Very close to the beach and bars/restaurants which was very ideal. Staff were pretty friendly, although they didn’t really speak to us much. Rooms are very small, which took me and my partner by surprise and they could have been cleaned better as there was dust above the bed frame. Receptionist didn’t ask if we enjoyed our stay when we checked out.

When I asked to change to room I was met with the most inhospitable staff I have ever encountered. They were plain lying to my face, and when I pointed this out to the guy in front of me, he lied to me again and then got up and said his shift is over and left!

The staff weren’t rude, but they were far from friendly. Miserable. I never felt welcomed , or never felt comfortable there. The hotel is so so noisy. All day and night. If you have kids I’d never ever recommend you stay there. It’s horribly loud. The room was clean to be fair. But sterile like a prison cell. The whole hotel gave bad vibes. No smiles from the staff ever.

Mancanza di divisori da una camera all'altra che si affacciavano sul "balcone" esterno vista mare facendo perdere un po' di privacy(anche semplicemente delle fioriere potevano essere utili a definire gli spazi)

- celine (9/5): Lovely staff - great 2 star hotel by the sea - Nice little two-star hotel in a perfect location if you want to be close to the sea. It is also a great base for exploring Cabanyal. The hotel is very close to the Neptú tram stop, which connects easily to Marítim metro and the rest of Valencia. The rooms were spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable base by the beach, including air conditioning and a smart TV. Breakfast was also really nice, very simple, but fresh, balanced, and reasonably priced. One thing to be aware of is that sea view rooms can sometimes get noise from parties near the marina. I experienced this during my stay, but I spoke to Javier on reception, who was very understanding and arranged for me to move to a quieter room, which I really appreciated. The rest of the team were also lovely throughout my stay. Everyone was warm, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. Overall, a great choice if you want a clean, simple, friendly hotel near the beach with good transport links. The only issue was the noise from the marina parties. Not at all the hotel's fault. And you can let the staff know and they will call the police which stops the noise pretty much instantly. If at all worried book a street view room, as there is no noise on that side.
