- Guest (10/5): It was an amazing stay very wonderful apartment well equipped just like pictures - The property has an amazing decor and is very vast. It had a small terrace where you can sit with your friends at night and enjoy the calming atmosphere.

El barrio super animado y un supermercado abierto 24 horas a menos de 30 metros Al ser un barrio tan animado habia algo de ruido por la noche pero yo que soy una persona de sueño ligero dormi sin problema. El apartameto da a un patio interior y no directamente a la calle que tiene el ambiente. Repetiria sin duda
- merinella (7/5): pleasant - No breakfast is included There was nothing not to like about the place except maybe the first look at the location which is full of graffiti, but that turned out to be ok. There is a university nearby so lots of businesses cater to that crowd, cheap bars and shops. Not too far to the colosseum and the forum, if you like to walk that is:)

- Juarez (10/5): Perfect - Our stay in Rome lasted 3 days, and it was perfect. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, and they provided everything needed for 4 people, from towels to basic food products. The sofa bed is quite comfortable, and the bed is excellent. Everything was very clean and tidy. The owner of the apartment was always attentive and kind to us at all times. The only thing to consider is that it’s near the Termini bus terminal, which I wouldn’t recommend walking around at night, but there are buses and trams nearby that take you to the city center in just 10 minutes. I totally recommend it! The location it’s near Termini, and I wouldn’t recommend walking around there at night
- Merly (10/5): Exceptional - The place is well located near the Roma Termini and other means of transport. The interior was clean, modern and very comfortable, exactly as in the photos. The staff was also very kind and helpful.
- Maria-magdalena (9/5): An excellent experience - The apartment was very clean, recently renovated with a smart design. It is suited for longer stays also, having a washing machine and access to a private area of the inner courtyard. Considering we travelled during late summer, it was very convenient for us to have good air conditioning in each room and a normal fridge with a large freezer. There are plenty of places to eat in the nearby, as well as a Carrefour market. The neighborhod is quite bohemian, even if a little bit dirty, with lots of street art and terraces visited by young people.
- Sebo (7/5): Good - The inside of the house was really nice. Very clean and really nice amenities. The host was also very kind and helpful. The location (building) can be a bit intimidating at first. (The street is unclean with a lot of graffiti around.)
