Mariana (5/5): - O apartamento não estava com boa limpeza e não está com o aspeto novo que aparenta nas fotografias. Inclusive a porta do chuveiro estava estragada e ficou-nos nas mãos após tentar abrir.
Elizabeth (3/5): Very Disappointed - The apartment was large, bright and clean, situated in a pleasant neighbourhood a short walk to Hercules Square which was lots of great restaurants and bars. Where do I start, the kitchen was badly equipped, no utensils to cook with, ie spatulas, corkscrew, no hot water, we contacted the agent, who suggested we purchase the missing items and money would be refunded, we declined, they were to be delivered in 2 days’ time, they never arrived. We were informed the hot water in the kitchen had been turned off to save electricity. The apartment is situated on a street corner which meant street noise from both sides. The bathrooms, where there was a show door, did not run, so could not close the door property, the tiles were creaked (pictures attached) the plaster was falling off the walls. The outdoor area was unusable.
