• Julia (10/5): - Персонал здесь отличается особой доброжелательностью – они всегда готовы помочь, проявляют внимание и отзывчивость, и чувствуется, что у них хорошие человеческие качества. Это не просто бизнес, а искреннее отношение к гостям. Номера также удобные и чистые, в моем был балкон с прекрасным видом на город – особенно красиво вечером. Атмосфера спокойная и уютная, чувствовала себя комфортно на протяжении всего пребывания. В целом, у меня остались только положительные впечатления, и я с радостью вернулась бы сюда снова.

• Антон Слипченко (6/5): - Квартиру стоит рассматривать благодаря расположению. Хозяин встретил ночью, не смотря на то, что бронировали прямо перед заселением и звонили среди ночи, Квартира просторная. Из минусов - не очень чисто, посуды не хватает и необходимо перед использованием помыть.

• Basir Ahmad (1/5): - Nothing all was horrible My experience was horrible the owner was so rude I paid for one night and he give the us the room with no A/C and all night me and my wife we couldn't sleep when the morning i mentioned the to him he Got mad why u r complaining I told you should not do this to next person u have improve your guests house but he didn't listen and I had horrible night I will never recommend to anyone else plz a little bit extra but don't have horrible night same like me thanks

• Анна (1/5): Никому не рекомендую, просто можете остаться на улице - Мне не понравилось, что когда я обратилась к хосту, подтвердившему бронирование, за точным адресом, будучи уже в Ереване недалеко от улицы, на которой располагаются апартаменты, он сначала не отвечал. А потом ответил, что этого варианта нет уже и предложил взамен капсульный отель. Ну то есть двухкомнатные апарты - на капсулу, это сильно конечно👍 Пришлось экстренно, после поезда, на жаре, вместо отдыха и душа, пытаться искать новый вариант. А так, как день концерта - за оверпрайс.
• Арменуи (1/5): Не советую - Ничего хорошего Ужасный хозяин, ужасное место, рекламируют одно, показывают совсем другое, даже не учитывают что человек заранее забронировал и прилетел с ребенком, ставили перед фактом «То что забронировали уже нет, хотите не хотите другого варианта нет», грубое и бестактное общение.

• Boryana (2/5): Very poor - The location was very good except that we were told that there is a problem with the bathroom and we were moved to another location - awful 😞 That other location had mold in the room - huge spots. The bathroom next door was dirty. When we were transferred back close to the opera the bathroom on the floor was still not fixed.
