• Imad (10/5): Great apartment, great host, great location - The apartment is beautiful and spacious. Everything was super clean. The beds were comfortable. The host was very accommodating and helpful, with great communication. And the location is amazing. Walking distance to everything in Florence.

• Krysta (8/5): Good place to stay as was within short walking distance to attractions. Didn't like having to cut electricity when l - The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean! The owner is kind. The electricity key was connected to the door keys so you had to cut all electricity when you left the apartment for the day. The air conditioners were not very strong and there were no free standing fans.
• Carol (9/5): From Giulia’s very warm welcome to easily walking to all tourist spots we had a lovely stay in Florence. - This lovely central Florence apartment is spacious with lots of restaurants within walking distance.
• Amit (10/5): We will come again !!! - The apartment is amazing, you have there everything you need. The beds are comfortable. And the furniture are very nice. The landlord wea very helpful and recommended us a great restaurants near by. All was just perfect.
• Ciaran (7/5): Pleasant apartment with some issues - Location not too far from the main attractions. Spacious apartment. Host was very nice and responsive. Unfortunately there were so many mosquitos in the apartment and we didn't open any windows. We both got bitten a lot and there was no fan to help the situation. Neither of us slept very well as the bed wasn't too comfortable and the AC never really cooled the apartment. There was no shampoo or shower gel, and the shower pressure was very low. Only a couple of appliances can be used without tripping the power.

Very well organised host - we arrived late but Guila sent us a very clear instruction video on What'sApp so out entry with door codes with all easy and straight forward. Also appreciate the extra help and advice that Guila provided during our time in Florence. No complaints. The top floor was good for my exercise :)

• Aleksandre (10/5): Nice appartment (small but very convenient) and great value for money. - Nice cozy apartment with a good kitchen and bathroom. Good location. There was an old insect net that broke as we tried to open it. The owner asked to pay 50EUR for it which, in my opinion, is not fair, because it was so old and fragile it would be torn by whoever touched it.
• June (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great for all places of interest. No lift in the building, all of us are 60 years plus carrying luggages to level 5 was crazy difficult.

Feels like home 🫶🏻 - TOTALLY IN LOVE! really, this place is amazing! super confortable, the equipaments are really new and good! it feels like home in Florence, is like a dream hahah the onwer, Giulia, is a very sweet person! If you going by car, there's a parking really near to the apartament (is kinda expensive, but near). unfortunately, there isn't elevator. is not too much floors but if you have difficults is not the best. but only this, because besides this was everything really good!

• Benedek (10/5): Florentine atmosphere - Lovely, spacious, and very clean flat. Excellent location, near the inner city, but a bit further away from the tourist groups (10 mins walking distance from the Duomo, 3 mins from Santa Croce). Lots of light, completely silent bedroom. When I was there, the weather was nice, but the flat is also prepared for hot days, and there is air conditioning. The kitchen is very well equipped. Contact with the owner is quick and easy; she speaks very good English and is also flexible. This is the kind of apartment that deserves 10 points in every respect. There was nothing that I did not like. However, those, who have difficulties in stair climbing, should be aware that the flat is approachable through a staircase (but this is correctly specified in the description).
