• Naseo (9/5): サグラダファミリアの側で暮らす体験が出来る。 - サグラダファミリアへ、走れば30秒！笑 バルコニーに出て右を向けばサグラダファミリアが見える。この旅の目的はサグラダファミリアの側にいる事だったので、もう大満足。かの有名なサグラダファミリアが見える高級ホテルも迷ったが、3、4倍の金額を出す必要は結果的に無かったと感じました。 それくらいここの暮らしが最高でした。 貸アパートを選ぶ事で、サグラダファミリアのそばで暮らしている感覚。一生記憶に残る思い出になりました。 冷蔵庫はガンガンに冷えるし、エアコンもガンガンに効く。洗濯機があるのが本当に助かる。 冬で乾くのに時間がかかるが、玄関に立てかけてあった脚立をエアコン前に立ててそこに洗濯物をかけて乾かしたので一晩あれば乾きました！ アイロンや洗濯物干し、予備の布団もチェストの中にあり足りないものが無い。 ヘアドライヤーがダイソンなのが良かった。 マットレスふかふか、10歳の息子と2人旅だったが、ひとつの大きなベッドで広さ充分。 ロッキンチェアに息子大喜び！笑 バスルーム、ベッドルーム、ダイニングルーム、キッチンで部屋が分かれていて下手な安いホテルよりも広い。 ただしダイニングとベッドルームは壁で仕切られているけど完全に遮蔽されている訳ではないので、明かりは漏れます。 毎日この部屋に帰ってくるのがとても幸せでした。 次バルセロナに来る時も、必ずここが良い！ 到着時、遠隔で建物に入るゲートを開けるとメッセージに書かれていたけど、ブッキングドットコムを通じてオーナーに何度連絡しても一向に返信が来ない。建物に入れなくて困っていると、中から住人が出てきて事情を説明したら中に入れてくれました。それがなければ永遠に外に取り残されていたでしょう…。 その後も、テレビが映らないのでメッセージしたが返信無し。チェックアウト後も連絡無し。 本当に緊急事態になった時にどうすればいいのだろう？と思いました。幸い大事は起きませんでしたが、オーナーと連絡が付かないのは困ります。改善してほしいです。 あと３日目の夜に、それまでちゃんと出ていたお風呂のお湯が水しか出なくなりました。 おそらくバスタブにお湯を貯めてたくさん消費したからかな？翌日にはお湯は出るようになっていました。 そして息子と毎日悪戦苦闘したのが、玄関の扉の鍵🗝️！ 日本で言うところのまるで絵本に出てくるような嘘みたいな形の鍵なのですが、笑（とてもかわいいです） 回しても全然開かない！ ネットで調べたら、ヨーロッパの鍵の開け方は癖があるらしく　日本と違って右に二回、左に半回しとか場所によって違うらしいのです。建物が古いのもあるのか、毎回帰ってくるたび開けるのに苦戦しました。 でも、この部屋自体にはとても満足しています。 日本語のレビューがまだ無かったので予約する時は不安でしたが、是非日本の方にもお勧めしたいです！

• Árpád (9/5): Everything was good. - I think need a chopping board or I did not find it. Otherwise everything is prety good. Ah yes I wished a hint where can we find the coffepods to that machine. Corte Ingles, it took a long time to find them.

• Jason (6/5): Not good value for money - The apartment is in a very old building. They tried to provide everything that you need but the rather old finishing and decoration still make us feel that it is inside a worn-out building. The bathroom doors cannot be closed and the bedroom is not really a room. The only plus side is that it is very close to the tourist attraction. I must thank the host as they waited for us for more than 1 hour when we stuck in the bad traffic during the Friday evening peak with police cordoned off a lot of streets. The price is too high for an apartment in such a condition.

• Michele (7/5): Nice quiet neighborhood street, steps away from the spectacular Sagrada Familia! - The location was great. The building was very old and undergoing construction, which was not mentioned beforehand. The lock to the apartment was a skeleton key & proved difficult to open. It should be noted that although this property says it is a one bedroom, there is no privacy or door separating the bedroom from the rest of the living space.
• Cheeyong (5/5): Only stay if you want convenient location to visit Sagrada Familia - Good location if you want to visit Sagrada Familia. Provided bidet which is very rare outside Japan. The bed sheet and quilt cover are very smooth and nice (maybe silk or tencel?) Somehow the place feels disorganized. There are many half-used bottles of lotions everywhere and some drawers contain old unused items. There are also 4 to 5 bottles of shampoos in the bathroom, and some are actually empty. Obviously, no one bordered to throw them away. The coffee machine was not working. Can be noisy from the patrons in nearby restaurant until about 10 plus pm. The staircase leading up to the room is narrow and very dark even during the day. The bed is so hard that I find some trouble sleeping.
• Konstantin (9/5): Great stay in front of Sagrada - Perfect location. Nice host. Very hard mattress. Bathtub. Salt/pepper/oil available. Overall the kitchen supplies are somewhat limited in quantity. A little used interior here and there (but the key utilities are in great shape). Definitely not recommended for more than 2 people.

Clean Comfortable bed Plenty of toiletries, crockery and kitchen equipment Welcomes well behaved dogs! Nothing. It is situated in a terraced street full of character and mature in age. We found the traditional features charming. Others may prefer more mod cons.
