- Nada Al-Jobouri (4/5): - Free parking We stayed for 2 nights. We sent the $500 bond deposit as requested after booking and sent all the details to the email. Until 3 pm on the check-in day, and we didn't get the key details. I messaged on the booking app, called, and there was no reply. I sent messages, and they asked for the bond that was sent to their email few days ago.
During the stay, we saw cocrouches in the apartment. The pillows were so bad that you can't feel a pillow is below your head.
After checkout, I messaged to refund the deposit, and they said they would do it straight away.
After 8 days, there is still no refund and no reply to messages. After 8 days of calling and trying to communicate then they returned it.
It was the worst communication experience I have ever seen.

- Martha (10/5): After a month I really didn't want to leave. - Bright and spacious place. VERY nice and responsive hosts when there was a couple minor issues. Pretty much everything you need for a comfy stay. I was there for basically a full month as loved it. I will definitely consider returning here if it's open when I next visit Sydney. Bed could be a bit more comfortable, and as a short person it was hard to get into the dryer or the cupboards in the kitchen. Maybe have a step stool for us shorties?
- Lucas (10/5): Nice neat little unit, close to transport shops and restaurants - Neat clean It’s a bit noisy- train line and wind through building. I wouldn’t want to live there on a full time basis but it was perfect for the weekend and the noise comes with the location. The wind noise was a bit of a freak event, I think the designer of the building didn’t factor it in.
- Brenda (1/5): For the price of the accommodation it was neither clean nor comfortable - The owner demanded $500 cash transferred to his personal account for a cleaning bond. No advanced notice and nothing on booking.com at time of booking. He refused entry and threatened to cancel the booking unless I paid even after I told him I had a child and a disabled woman in the car and we had just driven 14 hours. I then got a message via booking.com app saying owner has requested $1000 bond. I contacted customer service who told me to just pay it and encouraged me to leave negative feedback. I 100% understand the need for a cleaning bond but have always left my credit card details. Never have I been asked to transfer to a private account and to give my personal Account details. Not all families have capacity to pay hundreds of dollars without notice and “possibly” refunded within 14 days. As I had no option and owner threatened to cancel booking and leave us stranded, I paid the money. The whole arrangement was SHADY AF. We were also sent multiple messages throughout our stay warning that we would incur a $200 penalty if our rubbish wasn’t appropriately sorted even though it’s a communal bin and no way of knowing what was our rubbish
Aside from this, the bed in 2nd bedroom was hard as rock and had springs coming through, couch was extremely uncomfortable and there were electrical switches hanging out of the wall. Holes in the wall and towels were threadbare and frayed
The access to the outside bins and lockboxes are blocked by old mattresses that have been disposed of in the alley..

- Sajjad (10/5): Liked it - The location was good. The facilities were better than pictured. The balcony had very good views. There was nothing to dislike. Please go through the videos and photos provided multiple times so that there is no confusion.

- Ella (10/5): Great for your money, lovely host - The apartment was so nice, was very comfortable and cute. Had everything you needed in it plus the host left us an amazing cheese board which was so lovely and she definitely didn’t have to so overall 10/10 experience.

Near rockdale train station and lots of groceries nearby . Some bad smell was there from AC vents when AC gets start then it was okay .
