• ANDREA (6/5): Positivo ma migliorabile - Posizione Scarso assortimento per la colazione e in minime quantità. Scarico del wc mal funzionante e pertanto rumoroso. La raccomandazione di usare poco i condizionatori al limite del ridicolo. Toni con cui lo staff invia le comunicazioni confidenziali (dando del tu) come se si trattasse di ragazzini.

• Aurora (1/5): Leggete sempre le recensioni prima di prenotare! - la zona e il caffè all’ingresso Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto deludente sotto tutti gli aspetti. Solo al nostro arrivo abbiamo scoperto che la stanza si trovava praticamente al piano seminterrato, senza alcuna luce naturale, dando più l’impressione di uno scantinato che di una camera accogliente. Anche i comfort lasciavano molto a desiderare: i cuscini erano estremamente scomodi, praticamente inconsistenti, come se fossero riempiti con pezzi di stoffa separati tra loro, e l’acqua calda era quasi inesistente, poiché arrivava dopo parecchi minuti e durava pochissimo, rendendo impossibile persino fare una doccia. Il bagno presentava inoltre problemi allo scarico, con continui rumori di perdite d’acqua e un forte odore di fogna persistente. Alcuni elementi dell’arredamento apparivano danneggiati o instabili, con parti che si staccavano facilmente. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo anche notato frequentemente la presenza di moscerini e piccoli insetti nella stanza. Inoltre, dei proprietari o gestori non abbiamo praticamente mai avuto traccia: viene comunicato che sono reperibili ai numeri indicati, ma tutto il sistema è completamente automatizzato. Questo potrebbe anche essere un aspetto positivo in una struttura ben organizzata e curata, ma purtroppo non è stato questo il caso. Nel complesso, un’esperienza decisamente negativa. Peccato non aver letto prima le recensioni di altri ospiti, che riportavano le stesse problematiche.

• Alessandro (7/5): camera funzionale alle esigenze del turismo veloce - buona posizione camera confortevole utile al servizio che deve dare carino il lasciare snack e bevande per clientela la camera nel piano interrato con finestra altezza marciapiede siccome la tv non funzionava(forse pile telecomando) il fatto di non avere anche una presa standar(solo una usb) nel comodino sx mi ha impedito di ricaricare il telefono (scarico) mentre lo avrei utilizzato

• POLYNIKH (1/5): Unpleasant, dirty, moldy, noisy and catfish! DO NOT STAY THERE - Only the neighborhood! Hated everything! The hairdryer was malfunctioning (after many attempts of contact they brought as a new one), the fridge too (they said the previous customers broke it and the new one hasnt arrived yet). There was no mention of that anywhere! The pillowcases and towels were dirty and with holes on them, everything was dirty and moldy from the floor to the curtains, the toilet, the shower... The ventilation machine at the bathroom was not working properly due to dirt buildup and thus the humidity levels were high and there was a very bad smell coming from it. The supposed soundproof walls were anything but (we could hear everything happening in the rooms nextdoor and on the road outside our STREET-LEVEL WINDOW), the double bed was just 2 single ones and the ground floor establishment was actually a semi-basement one (the photo of the building on the website is actually the apartment building above the accomodation). Also the next room was connected with our room via a double door that was closed up with 2 foam matresses!! All these being inaccuracies and omissions on the website of booking.com. When we contacted booking.com customer service about that they gave us a partial refund after many calls and complaints (because the accomodation was ignoring them) as credit even though their emploee told us we would receive it as chargeback, and then they deflected the blame to the stablishment only. Instead of checking to see if the info on the accomodation is true and do something about the inaccuracies on THEIR website they say they are not to blame and continue to work with the accomodation. In addition to the hundreds of bad comments about Monte zebio boutique suites no further action is taken! Just unacceptable and totally unproffesional on part of Monte zebio boutique suites and booking.com!!!! Please dont book your stay there !

• Giorgia (7/5): Posizione top! - La posizione pazzesca, letteralmente attaccata a Piazza Mazzini, zona bellissima, tranquilla, centrale. Purtroppo i guanciali erano inesistenti, la cassetta del wc perdeva e i led degli interruttori della luce sono molto fastidiosi quando è tutto spento.

• Tom (1/5): Extrem schlecht - Es gab nichts gutes außer die Lage Das Zimmer hat leider gerochen wie eine öffentliche Toilette. Trotz dauerhaften Lüften haben wir den Geruch nicht aus dem Zimmer heraus bekommen. Außerdem war wirklich alles dreckig und heruntergekommen. Wir hatten Blutflecken auf der Bettwäsche. Die Vorhänge waren extrem dreckig und im Bad hat es in der Dusche geschimmelt. Die Wohnung befindet sich quasi im Keller. Auf Grund des das wir uns dort so geekelt haben haben wir den Vermieter probiert zu kontaktieren dieser hat war weder auf WhatsApp Nachrichten noch auf Anrufe reagiert und hat eine kostenlose Stornierung abgelehnt.

• Maria (1/5): - Απαράδεκτο!!!! Πρώτη φορά μπαίνω σε τόσο βρόμικο δωμάτιο Ζητάνε 100 ευρώ την βραδιά για ένα δωμάτιο σε υπόγειο που μυρίζει φουλ υγρασία. Βρώμικη κουρτίνα πόρτες μέσα στην μούχλα Ζεστό νερό δεν είχε το κλιματιστικό ελάχιστα δούλευε. Η χειρότερη επιλογή που θα μπορούσα να κάνω

• Aleksandra (5/5): If you don’t mind going without hot water, you’ll feel right at home. - The location is definitely a big plus – about a 12-minute walk to the metro, 5 minutes to a bus stop, and around 20 minutes on foot to the Vatican, which makes getting around very easy. We also appreciated the good soundproofing and the comfortable temperature in the room, so sleeping was not an issue. The room, although in the basement, had a window, so there was some natural light. The towels were clean, and the overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom was maintained at a good level. The bathroom itself is quite spacious and comfortable to use.And, to be fair, they also had surprisingly good biscuits, which was a nice little bonus. The biggest issue was the lack of hot water – we only had it one evening, and for the rest of the stay we had to boil water in a kettle, which wasn’t exactly ideal. There was also an occasional unpleasant smell coming from the toilet/shower. Tea was only provided on the first day and was not replenished, which felt a bit odd. Overall, while the place is not terrible, it does require a bit of patience and slightly lowered expectations.

Polvere sui muri, zanzare schiacciate al muro, cicche di sigarette attaccate al muro.(allego foto) penso che nessuno riuscirebbe a dormire in un posto del genere con polvere e ragnatele sul letto. Aggiungo anche asciugamani sporchi. Proprietari assenti, non si sono degnati di rispondere o ascoltare la nostra problematica. L’unica risposta è stata cercate un altro posto. Esperienza pessima, dopo essere arrivati siamo andati subito via. Non fate il nostro stesso errore!

Nonostante le foto allettanti il mobilio è in pessimo stato, la doccia non pulita, non c'è neanche del sapone per le mani ma solo bustine monouso di bagnoschiuma: chiedendo allo staff non ho mai ricevuto nessuna risposta. Nel disimpegno c'era un odore di frutta marcia orrendo

I asked for a bank account but they said to me that this is not possible. So I created a PayPal account just for this case. The room wasn’t clean and is a basement (it is not recognised by the photos).

Va curato di più .... nel.bagno e nel box doccia mancavano le mensole, c'erano solo le staffe; la scarico del wc ha continuato x 2 giorni a "perdere" acqua nella tazza, la stanza e il bagno non erano perfettamente puliti.

• Sabrina (5/5): Posizione comoda ma bagno non manutenuto - La posizione, letto comodo, bollitore e macchinetta per il caffè a disposizione degli ospiti. Il bagno perché senza manutenzione, l' acqua della doccia non aveva pressione e quindi usciva appena tiepida, non c'era il phon e non gli appendi asciugamani erano tutti rotti.

• Beatrice (5/5): - Ottima posizione, ideale se è necessario solo dormire. Camera comoda e pulita sebbene in un piano semi interrato. Risulta impossibile comunicare con gli host, abbiamo avuto un problema con il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno e sono stata ignorata per più di un mese, con la conseguente perdita di 66 euro.
