A pesar de que llegue antes de horario del check in me recibieron igual, el señor de la recepción siempre fue muy respetuoso y colaborativo, muy atento en todo. • Olga (9/5): Great for solo travellers (+ the view) - Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room is quite small, but it’s perfectly suited for a solo traveller and has everything needed for a comfortable short stay. The highlight was definitely the view over the Arc de Triomf — it really made the experience feel special and added a unique touch to the stay. On the downside, the sound insulation could be improved. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms as well as guests arriving late at night. Rooms located further from the reception area might be quieter, but those don’t offer the same Arc view, so it’s a bit of a trade-off.

There is also coffee, fruits and snacks for the guests, which was a nice touch It’s difficult to find the first time as there is only a small sign on the inside of the door. It doesn’t look like a hotel. There was also a bit of a damp smell coming from the bathroom. My room had a window so the fresh air helped.

• Gregor (10/5): ein wirklich tolles Angebot mitten in der Stadt beim Triumphbogen. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen - es ist wirklich erstaunlich wie viele tolle Details dieses Hotel gedacht hat. Sehr sauber, hat Föhn und Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen, man kann draussen Kaffee und Süssigkeiten und Früchte naschen so viel man will. Das war bei mir grad vor der Zimmertüre. Und der Preis war ausserordentlich günstig für das was sie geboten haben

• Anne Garant (10/5): - Malgré un vol annulé et reporté,Jordi a géré ma réservation à l' interne et je n'ai même pas eu à débourser des frais supplémentaires.De plus, il m'a prêté un bloc de recharge pour mon téléphone cellulaire car j'avais oublié le mien. L'hostal est très très propre Ma chambre était bien décorée, et le lit confortable, l'installation sanitaire immaculée!! Il y avait aussi un petit frigo avec breuvage, yogourt et petites douceurs chocolatées! Nous avions droit aussi à du café, muffins, fruits frais ! Bref, des hôtes accueillants et très gentils. Merci à Jordi et à la dame à la réception Anne 💐

Nonostante affacci su una strada trafficata, le finestre isolano benissimo! Purtroppo il suono non era abbastanza isolato con il corridoio, e si sentiva il rumore degli altri turisti quando arrivavano o aprivano e chiudevano le porte delle camere. Non ci sono stati vicino rumorosi fortunatamente!

Muy buena atención del personal, aunque el desayuno no estaba incluido, hay para prepararse café, infusión y algo para tomar. Me gustó el detalle de la fruta y algo en la nevera de la habitación gratis.
• oscar (9/5): Un lugar recomendable a un precio razonable y en un buen sitio - Aunque no había la posibilidad de desayuno en la habitación, tenías el minibar gratuito y fuera de la habitación. En una estancia común. Había máquina de café e infusiones y algo para picar junto con fruta también gratuito. Eso es un detalle que me gustó mucho. Por otro lado, aunque es un edificio antiguo y clásico del centro, el interior del piso y las habitaciones son modernas y funcionales y la verdad es que acogedoras De vez en cuando se notaba lo que yo creo que era el metro pasando por debajo. Cada pocos minutos es un ruido o una vibración que dura unos segundos, no molestó demasiado

• Dmitrii (5/5): - Неплохое расположение. Красивый номер Туалет брызжет на ноги водой! Очень неприятно! Шкаф при открытии задевает кондиционер, легко может оторваться створка. Под окном часто курят и не только сигареты, в номер это тянет. Под номером метро и его слышно даже в БЕРУШАХ! В номере нет тапочек. Очень шумная вентиляция в ванной. Кофемашина плохо работает, горячую воду можно долго ждать, нету обычного чёрного чая. Персонал очень плохо говорит по английски.

• Rebecca (8/5): - The check in process was not clear. There is an outside door to a building that is locked and I could not reach anyone to get inside. I had to wait 10 min for someone leaving the building so I could get inside. The hotel gave no contact information so I couldn’t call them. Also there was no hot water and I was staying there for 4 nights, so it meant 4 ice cold showers in the middle of winter. It would be hot for half a minute and immediately turn ice cold.

• ROMEO (9/5): Ve lo consiglio. - Ho soggiornato per 3 notti, mi sono trovata veramente bene. Il B&B si trova al centro vicino allo zoo e al parco. Ho adorato il solarium, la stanza era piccola ma con tutti i comfort in più c'era uno spazio con del cibo e bevande offerte dalla struttura. Ve lo consiglio.

• Łukasz (10/5): Poleciłbym swoim znajomym - Czystość i świeżość. Wszystko było nowe i zadbane. Trochę dużym minusem były słabo szczelne ściany i było słychać co się dzieje za drzwiami i za ścianą.

Location is the best, we were walking everywhere, everything was close , barely using public transports. A metro was under the hotel so that was disturbing at night, the room was so small.

It is not in the very center of Barcelona, but it is very conveniently located near a metro station that is 2 stops from the Ramblas and not too far to walk too. The room is nice, well maintained, clean and looks almost new. There is a frindge in the room, which is very convenient and also complimentary snacks. The water flow in the shower was terrific. - the place is referred to by many reviewers (and also on goole search) as a hotel, while it is more like a Hostal/Guesthouse. - the room and bathroom (although nice and modern) were really tiny that you could hardly move. There is not much place to open a suitcase. Due to the small dimensions there wasn't even a chair in the room, but the manager was kind and added one at my request.

Não gostei do atendimento, fiquei um tempo do lado de fora esperando o funcionário da recepção chegar para abrir a porta e fazer o checkin não tinha ninguém, foi assim nos outros dias de hospedagem, sem ninguém na recepção para dar suporte. Precisa melhorar muito nesse quesito.

• Angela (8/5): Muy completo - La ubicación es muy buena, en pleno centro de Barcelona. Además la habitación contaba con todo tipo de detalles a pesar de ser muy pequeña: plancha, secador, toallas, mini nevera ... La habitación era un poco pequeña, y los últimos días de mi estancia olía un poco mal por las tuberías.
