Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

- Hollings Sean (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are keen to book again for the ASBK weekend next year. - The quality and size of this property is absolutely outstanding in almost every respect. The location is perfect With West-Facing bedrooms, they become uncomfortably warm in the afternoons and evenings. The air conditioner works well for the living area, however it does not have any effect on the bedrooms. During our stay it was only 23 degrees so we were able to make ourselves somewhat comfortable by opening the windows and using the fans; however the 3rd bedroom has no fan (bunks). In the height of summer, the bedrooms would become unbearably hot. For this reason we would hesitate in booking this property during the warmer months.

- Sanya (9/5): Fantastic views, close to everything, beautiful apartment with space and comfort. - Location was brilliant, the house was spotless and very nice. Beds could be a little bit more comfortable and perhaps the lighting in the entry to the unit could be a little more well lit as it was hard to see at night. Beds and keys. The keys were hard to turn and take out to the main entry.
- Yeu (10/5): Excellent stay, wonderful apartment and experience. - Super location, nicely furnished and equipped. Clean and well maintained. All facilities and amenities are there, whatever you need can probably be found somewhere in the kitchen. Shower temperature is very tricky to get right. Too hot or too cold, a very tiny window to get it right to your preference. Wished there was a door to the shower stall as it can get real cold in the showers real quickly in winter. Oh and it was slightly tricky to navigate to the apartment garage as there was no main signage or sign to reflect the apartment. I booked Beachfront at Esplanade but the apartment is actually named Cscape Apartments. No reception or staff on hand to assist if you have questions but referring to the emailed check in guide really helped, but a real time WhatsApp chat or facility will be useful.

The master bedroom ensuite is small. The heating for winter was adequate but no heating in the bathrooms. Texted Instructions were too extensive to read through. Suggest put the key information first - codes to get in and wifi access details

- Brad (9/5): Perfect and worth every dollar - Perfect location and views, the apartment was spotlessly clean. The ceiling fan in the master makes an annoying ticking noise that kept us both awake, on the 2nd night we pulled out an old Pedestal fan from the closet.
