• vicky (5/5): Goede locatie - Zeer goede ligging vlakbij het strand en de supermarkt. De matrassen waren ook zeer goed. Goede koffiemachine aanwezig De buitenunit van de airco maakt zeer veel lawaai. Echt niet aangenaam om de hele tijd naar te luisteren. Het appartement heeft wel een zeer groot terras maar ziet uit op een grijze appartementsblok wat niet onmiddellijk zorgt voor vakantiegevoel.

• John (9/5): Excellent apartment. Would definitely recommend. - Excellent location, good size apartment with a great balcony. Bed was really comfortable. Well stock kitchen. Effective AC and smart TV. Plenty of parking outside in additional to private space. The only criticism worth mentioning is the guidance on finding the flat/entrance. The block (IV) is not the easiest to locate, especially at night. The Topacio blocks are not adjacent.and finding the entrance is not easy (even the local restaurants didn’t know!). They are numbered sequentially from the centre. They is a doorway entrance on the seafront. Maybe a map with the information sign posted.
• Anna (5/5): Passable - Clean, very-well equiped apartment, close to the beach. Nice, spacious balcony. Very loud noise from the building being renovated nearby. The keys must be collected (and returned) from the office located 3.5 km from the apartment, what is a big inconvenience for people traveling with large luggage.

• Vicky (10/5): Fabulous! Would book again. - Excellent location. Was perfect for our 2 week stay. Appartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Would certainly book again Key collection from the office right across town not ideal if you don't know the area. Is there no option for a secret location slightly nearer? Pool very small but wasn't very busy so was ok during our stay. I imagine in the summer this area could become quite crowded.
• Oksana (5/5): Passable - The apartments are good with a huge terrace and comfortable furniture.The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher. It's a first line, the beach 3 minutes, shops 5 minutes on foot - everything is nearby and very comfortable, the beach is beautiful. At the time our stay in the apartments opposite was undergoing renovations, about which no one warned us. The construction workers made a lot of noise, some days starting at 8 in the morning and ending at 9 in the evening. We contacted the Owner and only on last day our stay his answer was: "Sorry what happened and such things sometimes happen"
• Adrien (8/5): Very nice, good accomodation and exellent vieuw - Keys collection was 3,5km frop desination, not easy when you have no car.
• Mirjana (8/5): Confusing access to the property. Everything else very good. - Property itself is nice and has great view. It is a bit small The directions to garage and property are very confusing. First: Seems that garage has the same entry and exit point (one lane) and if you are not Spanish you need to know what button on the key to press to open the garage. The entrance to the condo is not on the address provided. Property management didn't know to explain well how to find it. We asked a few people and got in after 1 hour. I want to point out that lady from the property management (Zhasmina) was really nice and good in answering the number of calls immediatelly.
• Michele (8/5): Lovely flat near to beach and restaurants. - Good location, comfy small flat and good bed. Good sized balcony and sea view. Having to collect and deposit keys from office which is not convenient to flat and impossible to park at office. Waste of time and no key’s available at collection caused delay and inconvenience. Not a good set up for client.
• Michał (10/5): My stay in this apartment was outstanding - totally recommended! - The apartment was absolutely fantastic - it was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. However, the balcony and the proximity to the beach absolutely mind blowing! Everything was above my expectations. I came to Calpe by car, so the check-in process (picking up the keys from the locker) was very easy and straightforward. everything was great
