with those kind-of-call-center, they blocked my phone number. I could not contact with them, had to do using different phone. OK, mistakes happens sometimes, but nobody even said "I'm sorry" after that. - broken toilet seat, - noise from neighbors

• Nadiia (7/5): I really love location - Location is great I didn’t like water pressure ( was informed however no any action taken), electric cooking stand ( noisy ) and elevator ( extremely slow) . As well, parking. Parking is something out of words to be honest. You must be not only professional driver but to not have any fobias. Place is so tie extra tie plus low walls and parking is at -3 floor. I guess only mini cooper or fiat 500 have chance to reach there.

The bed was broken, we had to put our suitcases on top of the bed so it didn't bounce, we called the office to tell them one of the legs of the bed was broken and they just ignored us. It's the worst apartment ever! Do not do business with these people.

• Inês (5/5): Passable - Convinient location, close to metro and grocery shops. The appartment lacked a lot of useful stuff such as a clothing rack when it had a washing machine. The balcony was dirty and uninviting. If we wanted some cleaning products, there was a common closet with some, but it was super messy, dirty & filled with trash. Wi-fi was unstable and stopped working at random. To finish, we found cockroaches in our stuff. I informed the person who gave us the check-in information but didn't get a reply even after almost a week after check-out.

• Hugo (6/5): Excelent days in Madrid in a appartmnet with very good conditions but with non positive aspects. - Very cozy and has everything that is needed. - Sound insulation is very poor what causes sleep problems. Inside, people from other apartments talking and noise from the refrigerator. Outside, also people talking, cars passing by and other noises, especially on weekends. - Car park very useful but distant from the apartment in a crowded street and require a lot of arms gymnastic specially from who have a bigger car. It’s a very narrow spot, with very narrow and hard corners.
