Godfred Awa Eddy (3/5): Very uncomfortable conditions of stay with the wifi hardly even working. - The quality of the building is low grade, minimal comfort, badly designed bathrooms that are tiny with the sink just hanging over the toilet and a very leaky untidy and smelly showers in both tools. The pillows on the beds are too hard and the sitting room is about the best place in the whole apartment. The Young Lady at the réception was very kind and person able, though. Toilettes and shower conditions along with the very noisy airconditioner vent right in the corridor just outside the door of the apartments.
Bikoali (3/5): Disappointed - Food is available and value for money is a plus. However I ordered some drinks and a bottle i received wasn't sealed and the concierge disregarded my feedback. My booking request on booking.com wasn't taken into consideration. The staff told they couldn't find it asking me to wait. Didn't consider the confirmation I got for the late check out. "THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHO I TALKED TO ON BOOKING.COM. So I was obliged to check out hours before my flight. Housekeeper entering in my appartement while I'm showering because the door can't be locked meanwhile i already informed I wasn't ready to let them in. There's no hanging board to avoid such inconvenience of unwanted entrance. My apartment was locked by the concierge because I was not briefed on a mandatory caution that isn't mentioned on Booking.com . I wasn't allowed to entered the apartment until I paid for the caution. This must be stated clearly on the plateform not once the luggage are already in the apartment for over 24h. No extension cable in the apartment i had to carry the microwave to plug it. No towel in my apartment and I am informed I should have had it when I'm checked out. Staff not listening and interrupting client when you talk. That's not well mannered.

Israël (1/5): confortable and pleasant - I can say that it was clean and well operational. They had new chairs they had just bought and unfortunately for me I was the to be the first person to test their capacity on receiving human guests. So While my sister was taking pictures of me as we where going for a wedding ceremony, sitting on one of these chairs of infortune one it’s iron leg happened to get bent.So I was forced to get my caution fee retained so this worried me a lot. One of the employees really made me feel bad the way he misinterpreted what I told him to his hierarchy. A very wicked person
