- Ryan (8/5): - The Batch is quiet, clean and comfortable in a good location. Linen not included and this is hidden in the add and not in the fine print which makes it easily overlooked, this also makes it difficult to compare listings. Linen is an extra charge. The number and length of text messages you get from the service provider is also a negative.

Everything was there to make us feel it was Home away from Home - The location was wonderful as it was a few doors down from where my Aunt & Uncle live as we were there to be with them for a week as requiring family around. It was very quite and we felt relaxed. The decor was fabulous and it was great to have the independence. Would recommend this home to others. Thank you Merry Christmas
