• Justine (10/5): Super pour se reposer à Santa Maria - L’appartement est très bien, la localisation est super avec la plage à côté et le centre qui se rejoint à pieds aussi + place de parking. Plein de chats dans la résidence 🥰 Le point Maps n’est pas bon on a eu beaucoup de mal à trouver La piscine ne dispose d’aucun transat ni rien pour se poser, c’est bizarre et dommage

No site quando fiz a reserva vi como casa irmã e fiquei com a sensação que a rua era turtle bay , ao clicar no mapa vai dar a outro alojamento diferente. Cheguei no voo da meia noite e o táxi que me levou não conhecia a casa irmã nem nunca tinha ouvido falar na rua turtle bay, o que resultou quase 30 minutos às voltas à procura do sítio correto.

• Tiffany (8/5): - Notre hôte a été d'une grande disponibilité et nous a aidé dans toute les démarches. Le logement est très bien placé, proche de toutes commodités et de la plage. Il est spacieux et bien équipé. Seul petit bémol : la salle de bain un peu étroite avec rideau de douche pas très propre.

• Alina (10/5): Отличное соотношение цена\качество и прекрасное расположение - Квартира находится в одном квартале от океана, а если пройти еще метров 500, то будет бухта port antigua, где нет волн и можно отдыхать с маленькими детьми. На кухне есть всё необходимое- чайник, холодильник, плита, полный набор посуды, стиральная машина. В душе бойлер, так что горячая вода была. В каждой комнате был кондиционер, но мы не пользовались ими, можно было легко проветрить открыв окна. Очень тихий район, при этом до главной улицы 5 минут пешком, столько же до рынка и пекарни, а магазины и рестораны еще ближе. Жильцам предоставляются пляжные полотенца и пляжный зонт. Интернет работал хорошо. После выселения есть возможность оставить багаж на несколько часов. Очень отзывчивый работник Дуду. Диван в гостинной не самый удобный, в одной из спален очень скрипела кровать. Отдыхали в марте, вода в бассейне была градусов 19, впрочем, в океане примерно такая же. Входная дверь без ключа снаружи не открывается (если выйдете на террасу и закроете дверь, то без ключа внутрь не попадёте).
• Ricardo (7/5): Nos dejaron tiraos - La ubicación y el apartamento que estaba limpio. Tienen un servicio de recogida desde el aeropuerto y lo habíamos reservado. Cuando llegamos no había nadie, nos pusimos en contacto con el propietario y nos dijo que se habían equivocado de día y hora (no sé cómo si el apartamento estaba listo para entrar) y de esperar 5 minutos que alguien iba a recogernos . Pasó 45 minutos, no viene nadie a por nosotros y decidimos coger un taxi. Pésimo recibimiento la verdad...

• Guest (10/5): Buena estancia familiar - Todo muy correcto y buena comunicacion. Recomendable para familias. Tiene piscina y esta a solo 10 minutos andando del centro La lavadora no funciona bien, pero se lo comunicamos a la propietaria y dijo que enviaria a alguien para revisarla, asi que para los siguientes inquilinos supongo que ya funcionara

• Magdaléna (9/5): Big apartment, comfotable beds, nice kitchen. - Very clean, good location out of the city center, but still very close. Many mosquitos, but we´ve killed all of them. We had problems with water, we were 2 days without water. But this problem is nearly everywhere on Kapverd islands. The owner comunicated well and quickly, so second day the water has been comming and since them it was ok.

• Ruth (10/5): Highly recommended - The apartment was spacious, good WiFi connection and good TV channels. Really impressed with a very well equipped kitchen, hob, oven and washing machine. Lots of linen and towels provided and the use of the pool was really good. Really good location with a 5 minute walk to the main strip, and free parking. Fast communication with the owner. We had a slight issue with one of the permanent residents who was using quite abusive language towards us on the 1st day, however once he realised we were renting the apartment, he was civil. Also if using the air-con, make sure you empty the collection bottle or the inside apartment will flood.
